Recently building UP of u-learning oriented teaching and learning system has been expanded rapidly, However domestic junior college’s challenging for adapting it might be slower than other educational body’s doing, and in that result it might be paid more or be taken longer time to improve their old system effectively. Now, it is very time for them to develop and implement u-learning oriented teaching and learning system quickly. This paper offers and draws the core factors to design ubiquitous teaching and learning model systematically through investigation of worldwide recent technology and R&D, patent, service and standardization tendency related with u-learnig modeling.

스마트폰 단일플랫폼을 통한 복합적 서비스와 효율적인 플랫폼 개발을 위해 이종 기기의 운 영체제와 플랫폼으로 동종 콘텐츠 및 서비스를 지원하거나, 동종 기기의 운영체제와 플랫폼으로 이종의 콘텐츠 및 서비스를 지원하는 개방형 크로스 플랫폼과 다중서비스가 가능한 통합플랫폼 기술의 진화가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 폰 서비스플랫폼의 기술 및 특허, 시장동향을 파악하고 서비스 플랫폼산업의 활성화방안을 분석?도출하여 정부와 민간 생태계에서의 정책 및 전략수립을 지원하는데 중점을 둔다. The situation required that technological evolution should be on domain of open cross-platform and multi-processing hybrid-platform to be able to run heterogeneous multi-services in homogeneous single platform or homogeneous multi-service in heterogeneous multi-platform for efficient development of platform and multi-services in smart phone single platform. In this paper, we firstly focused to investigate and analyse the advanced technological tendency and patents, market in related with smart phone service platform, and secondly to draw the alternatives to activate associated industries, and lastly to suggest the practical assignments to support government policy and enterprise strategy for smart phone platform ecosystem.

The purpose of the present experiment was to evaluate the effect of high nitrogen fertilization on the accumulation of nitric chemical composition of Korean native millet (Echinochloa crusgalli L.) The results obtained were as follows: 1. Dry matter of Korean native millet generally increased by increasing the rate of nitrogen fertilization but the marked lodging caused the decrease of dry matter at the period of ripening. 2. Soluble protein nitrogen was the major part of soluble total nitrogen and the content of other nitrogen fraction lowered in the order of ammonia, nitrate and amide nitrogen. 3. The content of soluble nitric chemical compound and soluble nitrate nitrogen of the plant sections did not coincide, but generally lowered in the order of sheath, blade, grain and culm. 4. Through the period of tillering and elongation of culm internodes, the content of soluble nitric compound generally increased by increasing the rate of nitrogen fertilization, but which didn`t occur sit the period of ripening.
성장생물학 : 비육돈의 출하체중 증가가 등지방두께, “떡지방” 삼겹살 발생률, 도체등급 및 도체의 품질특성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 돼지 출하체중 증가가 ``떡지방`` 삼겹살 발생률, 도체 등급 및 도체의 품질 특성에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 의해 수행되었다. 본 목적을 위해 85~150kg 체중 범위의(Yorkshire × Landrace) × Duroc 교잡종 거세돼지와 암퇘지 각각 250두를 도살하여 그 도체를 분석하였다. 거세돼지와 암퇘지의 등지방두께(y;mm)는 각각 다음과 같이 생체중(x;kg)에 선형으로 회귀하였다: y = 0.1827x+3.4825(r²=0.4671) 및 y = 0.2015x-0.6972(r²=0.4736). 삼겹살의 제 11~12 늑골부 5cm 폭의 등쪽 반절편의 지방조직 중량비가 55%를 초과하는 경우를 떡지방의 기준으로 설정했을 때 떡지방 삼겹살은 거세돼지에서 10건 발생하였으나 소매상에서 떡지방 삼겹살로 판정된 경우는 없었다. 과중량으로 인해 도체등급이 강등된 도체는 총 101건(20.2%)에 달하였다. 1+A 등급도체는 다른 모든 등급 도체보다 근내지방도가 높았으나, 근내지방 도와 도체 결함 특성을 제외하면 도체등급간 가시적인 품질 상의 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 결론적으로 도체 품질을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 크기만 클 뿐 정상적인 도체에 대해서는 평가절하는 현행 도체등급 판정기준은 개정되어야 좋을 것이다. 또한 돼지 출하체중을 증가시킬 때 떡지방 삼겹살 발생률은 중요한 고려 사항이 아닌 것으로 사료된다. The present study was undertaken to investigate the effects of increasing pig market weight on the incidence of the ``caky-fatty`` belly, carcass grade and carcass quality traits. To this end, 500(Yorkshire×Landrace)×Duroc market pigs consisting of equal numbers of barrows and gilts were slaughtered at body weights ranging from 85 to 150kg and their carcasses were analyzed. Backfat thickness (BFT; mm) of the barrows and gilts regressed on live weight (kg) linearly as follows: BFT (y)=0.1827x+3.4825(r²=0.4671) and y = 0.2015x-0.6972(r²=0.4736), respectively. The caky-fatty belly, which, by definition of the present study, had=55% fat by weight in the dorsal-side half of a 5 cm-wide belly strip between the 11th and 12th ribs, was found in 10 carcasses from barrows. However, no belly was condemned as ``caky-fatty`` by the retailers. Total number of carcasses which were down-graded on account of overweight was as many as 101 (20.2%). The 1+A-grade carcasses exhibited a superior intramuscular fat score to all other grades, but except for this and the defective quality traits, no visible differences were found in carcass quality among different carcass grades. In conclusion, the current carcass grading system, which is sparingly reflective of the carcass quality and also under-evaluates the larger but otherwise normal carcasses, may as well be revised. Moreover, the incidence of the caky-fatty belly appears not to be a critical factor to be considered when increasing the pig market weight.
압전세라믹 벤더를 이용한 소형로봇용 구동원에 관한 연구

