Liquid-Based Uterine Cervicovaginal Cytology is known to be a sensitive and effective screening method for cervical neoplasm $MonoPrep^{TM},\;ThinPrep^{TM},\;and\;SurePath^{TM}$ methods have been recently used as Liquid-Based Uterine Cervicovaginal Cytology techniques, and the $SurePath^{TM}$ method has been used in Sung-Yoon Reference Laboratory since 2003. The goal of Liquid-Based Uterine Cervicovaginal Cytology is to separate cervical epithelial cells from non-target cells, red blood cells and neutrophils. This report describes a study which evaluated cellularity, stainablilty, and cellular changes of epithelial cels in samples processed using a manual technique as compared to samples processed using $SurePath^{TM}$ automated method. The samples processed by means of a manual technique contained a cellularity of epithelial cells similar to that of the samples processed using the $SurePath^{TM}$ automated method. In addition, we compared variable density gradient reagents, including dextran, dextrose, and sucrose, to $SurePath^{TM}$ gradient media in order to evaluate cell fractionation and cellularity of epithelial cells. 10% dextran of gradient media shows good fractionation. The samples processed with 10% dextran demonstrated sufficient cellularity of epithelial cells and shows the fewest cellular changes. In conclusion, using a manual technique on these samples is easier to read than those results obtained using the $SurePath^{TM}$ automated method.

수기 액상세포검사를 이용한 자궁목 세포진 검사의 임상적 효용성: 고식적 세포진 검사와의 비교

This study was performed to compare manual liquid-based preparation with conventional Papanicolaou tests in view of the cytologic diagnoses and specimen adequacy. The specimens of 5,979 women from 33 local clinics and 1 general hospital were prepared by both manual liquid-based preparation and conventional Papanicolaou test. The cytologic diagnoses and specimen adequacy were evaluated in Department of Fathology in Kyoungpook National University School of Medicine. A conventional Papanicolaou test was always prepared first, after that residual material on the sampling device was rinsed into a liquid preservative, and then thin-layer slides were prepared using manual method of liquid-based cervicovaginal cytology. Conventional and liquid-based slides were read independently, and cytologic diagnoses and specimen adequacy were classified using the Bethesda System. Of the cases, 5,763 (96.3%,) had the same interpretation, and there was no significant diagnostic difference in 5,853 (97.8%) cases. When evaluating cases with more than one diagnostic class difference, the manual liquid-based preparation demonstrated a statistically significant overall improvement (2.1%) in the detection of squamous intraepithelial lesion and invasive cancer. Using manual method of liquid-based preparation, there was 14.1%, reduction in unsatisfactory slides through excellent cellular presentation. In conclusion, the manual liquid-based preparation produces standardized quality, superior sensitivity and improved adequacy as compared to the conventional method.

This paper describes the development of the automatic control device for demisting. The control is started from<br/> the mist possibility (MP) 0, Which is defined as the temperature difference between dew point and glass surface<br/> temperature.<br/> To find the efficient automatic demisting strategy, the changes of MP value in terms of interior and exterior<br/> temperature and relative humidity have been experimentally performed.<br/> Based on these experiments, the suitable automatic demisting control unit has set up and it has been found that the<br/> developed automatic demisting control unit could effectively eliminate the mist on the glass.

제주지역 외국인 투자이민제도의 평가와 개선 방향 연구

본 논문은 외국인 투자이민제도를 평가하여 보다 합리적인 제도로 자리매김되도록 하기 위한 연구이다. 설문조사와 자료조사라는 방법론을 통해서 외국인 투자이민제도의 긍 부정적 인식과 제도개선 방향을 제안한 것이다. 정책제언을 다음과 같이 하였다. 첫째, 투자금액을 높여서 10억 정도로의 변경이다. 둘째, 투자 즉시 영주권(F5)자격 부여 후 사후관리로 전환하는 방안이다. 셋째, 토지와 건물을 소유가 아니라 임대로 하는 방안을 모색하는 방안이다. 넷째, 영주권인원과 총투자금액 등에 투자총량제를 실시하는 방안이다. 다섯째, 관광개발 투자이민제, 크루즈 투자이민제, 환경보전사업기여 등 투자할 내용에 다변화를 기하는 방안이다. 여섯째, 관광개발 투자이민제 등으로 명칭을 변경하는 방안이다. This thesis was conducted to evaluate the foreign investment immigration system and establish it as a more reasonable system. According to the research results, policy recommendations were established as follows. First, it is a change of about 1 billion won by increasing the investment amount. Second, it grants permanent residence (F5) status immediately upon investment. After that, it is a plan to switch to a management method. Third, it is a way to find a way to lease land and buildings instead of owning them. Fourth, it is a plan to implement a total investment system for the number of permanent residents and the total investment amount. Fifth, it is a plan to diversify investment contents such as tourism development investment immigration system, cruise investment immigration system, and environmental conservation business contribution. Sixth, it is a plan to change the name to tourism development investment immigration system, etc.

IT제조업의 수직적 분업에 관한 연구

최근 정보통신기술의 발전과 세계화의 진전으로 IT제조업의 생산 효율화를 통한 비용절감의 방안으로 각 생산공정의 국제분업이 이루어지게 되었다. 국제분업을 통해 국가는 비교우위의 생산요소에 집적을 통해 효율화를 이루게 된다. 하지만 이러한 국제분업을 통해 기술의 양극화 현상이 나타나게 되고 국제분업구조에서 기술중진국의 비교우위부문의 확보가 새로운 과제로 부상되었다. 따라서 기술중 진국이 장기적으로 국제분업구조에서 기술부문의 비교우위확보를 위해 민간부문과 공공부문에서 동시에 이루어져야한다.

2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이실행에 대한 유아교사의 인식

본 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이실행에 대한 유아교사의 인식과 일반적 배경에 대한 인식차이를 살펴봄으로써, 유아교육 현장에서 유아중심·놀이중심 교육과정 운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용하는데목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 B시의 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 유아 교사 168명을 대상으로 설문조사를실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이실행에 대한 유아교사의 인식은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 상호작용, 놀이자료, 평가하기, 놀이안전, 일과 구성하기, 교육지원 계획해보기, 놀이공간 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이실행은 기관유형에 따른 차이가 나타났으며, 어린이집 교사가 유치원 교사보다 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 개정 누리과정이 현장에내실 있게 안착되기 위해 교사의 근무 기관유형과 개별 교사의 교육과정 이해도에 따라 교육과정 실행역량을 강화하기 위한 지원 방향과 전략을 다각적으로 모색할 필요가 있음을 시사한다고 하겠다. The purpose of this study was to examine early childhood teachers’ perceptions of ‘play’ implementation in the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum and provide some implications for teachers in managing the child-centered and play-based curriculum. 168 early childhood teachers who are currently working at various early childhood education institutions in B city were asked to complete a survey. The results showed that first, early childhood teachers’ perceptions of play implementation in the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum were generally high. Specifically, interactions, play materials, evaluation, play safety, managing daily routines, planning educational support, and play space were found to be high in order. Second, their perceptions of play implementation in the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum differed according to the type of institutions. Childcare teachers’ percpetions were found to be highers than Kindergarten teachers. Results suggests various ways that teacher educators support early childhood teacher to successfully implement the revised Nuri curriculum according to the type of the teachers’ working instituions and their understanding of curriculum.
