생약복합제제중 보기제(補氣劑)의 혈청성분 및 장내미생물에 대한 작용

We have concerned the action of traditional herbal medicine (THM) to relate with longevity, aging and immune, etc. Espically, we have studied on the role of intestinal bacteria on THM such as Nokyongdaebo-Tang, Bojungikgi-Tang, Ikgibohyul-Tang, Bobyulansin-Tang and Bojanggunbi-Tang. Samples of the p.o. administration of 2 g/kg for 2 weeks did not find the change transaminase activities in mice. But, Nokyongdaebo-Tang and Bojanggunbi-Tang elevated the serum glucose levels and Bojungikgi-Tang elevated the total cholesterol levels in mice. ${\beta}-Glucuronidase$ activities in mice faeces are decreased by the treatment of Nokyongdaebo-Tang, Bojungikgi-Tang, Ikgibohyul-Tang and Bojanggunbi-Tang, but increased by the treatment of Bohyulansin-Tang. Number of lactic acid bacteria in mice faeces are increased by the treatment of Nokyongdaebo-Tang, Bojungikgi-Tang, lkgibohyul-Tang, Bohyulansin-Tang and Bojanggunbi-Tang. We recognized that ${\beta}-glucuronidase$ activities and the number of lactic acid bacteria were remarkably decreased by the pretreatment of antibiotics in mice. Nokyongdaebo-Tang and Ikgibohyul-Tang at the p.o. administration of 2 g/kg significantly increased the ${\beta}-glucuronidase$ activities and Bojungikgi-Tang and Bohyulansin-Tang remarkably increased the number of lactic acid bacteria in antibiotics pretreated mice.
안전한 시스템을 위한 Buffer Overflow 대응기법분석에 관한 연구

Buffer Overflow는 가장 핵심적인 해킹기법중의 하나이다. 현재 해킹피해의 대부분을 차지하며 local attack 뿐 아니라 remote attack까지 가능하므로 이를 이해함은 보안을 이해하는 차원에서 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 Buffer Overflow의 원리와 최근 발생한 시스템의 해킹 형태를 살펴보고, 이를 방지할 수 있는 기법들을 분석하여 Buffer Overflow에 대응할 수 있는 모습을 그려보고자 한다.

The existing auxiliary memory units have complex file structures since magnetic materials are sued as storage cells which usually have long access time because they must use complicated control units. Therefore, very poor utility factors are resulted wuth such units. In order to overcome the defects of the existing auxiliary memory units, it is ssary to develop the auxiliary memory units semploying 64KDRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) as semiconductor mass storage units. In this paper, a study is made on the availability and effectiveness of the auxiliary memory units using the 64 K DRAM. The results are as follows : 1) The file structures can be made very simple because this system can be applied to the structures of the random access file. 2) This system reduce access time by using DMA Controller while existing RAM disk units can access to the memory through I/O port. 3) This system can accomplish maximum memory utility factor by removing the gaps between files through the improvement of the file structures.

This paper is a study on a method to compose an anti-ghost antenna system. For this study, two antennas having the identical radiation pattern are fixed in a parallel direction side by side and the phase shift network is employed so as to adjust the phase of an incoming signal from 0˚ to 360˚ without changing its amplitude. an experimental investigation was carried out to make clear the bubble frepuency of pressure drop evaporation. The phenominon of evaporation was observed when a quantity of uniformly superheated distilling water was exposed to a sudden pressure drop in the flash chamber. The experiments covered the range of liquid mean temperatures between 40 and 80℃ superheats between 2.0 and 8.9℃ and liquidlevel between 370 and 390mm. Experimental results were obtained as follows. 1) The higher superheats and liquid mean temperatures are the higher the bubble frequency is. 2) During the four-second period after flash evaporation has begun, the bubble frequency is the highest. 3) The less the NETD is, the lower the bubble frequency becomes. 4) The farther the distance from the center of the liquid becomes and the deeper the depth of the liquid becomes, the bubble frequency becomes.

The characteristics of the digital thermometer was specified in this experiment, by constructing oscillator which controlls frequency of oscillation in view of the change of temperature of the thermistor. The thermistor which has the value of α=-83(Ω/℃), R_0=5.08(KΩ) was used in this experiment. According to increasing of temperature factor the discrepancy is decreased. The thermometer, using the disc type thermistor, shows the discrepancy ±0.0 C in the region of 35~45℃. The total response time requires about 1 sec sensing time.

This paper describes a system controller connected via a shared bus to distributed subsystems for multi-tasking, which contributes to a high performance operating system at the lowest system cost. The system controller consists of a single board microcomputer. The subcontroller consists of incremental motion control system for both velocity and position control, employs low cost digital logic gates to achieve the system design flexibility possible with the microprocessor, utilizes a incremental encoder to provide both position and velocity signals, and derives the velocity profile and the rotation direction from the digital difference between the required position data and the feedback data. It is found to be effective in a point-to-point position control system for Industrial processing automatization.
