        Aragonite의 제조에 관한 연구 (Ⅱ) 소석회 현탁액의 탄산화반응에 의한 주상형 아라고나이트 생성

        Carbonation process of Jung sun slake lime$(Sr(OH)_2=0.053 wt%)$ suspension with $CO_2$ gas at 30∼80$^{\circ}C$ has been studied to investigate the formation process of aragonite. The reaction temperature at above $50^{\circ}C$, rhombic nuclei of $SrCO_3$ has been grown with the interaction of $CO_3^{2-}$(aq) which is profitable to growth the nuclei at the liquid film of gas-liquid interface to form pillar aragonite crystal. At $40^{\circ}C$, the controlling of concentration of $CO_2$(aq) at the beginning of the reaction has been made the nuclei to growth to be an aragonite crystal. Addition of some $Sr(OH)_2$ to Yi Lee slake lime $(Sr(OH)_2=0.011 wt%)$ suspension and controlling the concentration of $OH^-$(aq) and $CO_2$(aq), the carbonation reaction produced pillar aragonite crystal with the short side of 0.1∼0.2 ${\mu}m$ and long side of 1∼2 ${\mu}m.$ 정선산 소석회($(Sr(OH)_2=0.053 wt%)$) 현탁액을 사용하여 반응온도 30-80$^{\circ}C$에서 $CO_2$가스를 흡수시키는 탄산화로 aragonite의 생성과정을 조사하였다. 반응초기에 사방정형 $SrCO_3$ 핵을 생성하고, 이 핵은 기-액 경계면의 액체경막에서 핵 성장에 유리한 $CO_3^{2-}$(aq)이 작용하여 종결정aragonite로 성장하고, 반응종료시 주상형 aragonite를 생성하였다. 반응온도 40$^{\circ}C$에서는 $CO_2$(aq)의 농도를 조절하여 반응초기에 생성된 SrCO/sub 3/ 핵을 중심으로 성장시켜 aragonite를 생성하였다. 그리고 이리산 소석회$(OH)_2/=0.011 wt%$) 현탁액에 소량의 $Sr(OH)_2$을 첨가하고, $OH^-$(aq)와 $CO_2$(aq)의 농도를 조절한 탄산화 반응으로 단경 0.1-0.2${\mu}m$, 장경 1-2${\mu}m$의 주상형 aragonite을 합성하였다.

        소음인(少陰人) 약방(藥方)의 형성과정에 관한 연구(硏究)

        1. Purpose This Study is intended to catch the expasion of theory of Sasang Constitutional Medicine through comparision DongyiSooseBowon Chopanbon with DongyiSooseBowon Chobonguen and DongyiSooseBowon Gabobon. 2. Method I compared the Soeumin's prescriptions and medications of DongyiSooseBowon Chopanbon with those of DongyiSooseBowon Chobonguen and DongyiSooseBowon Gabobon. 3. Result and conclusion 1. The Soeumin's meducations used in the prescriptions of chobonguen are 44 and those of Gabobon are 47, those of chopanbon are 46 2. Soeumin;s Medications of the same kind in Chobonguen's precriptions and Gabobon's and Chopanbon's are twenty-five;like Daejo(大棗), Jinpi(陳皮), Gamcho(甘草), etc. and these medications are the princople in soeumin's disease. 3. Soeumin's Prescriptions of the same name in Chobonguen's prescriptions and Gabobon's and Chopanbon's are two;Gwakhanggeunggisan(藿香精氣散) and Bogungikgitang(補中益氣湯). These two prescriptions are correspond to the prescriptions those were recorded in Song-won-myuong Soeumin's princple prescription of experience(宋元明 少陰人經驗行用要藥). 4. Soeumin's Prescriptions of the same name in Chobonguen's precriptions and Gabobon's are two;Gwakhanggeunggisan(藿香精氣散) and Bogungikgitang(補中益氣湯). Chobonguen's precriptions were composed of Old prescriptions(古方) except the medications those were considered of wrong Sang Constitutional medications. 5. Soeumin's Prescriptions of the same name in Gabobon's prescriptions and Chopanbon's are nine and except Padudan(巴豆丹) have differences in the kind of medications and quantites. This fact shows that Dongmu(東武) roform the Sasnag Constitutional prescriptions continuously. 6. As this, Dongmu(東武) selected Sasang Constitutional prescription and medication in detail as he has the more experince of treatment.

