본 연구는 윌리엄 운동이 요통과 신체구성 및 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 3년 이상의 요통치료를 받고 있는 성인 남성 10명을 대상으로 12주간의 윌리엄 운동을 일주일에 4회의 운동을 실시하였고, 자가 설문조사와 신체구성 및 건강 관련체력을 측정하였다. 윌리엄 운동 운동은 1회 4가지 방법을 2분씩 5회 동일한 방법으로 수행하였으며, 운동 프로그램 전·후에 건강관련체력을 측정하였다. 윌리엄 운동을 통하여 수집된 자료를 각 변인별 측정치의 실수, 백분율 그리고 평균과 표준편차를 구하였으며, 각 변인별 윌리엄 운동 전·후에 따른 건강관련체력 수준, 체지방률에 대하여 paired T-test를 실시하여 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 윌리엄 운동을 실시하였을 때, 건강관련체력 수준 중 근력 요인인 악력은 변화가 나타나지 않았으나, 근지구력 요인인 팔굽혀펴기와 윗몸일으키기, 유연성 요인인 체전굴과 체후굴의 향상을 보였다. 또한 신체구성 요인인 체지방률의 감소효과가 나타났다. 본 실험을 통하여 윌리엄 운동은 요통의 통증을 경감시켜줌으로써, 건강 체력 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 또한 삶을 영위하는 동안 요통의 통증을 완화 시킬 수 있을 것으로 나타났다. In the present study, we investigated effects of William exercise on back pain, body composition and health-related physical fitness. Regular William exercise program was commenced four times per week. This regimen continued during 12 weeks with ten participates(female : 10) suffered from back pain. The data were analyzed by paired T-test using SPSS. The results are represented as mean ± SD. The differences were considered significant at a=.05. Based on the data provided by this experiment, the following conclusions were obtained. The % of body fat was significantly decreased by William exercise. The health-related physical fitness was significantly increased by William exercise. The present study revealed that William exercise program can enhance physical strength by inducing physical activities and also it can improve health and physical strength for their lifetime.

『유식분량결』 「사분상연문」의 연구 -『사분의극략사기』 「사분상연문」에 의탁해서

선주의 『유식분량결』 「사분상연문」은 4분 간의 상연관계를 살펴보는 문(門)이다. 상연(相緣)이란 서로 소연연이 된다는 뜻이다. 선주는 심 또는 심소 단독의 4분을 뜻하는 동체 4분의 경우와, 심과 심소 상호간의 4분 을 뜻하는 동취이체 4분의 경우로 나누어 이 상연관계를 짚어본다. 염위(染位)에서는 4분에 각각 분한이 있어서 동체 4분의 경우든 동취이체 4분의 경우든 상연관계가 성립하지 않는데, 선주는 이에 대해 규기를 따라 두 논사의 견해를 제시하고 있다. 정위(淨位)에서는 동체 4분의 경우든 동취이체 4분의 경우든 상연관계가 성립하는데, 선주는 이를 규기의 두 가지 학설과 원측의 네 가지 학설을 인용하며 소개하고 나서, 동체 4분의 경우는 후3분이 자분(自分)을 포함한 여타의 분(分)들을 모두 연한다는 삼통연사(三通緣四)가, 동취이체 4분의 경우는 심과 심소의 후3분이 각각 자분을 포함한 심과 심소의 모든 분을 연한다는 삼개연사(三皆緣四)가 규기와 원측의 정설이라는 것을 보여주고 있다. 또, 선주는 염위와 정위의 4분의 차이를 규기는 친득(親得)과 신득(新得)의 개념을, 원측은 정(正)과 겸(兼)의 개념을 끌어들여 밝혀내고 있다는 점에서 두 논사 사이에 견해의 차이가 있다는 것도 보여주고 있다. This paper aims to investigate the Chapter on the Co-objectifying of the Four Parts of the Mind 四分相緣門 in Zenju's 善珠 the Determination of the Four Types of Consciousness 唯識分量決. In this case, co-objectifying means that each of the four parts of the mind 四分 objectify each other part. In the hetu-stage, there is no co-objectifying relationship except for between the self-consciousness自証分 and the awareness of the self-consciousness 証自証分. However, in the phala-stage there are two types of co-objectifying relations, which is divided into the 'four parts within the mind alone’ 同體四分 and the ‘four parts within the mind and mental factors’ 同聚異體四分. In the case of the four parts within the mind alone 同體四分, Kuiji 窺基 presents two kinds of doctrines, and Woncheuk 圓測 four kinds of doctrines. In the case of the four parts within the mind and mental factors 同聚異體四分, Kuiji presents a view that each of the latter three parts 後3分 objectify all of the four parts within the mind and mental factors. Woncheuk presents two views: one is the view that the seeing part objectifies all the parts within the mind and mental factors 見通緣四, and the other the view that each of the latter three parts 後3分 objectify all of the four parts within the mind and mental factors. Dojeung 道証, the disciple of Woncheuk, endorses the view that each of the latter three parts objectify all the four parts in the case of the four parts within the mind alone, and that each of the latter three parts objectify all the four parts within the mind and mental factors. From this point, we can come to the conclusion that Kuiji and Woncheuk claim the same doctrine. In order to elucidate the difference of the four parts of the mind between the hetu-stage and the phala-stage, Kuiji invents new terms called familiarly gaining 親得 and newly gaining 新得, while Woncheuk creates the terms of primary gaining and secondarygaining 兼.

This study aims to examine and organize the historical experience of China`s urban planning system and it`s characteristics, which has been accompanied with industrialization and urbanization mainly after China`s reform and open policy in 1978. With this concern and purpose, this study selected 2 cities as for the case study: Shenzhen, the first and the most representative Special Economic Zone in China; Shanghai, China`s economic center including Pudong New District. We investigated their background and experimental experience of the reform & open policy, and the making and propulsion experience of urban planning system and institution. In China, it is just after mid of 1980`s when the China`s economic reform has started, that the development of urban planning as the means of market intervention has been started. As the China`s reform and open policy has been advanced, the realm and influence of market are going on enlarging and strengthening, and it has been more and more important that the role of the urban planning on the aspect of macro market control means. Especially, advancing the land use institution reform, it is more and more important that the role of the urban planning, which is related to the transfer condition of land use right that already has been commercialization and privatization. On the land use right transfer process, the Chinese government as a land owner, inspect and ratify the purpose of land use and the development of the proposal or the plan, that ask for the petition of land use right, and should continually inspect and manage. China`s urban planning and urban development system just going on this frame and process of development.

일반 어플리케이션 형태의 커널 백도어가 커널의 일부로 수행되는 커널 모듈 형태의 백도어로 변화함에 따라, 기존의 백도어 탐지 기술로는 이에 대처할 수 없게되었다. 이에 최근 커널 백도어에 대응하여 Chkrootkit, Kstat등의 백도어 탐지 툴이 개발되어 사용되고 있지만, 이러한 툴들은 커널 백도어 설치여부 추정이나 탐지 수준으로 예방이나 발견후의 대응은 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 커널 백도어의 예방, 탐지 및 복구 기술을 제시하고, 제시한 기술을 바탕으로 구현한 커널 백도어 대응 시스템을 보인다. 이 시스템은 커널 모듈의 선택적 로딩으로 커널 백도어를 예방하며, 커널에 보안 시스템 콜을 추가하여 커널 백도어 행위 탐지 및 복구 기능을 함으로써 커널 백도어에 대해 종합적이고 실시간적인 대응을 가능하게 한다.
