한방 치료와 코어 운동을 병행한 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자 1례에 대한 증례보고

Objectives : The objective of this study is to report the effect of Traditional Korean medical therapy and core exercise on osteoarthritis of knee joint by observing a clinical case study. Methods : Patient with a diagnosis of osteoarthritis of knee joint, was treated by acupuncture, herb medicine, physical theraphy and core exercise. Results : After treatment, Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), Korean version of the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(KWOMAC), Pain Rating Score(PRS) were reduced from 5 to 2, from 25 to 16, from 55 to 27, and CENTAUR test results were improved. Conclusions : This study showed that Traditional Korean medical therapy and core exercise has meaningful effect on osteoarthritis of knee joint, and more researches should be followed.
악성 위험지수 (Risk of Malignancy Index) 1을 이용한 골반내 종양의 분석

Objectives: To assess the ability of risk of malignancy index (RMI) 1 to discriminate between benign and malignant pelvic masses. Methods: Between January 2007 and December 2010, 547 women with pelvic masses were evaluated. Their medical records are reviewed here retrospectively. The sensitivity, specificity and positive and negative predictive values of the cancer antigen (CA) 125 level, ultrasound findings and menopausal status in the prediction of malignant pelvic masses were calculated and compared individually or combined using the RMI 1. Results: The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves of CA 125, the ultrasound score and the RMI 1 were all found to be relevant predictors of malignancy. ROC analysis of the RMI 1, CA 125 serum levels, ultrasound score and menopausal status showed areas under the curves of 0.795, 0.782, 0.784 and 0.594, respectively. The RMI 1 was found to be statistically significantly correlated with menopausal status (P = 0.001), while not statistically significantly correlated with CA 125 (P = 0.628) or the ultrasound score (P = 0.541). The RMI 1 at a cut-off of 150 - with a sensitivity of 77.9%, specificity of 81.1%, positive predictive value of 51.7% and negative predictive value of 93.4% - showed the highest performance in determining the malignant tendency of pelvic masses. Conclusion: Accepting a RMI 1 cut-off value of 150 results in statistically more significant diagnostic criteria than menopausal status for the discrimination of benign and malignant pelvic masses. An underwater glider makes it easy to explore a wide area with low power. However, an underwater glider is difficult to use for rapid collection, because the surfacing location cannot be predicted after a dive. Thus, simulation research is needed to predict the swimming path. In this paper, based on research, a linearized equation is derived for the drag coefficient at each angle of attack by assuming the boundary conditions for the Slocum underwater glider and performing a computational flow analysis.

본 논문에서는 미래의 추진기관에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 비과학적인 공상을 배제하고 최대한 발전 가능성 있는 미래의 추진기관을 찾아 조사하였다. 현재 기초적인 개념만 제안이 되어 있거나 극히 초기 개발 단계에 있는 태양열 추진(solar-thermal propulsion), 레이저 추진 로켓(laser-boosted rocket), 레이저 용발 추진(laser ablation propulsion), 공명 유도 근접장 발진(resonant inductive near-field generation), 이온 추력기(ion Thruster)에 대해 문헌을 정리하여 소개하고, 그 가능성에 대해 논의하였다. This article is dedicated to introduce several propulsion engines from future. We will discuss our literature search on some of most prominent proposals of propulsive engines. Some are yet far behind any kind of development process and others are in an initial stage of development. They include solar-thermal propulsion, laser-boosted rocket, laser ablation propulsion, resonant inductive near-field generation, ion thruster. We will also discuss their feasibilities.