지난 수십 년간, 소형 로봇 가운데 동물과 곤충을 모방한 생체모방 로봇은 인간이 신체적으로 접근할 수 없는 영역에서 특별한 임무를 위해 개발되어 왔다. 최근 들어, 사람의 접근이 제한되는 공간(예 : 고농축 방사능 보관지역, 바이러스 지역, 대테러 위험지역 등)이 늘어나면서 로봇의 활용범위가 더욱 다양해지고 있으며, 과거에는 사람만 가능했던 많은 행위들이 소형 로봇으로의 대체가 시도 되고 있다. 그 중에서도 보행 로봇의 최적 움직임은 이동하는 표면의 특성(예: 거칠기, 곡률, 경사, 재료 등)에 의해 결정될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 소형 보행 로봇에 적용하기 위한 구조가 간단하고 효율적으로 구동 가능한 압전세라믹 벤더 엑츄에이터를 제안하였다. 유한요소 해석법을 활용한 동적 모델링을 통해 구동원의 형상을 최적화하여 로봇의 이동 성능을 극대화 하였고, 제작과 실험을 통하여 그 결과를 검증하였다. 제작된 엑츄에이터는 무부하 조건에서 최대속도 236mm/s로 이동 하였고, 5g의 부하를 적재하고 156mm/s의 속도로 이동가능함을 확인 하였다. 제안된 다족형 액추에이터는 수행해야 할 임무와 요구 성능에 따라 모듈식으로 추가가 가능한 장점이 있다. This study proposed piezoelectric ceramic bender actuators for application to small walking robots. As the space where human access has recently become increasingly restricted (e.g., highly concentrated radioactive storage areas, viral contaminated areas, terrorist zones, etc.), the scope of using robots is becoming more diverse, and many actions that were possible only in the past have been attempted to be replaced by small robots. This robotic concept has the advantage of being simple in structure, making it compact and producing a large size work force. The dynamic modeling, using finite element analysis, maximized the robot"s mobility performance by optimizing the shape of the actuator, and the results were verified through fabrication and experimentation. The actuator moved at a maximum speed of 236 mm/s under no load conditions, and it could move at a speed of 156 mm/s under load conditions of 5g. The proposed actuator has the advantage of modular additions depending on the mission and required performance, which ensured that they are competitive against similar drive sources previously created.
전기저항측정법 및 젖음성을 이용한 나노복합재료의 미세파손 감지능 및 계면물성 평가

