        능성어 (Epinephelus septemfasciatus) 자치어의 골격발달

        본 연구는 능성어 자치어의 골격발달을 관찰하여 분류학적 연구의 기초자료로 이용하고자 실시하였다. 자치어는 전남 여수시 거문도에 위치한 해상가두리에서 사육하던 어미로부터 채란하여 사육한 것을 대상으로 관찰하였다. 자치어의 사육 수온범위는 21.5~24.5°C (평균 23.0±1.5°C)였다. 부화 직후의 난황을 가진 자어는 골화가 전혀 이루어지지 않았고, 평균전장 2.66 mm에 달하면 윗턱을 구성하는 전상악골과 주상악 골이 골화되었고, 아래턱을 구성하는 치골이 골화하였으며, 두개골의 기저를 형성하는 부설골이 골화하였다. 새개부를 형성하는 전새개골과 주새개골의 골화가 시작되었다. 꼬리지느러미를 지지하는 미골은 추골과 골편으로 이루어진 미골복합체로 구성된다. 평균 전장 2.59 mm까지는 전혀 골화가 일어나지 않았고, 미부봉상골이 45°로 휘어져 있다. 담기골의 골화는 평균 전장 6.12 mm에 첫 번째 혈관간극이 뒷지느러미 2개의 가시와 관절되어 가장 먼저 골화가 시작되고, 신경간극 또한 등 지느러미 2개의 가시와 관절되어 골화하기 시작하였으며, 혈관간극과 신경간극은 평균 전장 21.9 mm에 골화가 완료되는개체가 출현하였다. This research has been launched in order to observe the osteological development of sevenband grouper, Epinephelus septemfasciatus larvae and juveniles and will be used for the basic data of phylogenetically systematics research. We got some samples of larvae and juveniles from a adult fish which belongs to the sea cage in Geomun-do, Yeosu-si, Jeolla-namdo province, and we have watched them. The average of breeding water temperature was 21.5~24.5°C (average 23.0±1.5 °C). In yolk-sac larvae just after hatching, ossification was not observed at all, and when the average total length reached 2.66 mm, the premaxillary and maxillary forming the upper jaw, dentary forming the lower jaw, and parasphenoid forming the skull base were ossified. In addition, the preopercle and opercle forming the opercular region began to be ossified. The caudal skeleton supporting the caudal fin is built with the caudal complex consisting of the malleus and incus. Until the average total length reached 2.59 mm, ossification did not occur at all and the urostyle bent at 45-degree angle. As to the ossification of the pterygiophore, when the average total length was 6.12 mm, the first interhemal spine began to be ossified in articulation with two spines of the anal fin, and the synapse also began to be ossified in articulation with two spines of the dorsal fin. When the average total length was 21.9 mm, individuals with completed ossification of the interhemal spines and synaptic clefts began to appear.