        Progesterone이 rat 자궁과 난소의 증식세포 분포에 미치는 영향에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        The study was designed to investigate the effects of progesterone on the reproductive system. This investigation was performed by immunohistochemical methods using anti-bromodeoxyuridine-antibody following bromodeoxyuridine(Brdur) injection for labeling proliferating cells in the uterus and ovary of rats. Sixteen female rats(Wistar), weighing initially 300g, were randomly allotted into ovariectomized and unovariectomized large groups. These two large groups were subdivided into three subgroups of control, 3-day and 6-day groups, respectively. 3-days and 6-days group were injected with 1mg of progesterone/rat/day for 3 or 6 days, respectively. In gross findings, the uterus of ovariectomized groups markedly atrophied, and were not hypertrophied by progesterone injection for 3 days or 6 days and the uterus of unovariectomized groups also were not hypertrophied. Labeling index(LI, %) was measured by counting the number of Brdur-positive cells from 300 to 3,000 cells per layer in the uterus tissue. The average LI of the uterus in unovariectomized groups was higher than that of ovariectomized groups. The subgroups with higher LI in unovariectomized groups were ordered as 6-day group, 3-day group. So progesterone considerably effected to the proliferating of the cells in the uterus of unovariectomized groups. The layers with higher LI in the uterus wall were ordered as the functional zone of endometrium, epithelial layer of endometrium, basal zone of endometrium, myometrium and perimetrium. The cell types with higher LI in the uterus of unovariectomized groups were ordered as the surface epithelial cells, stromal cells, glandular epithelial cells and muscle cells. Growing follicles with proliferating cells from secondary and tertiary follicles in the ovary of unovariectomized groups appeared to be 37.66% in control group, 39.23% in 3-day groups, 39.47% in 6-day groups. Mature follicles in the ovary were more number in control group than those in 3-day groups but not appeared in 6-day groups. So progesterone not nearly effects to the number of the growing follicles but appeared to be related to suppression of the development and protrusion of the mid-tertiary and mature follicles on the ovary surface. The cell types with higher LI in the ovary of unovariectomized groups were respectively ordered as granulosa cells, theca interns cells in secondary follicles; theca interna cells, granulosa cells, theca externa cells in tertiary follicles; fibroblasts, theca in terns cells in atretic follicles; fibroblasts, luteal cells in corpus luteum.

        공압식 심실 보조기의 동물실험

        Background : Ventricular assist devices(VADs) are being used for patients in postcvardiotomy cardiogenic shock status bridge to cardiac transplant settings and in post-myocardial infarction cardiogenic shock. The VAD which was developed at the Deparment of medical engineering in Dankook University College of Medicine was a pneumatically driven device and can maintain pulsatile flow. The goal of this study is to develop animal experimental models using the VAD and to clarify the reliability and hemodynamic property adequacy of end organ perfusion durability and severity of thrombotic-hemolytic tendency of the device. Material and Method : The pneumatic VAD was applied to 8 adult female lambs, We examined some hemodynamic parameters such as arterial blood pressure pulmonary capillary wedge pressure(pcwp) pulmonary artery pressure(PAP) left atrial pressure hour urine output cardiac index VAD flow EKG to determine the reliability of the VAD and hemodynamic compatibility of the experimental animals within 24 hours of experiment. We also observed the end organ perfusion durability of the VAD and thrombotic-hemolytic property of the VAD after 24 hours of VAD insertion. Result: We could monitor all hemodynamic parameters including pcwp PAP cardiac index EKG, adn hour urine as true clinical settings. We observed that the reliability of the VAD was excellent and the hemodynamic property of the experimental animal and end organ perfusion were adequate within 24 hours of experiment. In four lambs surviving 24 hours after insertion the reliability of the VAD and end organ perfusion were excellent and no thrombotic-hemolytic tendency was noted. However after 15 days of experiment the diaphragm of the VAD was torn and it was recommende that the durability of the VAD should be extended. Conclusion : e conclude that the pneumatic VAD developed at Dankook University Biomedical Engineering has good hemodynamic property and low thromboembolic tendency and presents adequate end organ perfusion but we noted that the durability of the device should be expanded further. It will be possible to do more reliable experiment in the future according to the animal experimental method developed in this study especially with the heart failure models.

        내장형 실린더를 이용한 시멘트 고결토의 인장시험 방법에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 시멘트 고결토 내에 실린더를 내장시킨 다음 유압으로 공시체 내부에서 인장력을 가하여 공시체를 직접 파괴시키는 직접인장시험 방법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 기존 아령모양의 공시체를 이용한 직접인장시험과 대표적인 간접인장시험인 쪼갬인장시험을 실시하여 인장시험 방법에 따른 차이를 비교하였다. 인장시험용 공시체는 모래/시멘트비를 3:1 또는 1:1로 제작한 다음 7일 및 28일 동안 대기중 양생하였으며, 동일한 경우에 대해 10개의 공시체를 실험하여 평균값을 비교하였다. 한편 일축압축시험도 실시하여 일축압축강도와 인장강도의 비를 분석하였다. 내장형 실린더를 이용한 직접인장시험으로부터 얻은 인장강도는 아령모양 공시체를 이용한 직접인장시험으로부터 얻은 값보다 다소 높은 인장강도를 보였지만, 아령모양 공시체를 이용한 시험방법은 공시체 제작이 불편하고 시험 중 변곡부에서 파괴되는 경우가 자주 발생하였다. 탄성파괴를 일으키는 콘크리트나 암석에 적용하는 쪼갬인장시험방법으로 부터 얻은 인장강도는 표준편차가 가장 컸을 뿐 아니라, 시멘트 고결토와 같이 강도가 상대적으로 약해 탄소성파괴를 일으키는 재료에는 적용하기 어려웠다. In this study, a cylinder embedded within cemented soils was used to cause directly tensile failure of cemented soils. An existing dumbbell type direct tensile test and a split tensile test that is most general indirect tensile test were also carried out to verify the developed built-in cylinder tensile test. Testing specimens with two different sand/cement ratios (1:1 and 3:1) and two curing periods (7 and 28 days) were prepared and tested. Total 10 specimens were prepared for each case and their average value was evaluated. Unconfined compression tests were also carried out and the ratio of compressive strength and tensile strength was evaluated. The tensile strength determined by built-in cylinder tensile test was slightly higher than that by dumbbell type direct tensile test. The dumbbell type test has often failed in joint part of specimen and showed some difficulty to prepare a specimen. Among three tensile testing methods, the standard deviation of tensile strength by split tensile test was highest. It was shown that the split tensile test is applicable to concrete or rock with elastic failure but not for cemented soils having lower strength.