목적: 수술 전 골반내 종양의 악성 여부를 평가하는 데 있어서 네 가지 악성 위험지수 risk of malignancy indexs (RMIs: RMI 1, RMI 2, RMI 3, and RMI 4)의 효용성을 비교해 보고자 한다. 연구방법: 2007년 1월부터 2010년 12월까지 자궁부속기 종양을 주소로 내원한 환자 547명을 대상으로 한후향적 연구이다. 악성 위험지수는 초음파 소견, 폐경 유무, 종양 크기 및 혈중 CA-125를 바탕으로 산출하였으며, 이를 통해 악성 위험지수의 민감도, 특이도, 양성 및 음성 예측률, 진단 정확도를 구하여 비교하였다. 결과: 수용자 특성 곡선(receiver operating characteristic)상에서 네 악성 위험지수의 곡선 아래의 면적은 각각 0.9233, 0.9151, 0.9132, 0.9263로 나왔다. 네 악성 위험지수는 골반내 종양의 악성 여부를 평가하는데 있어 폐경 유무(P=0.001), 종양의 크기(P=0.03)에 비해서는 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보였으나, 혈중 CA-125, 초음파 소견(P>0.05)에 비해서는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 결론: 네 악성 위험지수는 수술 전골반내 종양의 악성 여부를 평가하는 데 있어서 폐경 유무와 종양의 크기에 비해 통계적으로 유의하다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the ability of the four malignancy risk indices for discrimination of a benign mass from a malignant pelvic mass. Methods: This is a retrospective study of 547 women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Inha University College of Medicine, between January, 2007, and December, 2010, for surgical exploration of a pelvic mass. Sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values, and diagnostic accuracy of four risk of malignancy indices (RMIs: RMI 1, RMI 2, RMI 3, and RMI 4) were obtained for diagnosis of a malignant pelvic mass, Results: Results of receiver operating characteristic analysis of RMI 1-4, CA-125 serum levels, ultrasound score, menopausal status, and tumor size showed values of the area under the curve of 0.9233, 0.9151, 0.9132, 0.9263, 0.8472, 0.9007, 5870, and 0.7714, respectively. The four RMIs showed statistical significance with menopausal status (P=0.001) and tumor size (P=0.03), but not with CA-125 and ultrasound score (P>0.05). Conclusion Four RMIs were found to be statistically significant diagnostic criteria, compared with menopausal status and tumor size, which can discriminate between benign and malignant pelvic masses.
추나 치료와 족부 보조기를 병행한 연소기, 청소년기 특발성 척추측만증 치험 4례

The objective of this study is to report the effect of Chuna manipulation and foot orthosis treatment on juvenile, adolescent idiopathic scoliosis by observing four clinical case studies.Pre-and post-treatment, we investigated the changes in Cobb`s angle, pelvic height and walking pattern by using the standing full spine X-ray.After application of a Chuna manipulation and foot orthosis treatment, Cobb`s angle was reduced in 4 cases.Difference of pelvic height was reduced in 3 cases, and other 1 case was increased rather.And walking balance was improved in the case of measuring walking balance pattern.This study showed that Chuna manipulation and foot orthosis treatment has meaningful effect on juvenile, adolescent idiopathic scoliosis and more researches should be followed.
자세이상을 호소하는 환자의 골반 높이 차이와 보행 밸런스 관계에 대한 연구

Objectives This study was designed to investigate the correlation between the difference of pelvic height and difference of gait balance. Methods 62 cases of patients who received treatment from January 2011 to March 2014 for abnormal postures were analyzed. Their difference of pelvic height were estimated by whole spine X-ray analysis and gait balance were estimated by Treadmill Gait Analysis system. The data were analyzed to find out correlation between difference of pelvic height and difference of gait balance, and correlation between the position of pelvic tilt and gait balance higher side. Pearson correlation and Chi-square analysis were used. Results Pelvic height heigher side were more left than right side, and gait balance higher side were also more left than right side. Difference of pelvic height and difference of gait balance had a positive linear relationship, but there was no significant correlation. The position of pelvic tilt had significant correlation with gait balance higher side. Conclusions The position of pelvic tilt had significant correlation with gait balance higher side and difference of pelvic height had no significant correlation with difference of gait balance. Tax laws are the statutes which are related to business accounting, Business Law, and the Securities Exchange Law. While Business Law is a general statute, the others are special statutes. Each of them has its own purpose and characteristics. Business Law is a general law of commercial matters. But, some of Business Law provisions almost prove to be a dead letter and the criticism that it doesn't lead tax law or business accounting has arisen steadily. Business accounting has the purpose to provide the interested parties with useful accounting information and has been changed constantly by variable economic conditions. Tax laws include the provisions for computing taxable income, a base of computing tax paid. The purpose of the Securities Exchange Law is to protect investor and therefore, it puts a restraint on related parties or organizations. The above statutes formulate a system with priority given to Business Law and it is obvious that there are no contradiction and unreasonableness among them. This research began by a critical mind that there, in fact, are many conflictive and unreasonable provisions. For reasonable agreement among the above statutes, this research analyzes concrete provisions through classifying into 25 items. This research will contribute us to the following things. First, this will solve contradiction and unreasonableness and formulate a system among them. Second, this will prevent tax resistance of citizens, give taxation equity, and improve the advancement of tax administration.
