        만성두통 환자에서 한방 치료 후 인영혈 부위의 뇌혈류에 대한 연구

        Objectives: This study was performed to change of blood flow in In-Young(ST9) after treatment on chronic daily headache patients. Methods: Monitoring of TCD was examined in 10`s chronic daily headache patients before and after treatment. Mean velocity flow, systolic velocity and pulsatility index were analyzed from TCD at In-Young(ST9). The patients was laid for 20 minutes before treatment and also for treatment. Results: The results showed a significant(p<0.05: Paired T-test) decrease in mean velocity flow and systolic velocity. but there were no significant differences in pulsatility index. Conclusions: These results suggest that there were significant change on blood flow in In-young of chronic daily headache patients.

        협동학습이 학습자의 학습태도 및 자기주도학습력에 미치는 효과

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of cooperative learning on the learning attitude and self-directed learning capability of learners. Methods: The subjects were 50 sophomores enrolled in cooperative learning for 12-week period from March to June, 2014. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by the subjects. The instruments were 16 questions of learning attitude, 32 questions of self-directed learning, academic achievement, and 12 questions of satisfaction with instruction by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach’s alpha was 0.84 in the previous study and 0.78 in this study. Self-directed learning was modified by Yoo and Cheong. Cronbach’s alpha of self-directed learning was 0.86 in this study. Academic achievement was assessed by before and after the cooperative learning class. Cronbach’s alpha was 0.95 in this study. Their learning attitude and self-directed learning capability were evaluated before and after the cooperative learning, and their satisfaction with the instruction and academic achievement were assessed by the written examination. Results: The score of learning attitude increased from 2.89 in the pretest to 3.38 in the posttest. The self-directed learning of the students increased from 2.98 in the pretest to 3.48 in the posttest. The academic achievement of students also increased from 82.0 in the pretest to 85.2 in the posttest. The satisfaction with instruction was 4.24 of Likert 5 scale. There were significant differences in satisfaction with instruction, cooperative learning and academic achievement. Conclusions: It is important to develop the cooperative learning program linked to self-directed learning for the dental hygiene students continuously. This study will provide the basic data and information for the development of new teaching methods for the dental hygiene.

        팀학습에서 성찰일지 작성이 학습자의 학습동기에 미치는 효과

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the educational effects of team learning by having learners keep a journal to record, check and reflect on their own learning. It`s basically meant to investigate the effects of team learning on learning motivation and academic achievements to provide some information on teaching-learning strategy setting tailored to learner characteristics. Methods: The subjects in this study were 49 college sophomores. After they were divided into an experimental group and a control group, the experimental group of 24 students engaged in team learning from March to June, 2012, and that group was asked to keep a reflective journal every week to determine whether writing a reflective journal in every session served to boost their learning motivation and academic achievement or not. Results: 1. After the experimental group kept a reflective journal, that group underwent a significant change in learning motivation from a mean of 3.34 in the pretest to a mean of 4.01 in the posttest(p<0.05). The experimental group showed a more positive improvement than the control group. 2. After the experimental group kept a reflective journal, they underwent a significant change in academic achievement from 22.7 in the pretest to 23.5 in the posttest(p<0.05). The control group showed no significant improvement in academic achievement. Conclusions: The findings of the study illustrated that keeping a reflective journal had a positive impact on the learning motivation of the learners, and the findings of the study are expected to lay the foundation for future research in new teaching methods for the department of dental hygiene. key words: academic achievement, learning motivation, reflection Journal, team-Learning

