지난해 11월초 열린 제64차 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) 국제 표준화회의에서는 휴대인터넷(WiBro, 와이브로) 서비스에 필요한 IPv6 기술표준을 제정할 표준 실무그룹인 16NG(IPv6 ove IEEE 802.16(e)Networks) 회의가 한국의 주도하에 신설되었다. 2006년 상반기, 세계 최초의 상용 서비스를 목표로 하는 우리나라의 와이브로 서비스의 해외시장 확산에 기여하게 될 이번 쾌거에 따라 TTA저널 2006년 신년호 인터뷰는 한국주도의 최초 IETF 워킹그룹 탄생에 의미를 부여하며 16NG에서 다루게 될“와이브로+IPv6 컨버전스 표준화”에 대하여 본 워킹그룹의 의장으로 선임예정인 삼성전자의 박수홍 선임연구원으로부터 관련 기술의 과거, 현재, 미래에 대하여 들어본다.

16ng: IP over IEEE 802.16 Networks

2006년 IEEE 802.16e 워킹그룹을 통해 완료된 Broadband Wireless 기술은 무선 통신시장에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 기존에 WLAN의 Hot Spot 서비스를 통해 좁은 범위에서 사용하던 무선 인터넷이 이제는 값싸고 질 좋은 서비스를 언제 어디서나 사용할 수 있는 기술로 발전된 것이다. 이는 곳 국내 WiBro 서비스로 이어지면서 IEEE 802.16e 기술 기반의 광대역 무선 인터 넷 서비스를 창출하고 있다. IEEE 802.16e 워킹그룹에서의 PHY/MAC 기술 개발과 함께 인터넷 표준을 연구하는 IETF에서도 IEEE 802.16 기술상에서의 IP 및 Mobility 기술을 중심으로 한 새로운 표준연구 움직임이 2005년부터 시작되었고 이는 16ng 워킹그룹 신설이라는 결과로 이어졌다. 본 논문에서는 16ng 워킹그룹의 설립배경, 목적 및 관련된 최근 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

IPTV 이동성 지원 기술과 Mobile IPTV 표준화 동향

DMB로 대표되는 국내 이동형 TV가 이제는 인터넷과 어우러져 IPTV로 빠르게 진화하고 있다. 국내에서는 이미 관련 업체를 중심으로 많은 개발과 서비스가 개발되고 있는 상황에서 금년 초 ITU-T에서의 IPTV Focus Group의 활동은 그 움직임을 더욱 가속화 시켰다. 본 기고문에서는 현재의 연구 중심인 고정형 IPTV 최근 현황과 이와 관련된 다양한 기술적 이슈를 동시에 살펴본다.

진공증착법을 이용한 유기 박막의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the fabrication of β-PVDF(β-Polyvinylidene fluoride, β-PVF₂) organic thin films using the vapor deposition method. Vapor deposition was performed under the following conditions : the temperature of evaporator, the applied electric field, and the pressure of reaction chamber were 270 ℃, 142.4 ㎸/㎝, and 2.0×10?? Torr, respectively. The molecular structure of the evaporated organic thin films were evaluated by a FT-IR. The results showed that the characteristic absorption peaks of β-form crystal increase from 72% to 95.5% with an increase in the substrate temperature. In the analysis of the electric characteristics, the abnormal increases in the relative dielectric constant and the dielectric loss factor in the regions of low frequency and high temperature are known to be caused by inclusion of impurity carriers in the PVDF organic thin films. In order to analyze quantitatively the abnormalities in the conductivity mechanism caused by ionic impurities, the product of the ion density and the mobility that affect the electrical property in polymeric insulators is analyzed. In the case of a specimen produced by varying the substrate temperature from 30 ℃ to 105 ℃, the product of mobility and the ion density decreased from 4.626×10? to 8.47×10?/Vㆍ㎝ㆍs. This result suggests that the higher the substrate temperature is maintained, the better excluded the impurities are, and the more electrically stable material can be obtained.

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in maternal perceptions of mothers in regards to the conditions of happiness across the life-cycles of their children. The participants consisted of a total of 961 women who were the mothers of preschool children, school aged children, and adolescents. The mothers completed a questionnaire on the perceptions of the conditions of happiness which consisted of a total of 56 items. The results of this study revealed that mothers in their 20`s and 30`s, with high levels of education, and on high incomes were more likely to have high expectations regarding most of the conditions of happiness compared to mothers in their 40`s and 50`s, with lower levels of education, and on low incomes. In addition, the results further revealed that mothers perceived that ``children grow up well and healthy`` as being the most important factor in their happiness regardless of the life cycles of their children. In particular, mothers with younger children tended to give greater priority to a close mother-child relationship in their happiness. However, when mothers` demographic variables were controlled, there were no differences in maternal perceptions of the conditions of happiness across the life-cycles of their children. The implications of parent education and the directions of following research were also discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 자신과 타인에 대해 이해하고 신뢰를 바탕으로 하는 협동학습을 통한 학습이 많이 이루어지고 있는 예비유아교사에게 이미지메이킹 기법을 이용하는데 있다. 즉 협동학습의 모형 초기에 팀 구성원을 이해하고 상호간의 신뢰를 구축하기 위하여 이미지메이킹 기법을 이용하였다. 이에 따라 연구 과제를 첫째, 문헌 및 사레연구를 통하여 이미지메이킹 기반의 협동학습 모형 초안을 구안하고, 둘째, 이를 현장에 적용하여 봄으로서 모형 초안에 대한 강점과 개선점을 중심으로 모형 초안을 수정ㆍ보완한 후 완성된 형태의 모형을 구안하였다. 도출된 모형의 초안을 U시 U대학의 교직과목인‘교육방법 및 교육공학’을 수강하는 유아교육과 2학년 학생 총 36명을 대상으로 5주에 걸쳐 현장에 적용하였다. 적용결과 이미지메이킹에 대한 긍정적인 반응과 팀 재구성 단계에 대한 필요성이 도출되었고 이를 바탕으로 모형을 수정ㆍ보완하여 최종안을 구안하게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 팀 구성 시 팀원들 간의 원활한 상호작용 뿐 만 아니라, 이를 통한 학습 분위기 쇄신에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to utilize Image-making technique to the preliminary childhood teachers whose learning was mainly conducted by the cooperative learning which was performed on the basis of the confidence after understanding themselves and others. That is to say, Image-making technique was applied to make understanding the team members one another and building the member's mutual confidences. The study was performed by dividing into two stages. First, the draft of Image-making based cooperative learning model was proposed by performing a literature survey and a case study. Second, the draft model was applied to the actual work. And the draft was modified and developed to the final model on the basis of the draft model’s strength and improvement founded during the procedure of the actual application. This draft model was implemented to 36 students who were the sophomore of child education department and enrolled the profession class of “Education methodology and Education engineering” at U college in U city for 5 weeks. From the implementation result of the model, it was obtained that there was the positive reaction on applying Image-making technique to the beginning stage of cooperative learning. And adding of “Re-building team” step in the original steps was suggested. And the final model was modified and issued based on the research result. In summary, it was concluded that Image-making could not only provide the harmonious interactions among team members at the step of “Building the team members” but also give a positive effect on the refreshing learning atmosphere.
