IGCC 용융 슬래그로 제조된 지오폴리머의 강도증진에 Pre-curing이 미치는 영향

In this study, the effect of pre-curing process on the enhancement of mechanical properties of IGCC-slag-based-geopolymer was studied. Pre-curing is a process in which the green geopolymer is left at room temperature for a certain period of time prior to the high-temperature curing, and it is known as increasing the strength of a specimen. Therefore, in this experiment, the compressive strength of the geopolymers was measured according to various pre-curing conditions, and microstructure and crystal phase changes were observed by SEM and XRD, respectively. The W/S ratio was determined to be 0.26, which can offer the maximum geopolymer strength with easy molding ability, and the concentration of the alkali solution was 15 M. Pre-curing was performed at room temperature for 0 to 27 days. Compressive strength of the geopolymer made with pre-curing process increased by 36~87 % compared with the specimens made with no pre-curing process. Those improved compressive strength for the pre-cured geopolymer was confirmed owing to promotion effect of pre-curing process on generation of C-S-H gel and zeolite phases, which were analyzed using by XRD and SEM measurement. 본 연구에서는 IGCC(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle; 석탄 가스화 복합 발전)에서 배출된 용융 슬래그(이하 용융 슬래그)를 이용한 지오폴리머의 제조 시 pre-curing 공정이 지오폴리머의 물성에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. Pre-curing이란 고온양생으로 지오폴리머를 제조하기 전에, 성형체를 상온에서 일정 시간 방치하는 공정으로서, 시편의 강도를 높이는 효과가 있다고 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 실험에서는 pre-curing 조건에 따른 지오폴리머의 압축강도 특성을 측정하였으며, SEM과 XRD로 미세구조 및 결정상 변화를 관찰하였다. W/S 비율(water/solid ratio)은 사전 실험을 통해, 성형이 가능하면서 최대 지오폴리머 강도를 확보할 수 있는 0.26으로 결정하였으며, 자극제인 알칼리 용액의 농도는 15 M로 고정하였다. 상온에서 pre-curing을 0~27일 범위 내에서 실시한 결과, pre-curing 공정을 적용한 지오폴리머의 경우, 그렇지 않은 시편에 비해 압축강도가 36~87 % 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. Pre-curing 시킨 시편에서 XRD 측정 결과, C-S-H 겔(calcium silicate hydroxide gel) 상 발현이 촉진되었고 SEM을 이용한 미세구조 관찰 결과, 부정형의 zeolite 상이 더 많이 성장된 것이 관찰되었으며 이러한 상들의 생성이 강도 증진에 영향을 미친 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구에서는, IGCC(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle: 석탄가스화 복합발전)에서 배출되는 용융 슬래그로 부터 지오폴리머를 제조하여 알칼리 활성화제의 몰농도, W/S 비(water/ solid ratio), 재령일에 따른 비중과 압축강도 등 물리적 특성을 분석함과 동시에 발포제인 Si 슬러지를 첨가하여 경량화 소재로서의 가능성을 고찰하였다. 특히 경량 지오폴리머의 강도 특성향상을 위하여 복합 활성화제 및 pre-curing 공정을 적용하였다. 단일 활성화제를 사용한 경량 지오폴리머의 압축 강도는 9.5 MPa이었으나, 복합 활성화제로 제조할 경우 2~5배 정도의 압축강도 증진 효과를 나타내었다. 더군다나, pre-curing을 실시한 경량 지오폴리머의 경우, pre-curing하지 않은 시편들에 비해 18~48 % 가량 높은 압축강도 값을 보였다. 본 연구에서 복합 활성화제와 pre-curing 공정의 도입으로 얻어진 경량 지오폴리머의 최고 압축강도는 40 MPa(3일 재령하여 밀도가 $1.83g/cm^3$인 시편)로서 시멘트 콘크리트에 필적하였다. XRD 결정상 분석과 SEM을 이용한 미세구조 분석을 통하여 지오폴리머 표면에서 C-S-H 겔(sodium silicate hydrate gel)의 모상에 꽃봉오리 모양의 zeolite 결정상이 균일하게 분포된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, a lightweight geopolymer was prepared using by slag discharged from IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) power plant and its physical properties, the density and compressive strength, were analyzed as a function of the concentration of alkali activators, W/S ratio and aging times. Also the possibility of applying it to lightweight materials by adding Si sludge as a foaming agent to the geopolymerg was investigated. In particular, a complex composition of alkali activator and a pre-curing process were applied to improve the strength properties of lightweight geopolymers. While the compressive strength of the lightweight geopolymer using a single activator was 9.5 MPa, the specimen made with a complex composition of alkali activator had compressive strength of 2~5 times higher. In addition, the lightweight geopolymer with pre-curing process showed a compressive strength value of 18~48 % higher than that of specimen made with no precuring process. In this study, by using a complex activator and a pre-curing process. the maximum compressive strength of lightweight geopolymer was obtained as 40 MPa (The specimen was aged for 3 days and had density of $1.83g/cm^3$), which is comparable to cement concrete. By analyzing the crystal phase and microstructure of geopolymers obtained in this study using by XRD and SEM, respectively, it was confirmed that the flower-bud-like zeolite crystal was homogeneously distributed on the surface of the C-S-H gel (sodium silicate hydrate gel) in the geopolymer.