        협동학습이 치위생학생의 학습전략, 학업적 자기효능감 및 수업만족도에 미치는 효과

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the educational effect of cooperative learning, which enables learners to make portfolio by taking advantage of their knowledge and skills acquired through practice, on an oral prophylaxis practice course in an attempt to stir up the spontaneous learning of learners, their learning interest and problem-solving skills. Methods : The selected dental hygiene students engaged in cooperative learning in oral prophylaxis practice III class in the second semester of their sophomore year by utilizing portfolio that was prepared by altering an inclusive dental hygiene practice model. They completed all the 15-week practice course, and then their portfolio was evaluated. They were divided into eight nonequivalent groups whose members were all different in academic standing, and their learning strategies and academic self-efficacy were checked before and after the instruction was provided. And their satisfaction with the class was investigated after the instruction was provided. Results : 1. There were significant gaps to 0.36±0.07 in the charge of learning strategies after they engaged in cooperative learning(p<0.01). There were the broadest differences in cognitive strategies to 3.61, followed by metacognitive strategies to 3.19, and significant differences were found in all the subfactors(p<0.01). 2. There were significant gaps in the charge of self-efficancy to 0.13±0.06 after they engaged in cooperative learning(p<0.01). There were the widest differences in self-regulating efficancy to 3.49, followed by confidence to 3.03 and task difficulty preference to 2.97, and significant differences were found in all the subfactors(p<0.01). 3. When their satisfaction level was analyzed after engaging in cooperative learning, there were significant gaps to 3.94 in the satisfaction level with all of the lectures(p<0.01). There were significant gaps in the satisfaction level with lecture to 4.20, with ensuring academic achievement to 4.13 and with cooperative learning to 3.48 (p<0.01). Conclusions : The above-mentioned findings indicated that cooperative learning had a positive impact on the learning strategies, academic self-efficacy and class satisfaction of the learners, and this study is expected to lay the foundation for the development of new teaching methods for dental hygiene.(J Korean Soc Dent Hygiene 2012;12(1):93-101)

        몬테소리프로그램이 유아 친사회적 행동에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 유아의 사회성 발달에 기초가 되는 친사회적 행동 형성에 있어서 몬테소리프로그램유치원과 일반프로그램유치원 유아를 대상으로 성별 연령별로 어떠한 차이를 보이는 지, 그리고 이들 변인간의 상호작용효과가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 교사의 관찰과 개별면접을 통해 실시되었다. 연구대상은 서울소재 몬테소리프로그램 유아교육기관 3곳과 일반프로그램 유아교육기관 3곳의 4, 5세 유아 89명이었다. 자료 분석 결과 몬테소리프로그램이 친사회적 행동 형성의 전 영역에 걸쳐 일반프로그램보다 더 효과적임을 보여주었다. 아울러 프로그램유형과 성별, 그리고 연령간의 상호작용 분석 결과 연령과 성별변인보다 프로그램 유형이 유아의 친사회성 발달에서 더 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀져 친사회적 행동 형성에서 유아에게 적용되고 있는 교육내용이 얼마나 중요한가를 재확인시켜주었다. The Purpose of this study was to provide for the plan to help younger children from their social behaviors. For this purpose, this study attempted to investigate through teacher's perception what difference there was in the formation of their social behaviors between Montessori program children and general program children. For the study, 89 children composed of 50 children enrolled in early childhood education institutions operating the Montessori program as the experimental group and 39 children enrolled in the general early childhood education institution located in Seoul as the control group. This study was carried out over a total three months and 2weeks, consisting of three months of program input, 2weeks of observation and interview period. Based on the study results, the following conclusion was drawn: First, it was found that there was a significant difference in all domains between Montessori children and general children, the former of whom showed the more positive aspect. Second, it was found that female children overall formed their social behaviors better than male children in terms of sex. Third, it was found that there was a great difference in the formation of children's social behaviors according to age, especially four years and five years. Fourth, it was found that there was mutual effects in the social behavioss, the regulation of personal emotion and the formations of social relations domains between Montessori children and general program children.

        두통처방에 대한 문헌 예비연구

        Objectives: To study for classifying indications and procedure of historical changes, as a preliminary study, we collected and arranged prescriptions of headaches in medical documents after 『Hwang-Je-Nae-Gyeong』. Methods: 1. The researcher reviewed books, as a bibliography, recording to associate with a headaches in 『UI-Bu-Jeon-Rok』. 2. In reference books, we collected and arranged the herb medicines related to headaches in chapter of them. 3. In case of no chapter associated with headaches in books, we found prescriptions related to headaches and rearranged them. 4. Applied or added herb medicines were excluded, if the chief virtue was not primarily for headaches. 5. Prescriptions for signs to headaches related to dizziness were excluded. 6. Prescriptions for signs to associated with tremor were excluded. 7. We excluded prescriptions of headaches for dermatological disease. Results and conclusions: 1. Thirty seven documents were referred to the section of a headche in 『UI-Bu-Jeon-Rok』. 2. Prescriptions of 『Sang-Han-Ron』, which were related to headaches, were repeatedly quoted in chinese medical publications. 3. Nameless prescriptions of headaches were recorded from earlier books to later publications. 4. It started to record prescriptions of headaches separately from 『Hawl-In-Seo』 in 1107. 5. Described how to discriminate Naesang from Oegam, but prescriptions of headache were not listed in Dongwon Yi`s 『Nae-Oe-Sang-Byeon-Hok-Ron』 which was published in 1247.
