A fire, be it caused intentionally or unintentionally, leads to economic loss and physical damage, and requires digestion. The number of fires is increasing yearly, and electrical fires account for more than 30% among the main causes of fires. Electric wires that catch fire typically employ silicone coatings; silicone has organic as well as inorganic properties. Silicon is a natural, nonexistent, synthetic product with numerous applications. In this study, a silicon rubber for application in wires was prepared by high-temperature vulcanization (HTV) with a Shore A hardness of 70. We report results for the flame retardancy test and the fire safety characteristics via inorganic analysis. For this, a quartz inorganic material was added to the wire specimen, and 18% powdered extinguishing agent ammonium phosphate and expanded vermiculite respectively. Thus, expanded vermiculite showed the best flame retardancy and fire safety characteristics.

플라즈마 디스플레이의 어두운 영역에서의 계조 표현 향상을 위한 디더링 방법

Because of the reduced number of displayable gray levels resulting from inverse gamma correction, images on a plasma display panel (PDP) exhibit undesirable false contours in dark areas. An error diffusion method has been applied to remedy this problem. However, it is computationally expensive and requires large memory resources. This paper proposes a computationally efficient dithering based technique to improve the gray level reproduction capability in dark areas. In the proposed method, multiple dithering masks ate utilized in turn to improve the gray level reproduction in dark areas. Also, in order to reduce undesirable regular patterns generated by the dithering method, positions of threshold values within a given dithering mask are changed. Compared to the error diffusion method, the proposed method requires much less computations and memory resources with a comparable gray level reproduction capability. 플라즈마 디스플레이에서는 역감마 보정으로 인한 표현 계조수의 감소 때문에 어두운 영역에서 의사윤곽이 발생하게 된다. 기존에는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 주로 오차확산 방법이 사용되었다. 하지만, 오차확산 방법은 계산량이 많고, 많은 메모리 용량을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 적은 계산량으로 어두운 영역에서의 계조 표현 성능을 향상시키기 위한 디더링 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법에서는 표현 가능한 계조수 증가를 위하여 복수개의 디더링 마스크들을 프레임마다 번갈아 적용한다. 또한, 디더링 방법에서 발생하는 규칙적인 패턴을 감소시키기 위해 프레임별로 사용되는 디더링 마스크내의 문턱치의 위치를 변화시키도록 한다. 제안하는 방법은 기존의 오차확산 방법과 비교하여 상대적으로 적은 계산량과 메모리를 사용하면서도 시각적으로 유사한 계조 재현 성능을 나타낸다.

PDP에 표시되는 영상의 화질은 PDP 구매 결정에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요소들 중의 하나이다. PDP에서의 화질은 주로 PDP 구동방식, 셀의 구조, 사용되는 방전가스 및 형광체의 특성, 표시 가능 화소수 등과 같은 PDP 구성 요소들에 의해 좌우된다. 이와 같은 PDP의 구성 요소들을 개선함으로서 화질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 하지만, 이미 구성 요소들이 결정되어져 있는 경우 신호 및 영상 처리 방법들을 적용함으로서 PDP에서의 화질을 개선시킬 수 있다. 본 소고에서는 PDP에서의 고화질 구현을 위한 신호 및 영상처리 기술들을 소개하기로 한다.

It is different from the traditional star system in the sense that it does not manage the star physically, but it materialize on the web site, digitalizing the image of the star, and produce the new income model, but this research does not target to suggest star system systematically, on the contrary, it will point to build up his personality, so to speak, seotaejiese, on the Seotaeji digitalizing process. This is not the personality made with text and image merely, but taking authentic navigation structure which make It possible to predict the acting direction of users. It will make the site structure very seotaejiistic. 김수행 교수와 마르크스 이론의 대중화 저술

김수행 교수의 연구 및 저술활동, 그리고 대중활동에서 일관된 것은 한국사회에 마르크스 이론을 보급하고 대중화하는 것이었다. 특히 『자본론』의 번역과 대중화 작업이 그 중심을 이루었다. 그가 한국사회의 민주화나 소련붕괴 등 세계사적 변화에도 불구하고 흔들리지 않고 이런 작업에 일생을 바친 것은 노동자·민중에 대한 애정에 기초한 가치관 때문이었다. 그는 한때 사회민주주의를 과도적으로 실천적 대안의 하나로 인정했으나 2008년 세계대공황 이후 점차 자본주의 자체를 극복한 ‘자유로운 개인들의 연합’으로 부른 ‘새로운 사회’를 대안으로 제시했다. 그는 마르크스 이론의 보급과 대중화 작업을 더욱 발전시키고 세계자본주의의 현실에 대한 마르크스주의적 분석과 대안을 더욱 발전시킬 것을 과제로 남겼다. Professor Kim had pursued consistently the popularization of Marx’s theory through his studies, writings and public activities. In particular, the translation and popularization of Marx’s Capital had been at the heart of his works. His value orientation for workers and people had made him devote his life to these works with no disturbance notwithstanding the democratization of the Korean society and great changes in the world like the collapse of the Soviet Union. He once recognized social democracy as one of the practical alternative transitionally, but after the ‘great depression’ in 2008 he suggested gradually ‘new society’ overcoming capitalism itself as the alternative, which he called ‘the association of free individuals’. He left the tasks to us to develop the popularization of Marx’s theory and the Marxist analyses of global capitalism and the alternative to capitalism.

레닌과 국가물신주의 비판

레닌의 사회주의 개념은 이중적이다. 하나는 자본주의에서 공산주의로 이행하는 과도기 개념이고, 다른 하나는 공산주의의 낮은 단계 개념이다. 공산주의의 낮은 단계로서의 사회주의 개념은 마르크스의 「고타강령초안 비판」에 대한 잘못된 해석에 근거를 둔 것이고, 그것은 특히 국가 문제에서 공산주의 원리와 공산주의로의 이행이라는 실천을 혼동하게 만들었다. 그리고 사회주의에 대한 이론적 혼동이 레닌의 실천에서 국가물신주의 경향으로 나타나며, 스탈린의 등장 이전에 소비에트 현실에서 국가주의와 관료주의를 야기하는 한 요인으로 작용했다. Lenin’s conception of socialism is dualistic. The one is the concept of transition from capitalism to communism and the other is the concept of ‘a low stage’ of communism. The concept of socialism as ‘a low stage’ of communism comes from Lenin’s misunderstanding of Marx’s ‘Critique of the Gotha Programme’, which resulted in the confusion in state problem between the principle of communism and the practice of the transition from capitalism to communism in particular. Also the theoretical confusion of socialism concept brought about the state fetishism in Lenin’s practices and became one major factor which carved the statism and bureaucratism in the Soviet Union before the advent of Stalin.