The purpose of this paper is that investigates a model of role stress and burnout in out-bound travel agency. So, this study investigates the relationship between role stress variables and the burnout variables(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduces personal accomplishment) of frontline employees, and the impact of burnout which felt by employee on employee`s job satisfaction and intentions to resign in the travel agency. Data obtained from survey(an self administered questionnaire)of frontline employees working in the several outbound travel agencies in Seoul, Korea. The results show like below, it has positive relationships between role stress variables and burnout components. Perceived burnout phenomenon has negatively effect on job satisfaction and positively effect on resign intention of employee in the travel service. All variables of outcomes are affected by role stress. In the practical implications, travel service managers can take an action as like a social support to reduce employee`s burnout. And employee has activity hobby for reducing the stress. Suggestions for the future search include an examination of other variables in role stress and expanding the sampling.

해외직구 콘텐츠 속성과 물류 속성이 소비자의 지각된 가치 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향

정보통신기술의 발전으로 국경의 구분이 없어지고, 소비자의 니즈가 다양화되게 됨에 따라 해외직구라는 새로운 소비 형태가 등장하고, 지난 수 년간 성장세를 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해외직구의 다양한 유형 중 가장 보편적인 구매대행 서비스에 대하여, 해외직구 플랫폼이 지니는 콘텐츠 속성과 물류적 속성이 소비자의 지각된 가치와 구매의도에 미치는 실증연구를 시행하였다. 해외직구와 관련한 정보탐색 경험이 있는 국내 남녀 성인 소비자 273명을 통해 자료를 수집하고, 통계적 분석을 시행한 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 해외직구 콘텐츠 속성과 물류 속성 중 콘텐츠의 매력성만이 소비자의 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 소비자의 지각된 가치는 모두 구매의도로 연결되었으나, 이들 중 감각적 가치가 더욱 큰 영향력을 지녔다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해, 해외직구 서비스 대행자들의 웹/앱 콘텐츠에서 매력성을 배가시켜야 하며, 변화한 소비자의 니즈에 맞도록 감각적 소비경험을 불러일으킬 수 있는 서비스의 질적 제고를 제안하였다. With the development of information and communication technology, borders are removed and consumer needs are diversified, so a new consumption form called overseas direct purchase has emerged and has been growing over the past few years. In this study, for the most common purchasing agency service among various types of overseas direct purchase, an empirical study was conducted on the effects of the content and logistics attributes of the overseas direct purchase platform on the perceived value and purchase intention of consumers. Data were collected from 273 domestic male and female adult consumers who had experience in information search related to overseas direct purchase, and the results of statistical analysis were summarized as follows. First, among the attributes of overseas direct purchase content and logistics attributes, only the attractiveness of content had a significant effect on the perceived value of consumers. Second, all perceived values of consumers were linked to purchase intentions, but among them, sensory values had a greater influence. Through these research results, it is suggested to increase the attractiveness of the web/app contents of overseas direct purchase service agents, and to improve the quality of services that can arouse sensory consumption experiences to meet the changing needs of consumers.
