        직장인의 무용경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구

        Prior to the development of programs to ensure the continuity of dance experience for office worker, the purpose of this course is to understand the characteristics of the office worker and to deepen their understanding of their environment and the improvement points of the dance experience in order to develop the dance experience for the employees. The research method was composed of 3 participants’ narrative inquiry method. The results of the study showed positive and negative significance that “the distance from the leader teaching the workers, the challenge to the new field, the communication of body and mind to recognize me, the need for proper distribution of time - psychological - physical energy”. We hope that the development of high quality programs and training of leaders will be made based on the characterization and improvements of the employees.

        대학생들의 걷기 운동을 통한 여가만족과 신체적 자기 효능감 관계 분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leisure satisfaction and physical self-efficacy through University students Walking Exercise. For this study, 192 University students who participate in Walking Exercise were selected from Seoul. Questionnaires were used as a research method. In order to analyze the result, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and the multiple liner regression were conducted by using SPSS18.0 version. The findings of this study are as follows; First, whether the exercise of walking and leisure satisfaction through self-efficacy is the psychological part of the sub-variables of leisure satisfaction in the social and physiological influences charm it was part of the static influence. Second, leisure satisfaction through walking exercise and physical self-expression showed no significant difference at all.

        12주간의 교양체육 필라테스 수업이 여대생의 신체조성과 혈중지질 및 혈압에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of 12 weeks culture physical education Pilates exercise program on the Body Composition and Blood Lipids, Blood Pressure in Women College Students(n=18). Consequently the followings anre the results of Pilates exercise program one time a week, 90 minutes for 12 weeks(55~85%HRmax). The result of the present study was as follows: 1. BMR(㎉) was increased by 6.9 %, Body fat(%) was decreased by 5.9 %, DBP(㎜Hg) was decreased by 9.0 % in comparison preㆍpost identify pilates exercise, it was statistically significant(p<.05). 2. Body weight(㎏) was increased by 0.02 %, HDL-C(㎖/㎗) was increased by 3.2 %, TC was increased by 3.7 %, TG(㎖/㎗) was decreased 1.0%, it wasn’t statistically significant. 3. WHR was decreased by 0.1 %, BMI(㎏/㎡) was decreased by 0.5 %, SBP(㎜Hg) was decreased by 2.6 % in comparison preㆍpost identify pilates exercise, it wasn’t statistically significant However it is considered that more proper exercise intensity & time on program and dietary-life control required to be developed in order to be more effective in preventing and treating obesity.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of 12 weeks culture physical education Pilates exercise program on the Body Composition and Blood Lipids, Blood Pressure in Women College Students(n=18). The result of the present study was as follows: Muscular strength(kg) was increased by 7.4%, Muscular endurance(rep) was decreased by 22.8% in comparison pre·Post identify pilates exercise, it was statistically significant(p<.05). Cardiopulmonary endurance(ml/kg/min) was increased by 1.8%, flexibility(cm) was increased by 9.2 % in comparison pre·post identify pilates exercise, it wasn"t statistically significant. BMR(kcal) was increased by 6.9%, Body fat(%) was decreased by 5.9%in comparison pre·post identify pilates exercise, it was statistically significant(p<.05). Body weight(kg) was increased by 0.02 %, BMI(kg/㎡) was decreased by 0.5 % in comparison pre·post identify pilates exercise, it wasn"t statistically significant. However it is considered that more proper exercise intensity & time on program and dietary-life control required to be developed in order to be more effective in preventing and treating obesity.

        유아교사의 수업평가 도구개발 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 전문적인 자질과 직접 관련된 자신 및 타인의 수업능력을 평가하기 위한 도구개발과 이 도구의 타당성을 밝히는데 있다. 본 연구는 대집단 이야기나누기와 소집단 조형활동의 수업을 평가할 수 있는 수업평가도구를 개발하고, 이 도구에 의해 교사의 실제 수업행동을 담은 비디오 수업자료를 평가해보게 한 다음 교사의 자기평가와 유아교육 전문가의 평가와의 일치도를 통해 본 평가도구의 타당도를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유아교사의 수업평가 문항 선정 질문지 조사를 실시하였으며 유치원교사 166명을 대상으로 비디오 수업자료에 의한 개방형 질문지 조사하였다. 다음은 유아교사 수업평가 문항의 내용 타당도 검증 및 수정하고 유치원 교사와 유아교육관련 전문가에게 의뢰하여 유아교사의 수업평가도구 시안 완성한 후 수업평가도구 적용하였다. 본 조사에서는 공사립유치원교사 212명을 대상으로 비디오 수업자료에 의한 평가를 실시하여 유아교사의 수업평가도구를 확정하였고, 수업평가점수가 상위인 교사 2인, 하위인 교사 2인을 대상으로 유아교사의 자기평가와 유아교육전문가의 평가의 일치도를 통한 타당도를 입증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구의 타당도를 검증한 결과, 비디오 수업자료를 활용한 유아교사 수업평가도구는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실제 교수행동에 있어 유아교사 자기평가와 전문가 평가간의 일치도를 살펴본 결과 상위집단 교사는 자신의 수업을 비교적 일관되게 평가하는 반면에 하위집단 교사는 자신의 수업을 정확하게 평가하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 비디오 수업자료를 활용하여 개발한 유아교사의 수업평가도구는 타당하다고 결론을 내릴 수 있다. This study tries to develop and validate the Early Childhood Teacher"s Teaching Effectiveness Evaluation Scale (TEES), a scale that can be used in early childhood education settings. It seeks to answer two questions: Is TEES a valid and reliable measure for evaluating teaching effectiveness? And how is the consistency between the selected teachers" own teaching effectiveness evaluation and researcher"s? In an early childhood education setting, a total of 166 early childhood educators watched authentic video segments of story sharing and small group art activity time. As they watched, they evaluated the teachers" teaching effectiveness. In the second phase of this study, 212 early childhood teachers, absent from the initial phase of the study, evaluated teachers" teaching effectiveness using TEES while watching the first phase’s video segments. The results from the second phase were used to examine the validity and the reliability of the original items. Afterwards, four teachers from among the 212 had their own classroom management video taped. Using that video segment, the study evaluated the degree of consistency between the selected teachers" evaluations regarding teachers" teaching effectiveness and that of the researchers. The study found evidence that the TEES is an appropriate instrument for evaluating teacher"s teaching effectiveness. It also found that of the four early childhood teachers, two scored high and the other two scored low on the TEES. The degree of consistency between the selected teachers" evaluations and those of the researchers" was found to be high.

