박종욱(Park Chong-Uk),허진강(Hur Jin-Gang),우지혜(Woo Ji-Hae) 대한치료과학회 2010 대한치료과학회지 Vol.2 No.1
Objective: The aim of this research is to determine the effects on muscle activity as incurred by patient transfer height, lumbar pressure, and lower extremities. Method: 40 physical therapists working in hospital rehabilitation units were selected as the sample target. The experiment was conducted under 2 conditions - when the wheelchair and treatment mat were of equal height, and when the treatment mat was 10cm higher than the wheelchair. EMG and 3DSSPP were used to measure the muscle activity and lumbar pressure of the back and lower extremity. Results: Back muscle activity showed a significant difference according to height(p<.05). Conclusion: Patient transfer can result in lower back musculoskeletal disorders. Hence it is recommended that the patient be transferred at equal height to prevent lower back musculoskeletal disorders.

Objective : The aim of this study is verification of a person has normal foot arch and person has flatfoot have different plantar pressure in single leg standing position. Methods : A total of 20 participants were divided into groups with 9 flatfoot group and 11 normal foot arch group through the navicular drop test. Two groups measured the foot pressure during single leg standing on attached each sensor to four different parts. Using the Trigno Wireless Systems, four different foot areas(1st Toe, 1st metatarsal base, 5th metatarsal base and heel) pressure were measured. Different of foot pressure according to flatfoot and normal foot were analyzed through independent t-test. Results : The results in flatfoot group plantar pressure has been biased to the 1st metatarsal base and heel compared to the result of plantar pressure in normal foot group during single leg standing(p〈.05). Normal foot arch group and flatfoot group have no significant different in 1st toe and 5th metatarsal base of plantar pressure during single leg standing. Conclusion : Though this study, flat foot subjects had more high foot pressure toward to lateral and posterior than normal foot subjects.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of balance and gait parameters while sit to stand training with different foot position in chronic stroke patient. Method: 26 patients with chronic stroke were enrolled in rehabilitation hospital in Hwaseong. Subjects were divided into two groups. Control group were maintain symmetrical foot position while sit to stand training. Experimental group were maintain asymmetrical foot position while sit to stand training induce more activity increase in paretic lower limb. We checked COP length, COP average velocity through balance parameters. And steplength, stridelength, stance phase, cadence, gait velocity were checked by gait parameters. Zebris walking analysis system used as an experimental tool. Results: COP length and COP average velocity were significant difference in both groups which pre and post evaluation(p<.01). Also steplength, stridelength, stancephase were significant difference in both groups which pre and post evaluation(p<.01). But both groups were no significant difference in cadence and gait velocity. COP length and COP average velocity, steplength, stance phase change were significant difference between two groups(p<.01). Stridelength also show significant difference(p<.05). However, there was no significant difference in cadence and gait velocity between two groups. Conclusion: Sit to stand training with induce more activity toward paratic limb may improve balance and gait parameters in patients with chronic stroke.
미기록 귀화식물: Plantago aristata (Plantaginaceae)
이정호,한동욱,이은주,박종욱,Lee, Jungho,Han, Dong Uk,Lee, Eun Ju,Park, Chong-Wook The Korean Society of Plant Taxonomists 2005 식물 분류학회지 Vol.35 No.2
We reported that an alien species of Plantaginaceae, Plantago aristata Michx. from North America, grows at the Han-River estuary in Go-Yang City, Kyunggi Province. This species is easily distinguished from others in Korea by its linear leaves, cylindrical spikes with long linear bracts at base, and relatively large flowers of ca. 4-6 mm in diameter. We called the species as gin-po-ggot-jil-kyung-i as a local name. Plantago aristata is known to be very invasive and has been already introduced to Japan and China.

In this study, through the visual body symmetrically emphasize the training of hemiplegia due to stroke by analyzing the effect of posture control and walking ability of hemiplegic patients during walking and propose a treatment for improving walking function. Method: Intervention in each group(N=40) was carried out for 5 days a week, 30 minutes per 8 weeks. The experimental group emphasized the symmetrical adjustment of the body to ensure unbiased verbal instructions are attached to the red point on the trunk and torso adjustable shoulder for visual emphasis. The control group underwent gait training using virtual reality program. Results: The change of the temporal factor was a significant change in the period of the Velocity, Cadence. The change of the spatial factor was a significant changes in the period of the DSP. Conclusion: The trunk symmetric visual emphasis of the training hemiplegia due to stroke showed better effect in the posture control and walking ability of hemiplegic patients than virtual reality training.
