재충전이 가능한 Li/PEO-$LiClO_{4}$-PC/$LIMn_2O_4$구조의 전고상 전지를 제작하였다. $LIMn_2O_4$박막은 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링 법으로 제작하였으며, $750^{\circ}C$ 부근에서의 급속열처리를 통하여 스피넬 상으로 결정화시킬 수 있었다. 상온 충.방전 시험을 행한 결과, 평균 전압 4V(vs. Li)의 평탄한 방전 전압과 우수한 재충전 능력을 나타내었다. All solid state lithium based rechargeable batteries were fabricated in a cell structure of Li/PEO-$LiCIO_4$-PC /$LIMn_2O_4$$LIMn_2O_4$ thin films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering and the spinel structure could be obtained by Rapid Thermal Annealing (RT A) process at the temperature of around 750$750^{\circ}C$ . Room temperature cycling of this cell showed a nearly constant cell potential of 4 V( us. Li) and good reversibility.

This study develops the truss system for roof structure using bolted connection. This truss system has a good workability and unique shape of member connections compared with the general truss system. Also, this study considers the structural modelling and analysis method considering various design variables for structural performance evaluation.

전문대학과 4년제 대학 예비 유아교사의 주관적 안녕감에 대한 기질적 낙관성, 사회적 지지 및 스트레스 대처전략 영향 분석

본 연구는 전문대학과 4년제 대학 예비 유아교사의 주관적 안녕감에 대한 기질적 낙관성, 사회적 지지, 스트레스 대처전략의 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 대구, 경북에 소재한 3, 4년제 대학의 4곳의 유아교육과에 재학 중인 대학생 381명을 대상으로 한 설문결과에 기초하여 기술적 통계분석, 신뢰도 분석, 독립표본 t-test, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 유아교사의 기질적 낙관성, 사회적 지지, 스트레스에 대한 사회적 지지추구 대처전략과 문제해결중심 대처전략, 주관적 안녕감은 보통 이상으로 나타난 반면, 스트레스에 대한 회피중심 대처전략은 보통이하로 나타났다. 이 가운데 스트레스에 대한 문제해결중심, 회피중심 대처전략, 정서적 안녕감에서 교육수준에 따른 차이가 유의하게 나타났는데, 전문대학 집단이 4년제 집단에 비해 문제해결중심, 회피중심 대처전략이 더 높고, 정서적 안녕감이 더 낮은 편이었다. 둘째, 전문대학과 4년제 대학 예비 유아교사의 기질적 낙관성은 삶의 만족, 정서적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 공통변인으로 나타났고, 사회적 지지와 스트레스에 대한 대처전략의 하위변인의 영향은 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 전문대학과 4년제 대학 예비 유아교사의 주관적 안녕감을 증진시키는 방안에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to find out how the subjective well being of pre-service early childhood student teachers is affected by optimism, peer support (parents, friends), stress perception and stress management strategies. The study was based on 381 respondents who were all majors in early childhood education at colleges and universities located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk province. Based on 381 dates(?), a statistical analyses, including a descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical multi-regression analysis, were carried out. The result of the study is summarized as follows. First, higher than average results were obtained for optimistic, perceived peer support, social supportive strategies of stress, and the subjective well being of pre-service early childhood teachers, but avoidance-oriented coping strategies showed lower than average results. In addition, the education level was shown as being related to problem solving copying strategies, avoidance-oriented coping strategies and, emotional stability. College students had greater problem-solving focused coping strategies, avoidance-oriented coping strategies but they had a lower emotional well being than the university students. Secondly, pre-service early childhood teachers’ dispositional optimism had the same impact on the life satisfaction and emotional well being of both the universities and college students, while social support (parents, friends) and coping strategies for stress had conflicting results. Based on these results, measures to improve pre-service early childhood teachers’ subjective well being were proposed.

유아교사가 지각한 교수몰입과 자기결정성 및 유아교육기관 원장의 서번트 리더십에 대한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사가 인식하는 교수몰입과 자기결정성 및 원장의 서번트 리더십의 전반적인 경향과 그 관계를 탐색하고, 교수몰입에 영향을 주는 요소를 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 유치원과 어린이집에 근무 중인 유아교사 164명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사가 인식하는 교수몰입, 자기결정성 및 원장의 서번트 리더십은 보통이상의 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교수몰입과 자기결정성, 원장의 서번트 리더십은 대체로 유의한 정적상관이 나타났다. 즉, 유아교사의 인식하는 자기결정성과 원장의 서번트 리더십이 높을수록 교수몰입은 높아지는 경향이 나타났다. 셋째, 원장의 서번트 리더십과 유아교사의 자기결 정성 하위변인(자율성, 유능감, 관계성)은 교수몰입의 9가지 하위변인(도전과 기술의 균형, 행동과 지각의 일치, 명확한 목표, 구체적 피드백, 과제에 대한 전적인 집중, 통제감, 자아의식의 상실, 시간의 변형된 느낌, 자기 목적적인 경험)에 전반적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to explore the general trends and relationships of self-determination perceived by early childhood teachers on teaching flow and child-care institution director`s servant leadership, and to identify elements that affect teaching flow. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 164 early childhood teachers who worked at kindergartens and child-care centers. The following are the results of this study: First, teaching flow, self-determination and director`s servant leadership perceived by early childhood teachers were found to be higher than the average level. Second, it was found that there was a significant correlation between early childhood teachers` teaching flow, self-determination, and the director`s servant leadership in general. That is, the higher the self-determination and the director`s servant leadership perceived by early childhood teachers were, the better the teaching flow was. Third, the variables for the director`s servant leadership and early childhood teachers` self-determination (autonomy, competency, and relationship) showed generally positive effects upon nine variables (balance between challenge and technology, consistency in behavior and perception, definite goals, concrete feedback, complete concentration on tasks, sense of regulation, loss of self- consciousness, transformed feeling of time, and self-targeted experience) for teaching flow.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of stress perception and social support on subjective well-being according to differing levels of optimism. The participants in this study were 230 pre-service early childhood teachers, majoring in early childhood education at two universities located in Daegu, Gyeongbuk province. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, pre-service early childhood teachers were shown to be more optimistic, be more satisfied with life, and had higher positive emotion rates than average. They also showed lower stress perception and negative emotion rates than average. Second, the highly optimistic group showed higher levels than the less optimistic group in terms of both satisfaction with life and positive emotions. Third, the stress perception in both the highly optimistic group and the less optimistic group had an impact on their satisfaction with life, positive emotions, and negative emotions. The degree of peer support perceived by the highly optimistic group showed an impact on satisfaction with life and negative emotions, whereas the degree of parental support perceived by the less optimistic group showed an impact on their levels of satisfaction with life.

A 28-year-old female presented with Rathke`s cleft cysts (RCC) manifesting as primary amenorrhea and no development of secondary sexual characteristics. She had no symptoms of headache, visual disturbance, anosmia or galactorrhea.. The endocrinologic study demonstrated partial hypopituitarism. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed about 1.5 cm sized sellar and suprasellar cystic tumor, extending into the pituitary stalk. Its tentative diagnosis was benign pituitary cystic tumor, such as RCC. She underwent surgery by a transsphenoidal approach. Histological examination revealed a ciliated columnar epithelium those consistent with RCC. RCC is rarely symptomatic, but mechanical compression by the cyst or infl ammation itself causes headache, visual fi eld defects, or symptoms of pituitary dysfunction. The present case shows that RCC may manifest as hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