        폐 가죽을 활용한 업사이클 패션디자인 개발

        본 연구의 목적은 폐 가죽을 활용한 업사이클 패션디자인 개발을 통해 산업폐기물의 업사이클링에 대한 가능성을 재조명하여, 패션산업의 지속가능한 발전과 업사이클 패션디자인의 활성화를 도모하는 디자인적 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 업사이클 패션디자인에 대한 고찰을 이론적 배경으로 하고, 업사이클링 소재로서 폐 가죽의 현황 및 특성을 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 분석결과를 통해 폐 가죽을 활용한 업사이클 패션제품 총 12점을 디자인 및 제작하였다. 연구내용에 이론적 배경과 작품 제작, 그리고 그에 따른 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 업사이클 패션디자인은 기존의 환경 친화적 패션디자인의 개념들과 구분되며, 디자인을 통한 새로운 가치를 더한 제품으로 재탄생 시키는 것을 뜻 한다. 둘째, 업사이클링 소재로서 폐 가죽의 제한적 요소를 형태의 제한, 크기의 제한, 공급의 제한으로 정리 할 수 있다. 셋째, 업사이클링을 통해 폐 가죽의 제한적 요소를 극복하여, 미적, 상업적 활용성(생산성)을 높이고자 패션소재개발의 한 방법인 패치워크와 스키공법을 병행하여 적용하였다. 이를 통하여 업사이클 패션제품의 예술적 가치를 재조명하고 상업성에 대한 가능성을 타진해 보았다. 궁극적으로, 업사이클 패션디자인에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 버려지는 소재의 특성을 파악하고, 효율적으로 활용하여 패션제품개발에 적용한다면, 업사이클 패션제품은 패션시장의 경쟁력 있는 상품이 될 수 있으며 패션산업의 지속가능한 발전으로의 원동력이 될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. 본 연구의 후속연구를 통하여 업사이클 패션제품에 대한 브랜딩과 마케팅 전략이 활발히 연구되어 업사이클 패션제품의 경쟁력을 강화 시킬 수 있기를 기대해 본다. The purpose of this research is to revisit the industrial waste upcycling potential by studying the development of leather waste upcycling in fashion design. The goal is to introduce design measures in order to continuously develop a sustainable fashion industry and to popularize fashion design upcycling. Therefore, this research considered upcycled fashion design’s theoretical background, and analyzed the current status and characteristics of leather waste as an upcycling material. Finally, based on the outcomes of this analysis, twelve pieces of upcycled fashion products using leather waste were designed and produced. This paragraph summarizes the research’s theoretical background, the products’ production, and the final outcomes. First, upcycling in fashion design can be distinguished from other environmentally friendly fashion design concepts in the sense that it seeks to rechristen the product by adding new value through the design process. Second, leather waste’s limitations as an upcycling material can be identified based on its restrictions in shape and size, along with its supply limitations. Third, in order to overcome such limitations with upcycled leather waste, the patchwork method, an approach to fashion material development, and skiving were simultaneously applied. This approach extends past the idea of simply recycling leather waste. These applications allowed the researchers to explore the upcycled fashion products’ commercial values and highlight their artistic values. Ultimately, if one is able to identify the disposed materials’ characteristics based on an understanding of upcycled fashion design and apply this knowledge effectively to fashion products’ development, upcycled fashion products can compete in the fashion market and contribute to the fashion industry’s overall continuous progress. We hope to strengthen upcycled fashion products’ competitiveness through further research of their branding and marketing strategies.

        코비드-19(COVID-19) 시대 인문학 교과의 효율적인 교수 방안 모색 ― 문화 관련 강의 사례를 중심으로

        This study examines the ways in which one can find a new teaching method applicable to the new teaching environment that has arisen with the onslaught of COVID-19. For this purpose, this study makes use of the autobiographical case study method which is one of the qualitative research methods and tries to overcome its limitations through a small-scale questionnaire and Focus group interviews. In the ‘With Corona’ situation where one has to coexist with Corona-19, in-person and non-in-person classes can always be interchangeable. This paper argues that in order to achieve a desired result in the face of the current harsh conditions, one has to create “routines” that can be consistently applied in any situation and expand them. This study suggests three routines: the instructor’s lecture preparation routines, learner’s performance routines, and the routines that the instructor can refer to when he or she is giving lectures. Although this study has some limitations in terms of research methods, it will be meaningful and valuable in that it provides routines that both instructors and learners can utilize in a ‘With Corona’ situation that is likely to go on after the fall semester of 2020.

        중국 선진시기의 기후 환경 기후 변화와 코끼리 벼 인구 분포의 상관관계 탐색

        Two contradictory views exist on the climatic environment of the Yellow River basin during the Pre-Qin period (BC2070-BC221). First, it was friendly to human life. Second, it was unfriendly to human life. I support the former. I summarized the results of the research in each of the four fields independently of each other and presented them as proof of the former. First, studies by climatologists showed that in the Pre-Qin period, temperatures in the Yellow River basin were about 2℃ higher than today. Second, according to animal archaeologists, tropical elephants lived in the north. This suggests that the climate in the Yellow River basin was warm and humid, not cold. Third, according to research by plant archaeologists, paddy rice, which grows mostly in the tropics today, was cultivated in the Yellow River basin during the Pre-Qin period. This suggests that the temperatures in the Yellow River basin at that time were not only higher than they are today, but also more rainfall. Fourth, demographers have found that during the Pre-Qin period, people lived more in the Yellow River basin than in the Yangzte River basin. The reason is that the north has a better climate and more varied and richer food than the south.

        성공적 노화

        Thoughts and concepts on successful aging were reviewed from psychological, biomedical and multi-dimensional points of view. Longevity, mental health, preservation of cognitive function, physical health and life satisfaction seem to constitute successful aging albeit we are not still at a full consensus about what successful aging is and about which of those domains is most important. A variety of factors are related to successful aging and some of them are thought to be modifiable while some are not. Lastly, many interventions for successful aging were discussed at both individual and social levels.