        유아교육에서 자연친화교육의 실상과 과제

        본 연구는 유아교육에서 자연친화교육의 방향을 모색하는데 있어 목육프로그램을 실시하고 있는 일본의 사례를 통해 국내 자연친화교육 현장 적용에 필요한 시사점을 도출하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 일본의 자연환경교육의 하나인 목육프로그램을 실시하고 있는 일본 시마네현에 위치한 시마네 대학과 이즈모 과학관, 이즈모 유치원등을 현지 방문조사하고, 관련 자료와 문헌조사를 통해 국내 자연친화교육 현장에 적용 가능성을 고찰하였다. 일본의 자연친화교육은 체계적인 국가의 산림정책의 제도적인 뒷받침을 받으면서, 다양한 자연체험교육의 장, 체계적인 운영 계획 및 프로그램, 전문적인 인력 양성교육 및 인증제도, 효율적인 네트워크 조직 구성 등 적절한 물리적 환경을 갖추고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일본의 자연환경교육에서 지속가능한 순환?재생산 가능 재료인 목재를 교재로 하는 목공활동은 우리나라 자연친화교육 프로그램 개발과 운영에 많은 시사점을 주고 있으며, 일본의 자연환경교육의 장점들을 도입해서 우리 실정에 맞게 활용하는 것이 바람직하며, 이와 같은 시사점을 바탕으로 우리나라 자연친화교육을 위한 몇 가지 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to adaptation or localization of Japanese “wood-raising(木育)” program which is a nature-friendly education program in early childhood education area. This study revealed that the nature-friendly education program in Japan has been possible because of many supportive environment including various nature experiencing places, systematic educational programs, professional training and certification programs, effective organization of networks as well as Japanese government"s systematic forest policies. Woodworking activity of the nature-friendly education program uses wood which is recyclable, reproducable, and sustainable material. The woodworking activity has many implications to development and operation of nature-friendly education programs in Korea.

        검도 수련자가 지각하는 운동만족과 심리적 욕구의 차이와 관계 분석

        This research has been executed with the intention to know of the difference in the psychological desire and exercising satisfaction of the swordmanship trainees according to the demographic characteristics and to understand what kind of effect is given on the exercising satisfaction by the psychological desire. 185 swordmanship trainees were collected for the sample, in order to achieve the research goal, and the statistical analysis has been carried out based on the research procedure and data analysis. In the verification analysis result of the difference in the psychological desire and exercising satisfaction, female trainees have shown higher psychological desire and exercising satisfaction compared to the male trainees, and the group of exercise career for no less than 10 years has shown higher level of the psychological desire than the group of less than 2 years. Also, the group of no less than 10 years has shown higher satisfaction compared to the group of less than 2 years in the improvement factors of the exercising capability. The most important psychological desire that is influencing the exercising satisfaction has shown to be the competence and autonomy, finally, and the relational influencing power has been changed according to the subordinate factors of the exercising.

        요통환자와 정상인 집단 간 요부 신근력과 신체조성에 대한 비교 분석

        This study was compared and analyzed 74 low back pain patients (male: 36, females: 38) in their 20s and 65 healthy people (male: 26, female: 39) on lumber extension strength and body composition factors. Independent sample test was used in order to analyze the data. Summary of this study's conclusions are as follows. Male lower back pain patients had 77.54% and female patients had 57.99% lower maximum lumbar extension strength when compared to average people, As for lumbar extension strength depending on lumbar curve angle, male patients had average 72% lower strength in all angles and females patients had average 51% lower strengths in all angles when compared to healthy people, displaying a significant difference. Overall low back pain patients showed lower lumbar extension strength due to lack of physical activities caused by pain and in body composition factors it showed that they had smaller amount of soft lean mass and larger amount of body fat mass, percentage of fat, a bigger waist-hip ratio and BMI than the normal group.