탄소나노튜브(CNT)를 이용하여 신율이 뛰어난 p-DCPD를 지로 사용하여 손상감지용 고분자 필름 센서를 연구하였다. CNT를 수지에 혼합시킬 경우 중합을 방해하여 1차 개환만 진행되었다. CNT 농도에 따른 정적접 촉각을 측정하여 계면의 젖음성을 측정하였다. 높은 신율을 가지는 p-DCPD에 CNT를 혼합시킴으로써 전도성을 확보하였고, CNT 농도에 따른 인장강도 및 전기저항 분산도 평가를 실시하였을 경우 0.5 wt% CNT/p-DCPD 조건이 최적의 조건임을 확인하였다. CNT/p-DCPD 센서의 내구성을 평가하기 위해 동적 피로 실험을 실시하여 인장 응력에 따른 전기저항 변화를 평가하였다. 초기 3회 사이클 동안은 전기저항 변화도와 응력간의 결과가 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. CNT/p-DCPD 센서의 활용을 위해 에폭시 기지 표면에 센서를 붙이고 기지 재료의 파괴거동을 확인하였다. 기지 파괴가 발생되기 전에 CNT/p-DCPD 센서의 전기저항 점핑 신호를 관찰할 수 있었다. 이는 기지재료에 발생된 균열에 의해 CNT/p-DCPD 센서와 기지간의 접착 파괴로 발생된 신호이며, 이러한 신호를 이용하여 기지재료의 균열 및 파괴를 예측해 볼 수 있었다. Damage sensing of polymer composite films consisting of poly(dicyclopentadiene) p-DCPD and carbon nanotube (CNT) was studied experimentally. Only up to 1st ring-opening polymerization occurred with the addition of CNT, which made the modified film electrically conductive, while interfering with polymerization. The interfacial adhesion of composite films with varying CNT concentration was evaluated by measuring the wettability using the static contact angle method. 0.5 wt% CNT/p-DCPD was determined to be the optimal condition via electrical dispersion method and tensile test. Dynamic fatigue test was conducted to evaluate the durability of the films by measuring the change in electrical resistance. For the initial three cycles, the change in electrical resistance pattern was similar to the tensile stress-strain curve. The CNT/p-DCPD film was attached to an epoxy matrix to demonstrate its utilization as a sensor for fracture behavior. At the onset of epoxy fracture, electrical resistance showed a drastic increase, which indicated adhesive fracture between sensor and matrix. It leads to prediction of crack and fracture of matrix.

Hemangioma is one of the most frequently encountered benign hepatic neoplasm which can develop secondary degeneration. Sclerosed hemangioma is a rare disease histologically characterized by large amount of collagen and elastic fibril between sclerosed small vessels. Its differential diagnosis is very difficult. It should be included in the differential diagnosis of other hepatic lesions such as hepatocellular carcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and metastatic hepatic tumor. A 77-year old male was admitted with upper abdominal discomfort. Abdominal ultrasonography revealed GB stone, dilated common bile duct with bile duct stone, and a 4.6 cm sized hyperechoic mass at segment 5 and 6 of the liver. Abdominal dynamic computed tomography demonstrated dilated intrahepatic bile ducts and a 5×5 cm sized mass which showed minimally delayed enhancement. Abdominal magnetic resonance imaging revealed the mass with low signal intensity in T1 weighted image, high signal intensity and focal low signal in T2 weighted image which showed minimal enhancement. We removed common bile duct stone with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography then decided to undergo right lower segmentectomy of liver due to possibility of cholangiocarcinoma. Histopathological examination of hepatic mass showed large amount of fibrous tissue with occasional residual vascular channels. We describe one case of sclerosed hemangioma mimicking cholangiocarcinoma. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2009;54:399-403)
환경친화적 캡스기초공법의 현장 타설 콘크리트 최적 배합비

About 95 % of the foundations of buildings with three or more stories in Korea are constructed on a Pile Foundation, and such Pile Foundation has problems such as excessive construction costs, environmental problems due to the use of heavy equipment, and delays of construction due to frequent public resentment. In order to solve these problems, eco-friendly and cast-in-place Caps Foundation was developed that directly pours concrete on site. In this paper, to find the optimal mixing ratio of early strength concrete to be applied to the cast-in-place Caps Foundation, the changes in compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, and flexural strength of three concrete types of different cements by age were examined. As a result, all three concretes satisfies the target values of 21 MPa of compressive strength and 3 MPa of flexural strength at 5 days. Especially, EPC using early strength portland cement reached the target values after 3 days. Therefore, it was decided to use the mixture of BFC using blast furnace slag cement as the optimal mixing ratio, and to use the mixture of EPC using early strength portland cement at the special field where additional time reduction is required.
