Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure changes in the H-reflex and V wave under loading conditions (e.g. prone and standing position) and to investigate whether postural change would affect the H-reflex and V wave in post stroke hemiplegic patients. Methods: Thirty persons with hemiplegia resulting from stroke (20 males, 10 females) participated in this study. Electromyography (EMG) was used to electrically stimulate and record the soleus H-reflexes and V waves under various loading conditions. The normality of the distribution of each variable (H latency, $H_{max}/M_{max}$ ratio, $V_{max}/M_{max}$ ratio) was tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The means of normally distributed continuous data were assessed by independent t-test (${\alpha}$=0.05). Results: There were statistically significant differences in $H_{max}/M_{max}$ ratio (p<0.01), $V_{max}/M_{max}$ ratio (p<0.01), H latency (p<0.01) among the prone and standing position. Conclusion: We found that the H-reflex and V wave in standing position was more active to weight bearing load than prone position.
Majarine의 중추신경계에 대한 작용(II) -마우스에 있어서 Majarine의 체온감소에 미치는 dopamine, serotonin 길항제의 작용에 관한 연구-

Majarine that was isolated from Berberis Koreasra Palibin (Berberidaceae) is the isoquinoline alkaloid. The effects of dopaminergic and serotonergic antagonists on majarine induced changes in body temperature were studied in the mouse. Intraperitoneal administration of majarine produced dose-dependent hypothermia. At a dose of 0.1 mg/kg, majarine caused a slight increase in body temperature. Majarine-induced hyperthermia was attenuated by the 5-HT antagonist, cyproheptadine However, it caused hyothermia in mice pretreated with the DA antagonist, haloperidol, and hyperthermia in mice pretreated with haloperidol and cyproheptadine in comparision with haloperidol pretreatment. At a dose of 2.0 mg/kg, majarine-induced hypothermia was attenuated by haloperidol and cyproheptadine, respectively. In reserpine pretreated mice, majarine produced dose-dependent hypothermia. At a dose of 0.1 mg/kg, majarine pretreated with haloperidol caused no significant effect in body temperature. At a dose of 2.0 mg/kg, majarine-induced hypothermia was attenuated by haloperidol pretreatment in mice treated with reserpine and ${\alpha}$-methyl-p-tyrosine. These data suppose that both dopaminergic and serotonergic mechanisms in the brain mediate the effects of majarine on body temperature. We propose that majarine directly stimulate DA receptor, which secondarilly activate 5-HT neurons to cause changes in body temperature. 한국특산 매자나무(Berberis Koreana Palibin)의 뿌리에서 분리한 majarine은 isoquinoline 알카로이드로서 본 교실에서는 중추신경계에 대한 약리작용을 검토하고 있다. Majarine을 마우스 복강내로 투여하여 직장온도 변화와 haloperidol, cyproheptadine과 reserpine 등에 대한 약물 상호작용을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. Majarine은 마우스에 있어서 용량의존적으로 현저한 체온감소를 나타내었으나, 0.1 mg/kg투여시 체온증가의 유의성을 보였다. 체온감소는 haloperidol과 cyproheptadine으로 억제되었다. Reserpine처치 마우스에 있어서 ${\alpha}$-methyl-p-tyrosine으로 전처치한 다음 majarine 2.0mg/kg 투여시 체온감소를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과로 보아 majarine의 체온변화는 dopamine과 serotonin수용체에 관련성이 있다고 사려되고, 체온감소는 dopamine수용체에 직접적으로 작용한다고 생각되는 바이다.
초고층건물에서의 소형풍력발전시스템 적용방안에 관한 연구

Since due to the nature of high-rise buildings, the increase of wind speed according to the height of a building makes it possible to use high wind power resources, many countries led by some advanced nations are recently making steady and persistently effort in introducing small wind turbine systems as a step to lower electric power load in high-rise buildings. The aim of this research is to propose an optimum application process of a small wind turbine system in high-rise buildings. To achieve this goal, the case study on the applications of high-rise and tall buildings was conducted and selected the best application among them. With considerations based on the results, an application process which is verified by actually selecting a high-rise building was proposed.

기후변화로 인해 파랑에 의한 해안의 피해는 전세계적으로 점차 증가하고 있으며, 이에 대응하기 위한 새로운 방재구 조물의 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 최근에는 고파랑에 대응하기 위해 한국에서는 방파제에 콘크리트 케이슨을 사용하는 경우가 많아지고 있으나, 고비용과 많은 요구조건으로 인해 소파블록의 필요성도 증가하고 있다. 1950년 Tetrapod 개발 이후 해외뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 많은 형태의 소파블록들이 개발되었으나, 체계적으로 개발되지 못해 소수의 소파블록만이 사용 되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 소파블록은 많은 장점에도 불구하고, 8 m 이상의 고파랑에 적용하기 어려운 문제점을 가지고 있다. 새로운 소파블록은 최근의 개발방향에 맞추어진 설계지침에 따라 개발되었으며, 많은 형상의 후보들이 만들어졌다. 본 논문 에서는 이중 한 개 형상을 선택하여 수리모형실험을 실시하였다. 신형 소파블록은 경제성을 고려하여 1층적으로 개발되었으 나, 영문자 A와 V가 겹쳐진 구조로 적층 두께는 1.5층적에 가깝다. 신형소파블록은 이런 적층 두께와 높은 설치 밀도로 인해 2층적 소파블록에 비해 조금 높은 월파량을 보여주었다. 신형소파블록은 위아래는 높은 인터락킹을 가지고 있으나, 좌우로는 약한 지지력을 가지고 있다. 수리모형실험 결과 파고 9 m에서도 안정성이 검증되었다. Coastal hazards such as high waves are expected to increase due to global climate change. Therefore, we investigated new armor unit structures for disaster prevention. Recently, a concrete caisson has been used in many breakwaters against high waves in South Korea, but the demand for concrete armor unit has increased due to the high cost and many installation requirements. Though many new armor units have been developed over the world since Tetrapod in 1950, few have been used due to lack of systematical development. The representative armor units in current use have many advantages, but they cannot be applied to waves higher than 8 m. One of the new armor units developed by the design guide based on recent trend and hydraulic model experiments were conducted. The new armor unit was developed as a single layer due to cost effectiveness. However, the thickness is close to 1.5 times by overlapping the alphabet A and V. It showed higher overtopping compared to a double layer because of the thickness and the high packing density. It has a high interlocking vertically but low horizontally. It shows good stability at 9 m in model testing.