        태음인(太陰人) 처방(處方)의 형성과정에 관한 연구(硏究)

Method I studied the archive of prescription and medicines concerned in the Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Chopanbon with Sasang-Yihak-Chobonguen and Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Gapobon 3. Result and conclusion 1. The principle which select the Sasang-in Prescription in Dongmuyugo is Hyung-Choei-Eik-Mi(馨臭液味) and Seung-Gang-Gae- Hap(升降開闔) 2. The same Medicine in Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Chopanbon and Sasang-Yihak-Chobonguen and Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Gapobon is 27 and this medicines are the principle medicine in the Taiyin Disease 3. The same Herb-Medication in the Sasang-Yihak-Chobonguen and Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Gapobon is 4 and the concept in the Sasang-Yihak-Chobonguen is succeded to Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Gapobon 4. The same Herb-Medication in the Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Gapobon and Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Chopanbon is 7 and the Change between the Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Gapobon and Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Chopanbon is the cognition between the Pyozeung(表證) and Lizeung(裏證) in the disease 5. There is no same Herb-Medication in that three books. This result can prove that the Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Chopanbon's New Herb-Medication(新定方) was made in the last stage of Sassng-Yihak

        1. Purpose This study is intend to catch DongMu(東武)'s viewpoint of Chobongeun Soyangin prescription. 2. Method Through Comparing Chongeun Soyangin prescriptions and medications on those of DongEuiBoGam(東醫寶鑑), DongyiSooseBowon Gabobon and DongyiSooseBowon Sinchukbon, we can find DongMu(東武)'s viewpoint of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 3. Results 1) The same Hi prescriptions between DongEuiBoGam(東醫寶鑑) and Chobongeun Soyangin are not entirely identical. 2) GamCho(甘草), GaengMi(粳米) and Sagunja(使君子) were used in the Chobongeun Soyangin prescriptions. that means DongMu(東武)'s viewpoint of Sasang Constitutional Medicine was not entirely established. 3) PaedockSan(敗毒散), VukmijihwangTang(六味地黃湯) and BaekhoTang(白虎湯) were representative prescriptions in the Chobongeun Soyangin prescriptions. And that prescriptions were connected to DongyiSooseBowon Sinchukbon. 4) The same kind medications which were record on DongEuiBoGam(東醫寶鑑) and Chobongeun Soyangin are eighteen. And that medications are the structural principle of Chobongeun Soyangin prescriptions.

Chopanbon's Yangdokbackhotang(陽毒白虎湯) is more rational and effective prescription. 3) Soyangin's Prescriptions of the same name in Chobonguen's prescriptions and Gabobon's are eleven; Bangpoongtongseungsan(防風通聖散), chengumdojuksan(千金導赤散), etc. These prescriptions are similar in the structure. 4) Soyangin's Prescriptions of the same name in Gabobon's prescriptions and Chopanbon's are five; Hyungbangpaedoksan(荊防敗毒散), Yangdokbackhotang(陽毒白虎湯). etc. These Prescriptions make a change in the structure from Gabobon's to Chopanbon's. As this we know that Dongmu(東武) selected Sasang Constitutional prescription and medication in detail as he has the more experience of treatment.

        에탄올로 조용매로 사용한 분별 결정화에 의한 Cyclodextrin 의 분리정제

        Fractional crystallization of two homologues of cyclodextrin, α-cyclodextrin and β-cyclodextrin , was tried to isolate one from the other in the mixture. A phase diagram of α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin and solvent was constucted to obtain the necessary conditions of fractional isolation of cyclodextrin mixture. β-Cyclodextrin was easily isolated from the mixture because of low solubility in water. Addition of cosolvent was tried for the isolation of α-cyclodextrin, which has relatively lower solubility in water. Among the tested cosolvents, ethanol gave the highest yield. Yields of α-cyclodextrin and β-cyclodextrin in the fractional crystallization were 55.2 % and 63.6 %, respectively, with the purities above 96 %.

        원가계산방식에 의한 다가구임대주택 해체공사비 예측

        본 연구는 LH의 다가구임대주택 철거 신축사업에 대비하여 노후주택에 대한 해체공사비를 합리적 근거에 의하여 예측하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위하여 소형주택 해체공사 수행 현황과 작업 프로세스를 조사하고 공사비 견적전문가 면담을 통해 해체공사비 산정실태를 파악하였다. 아울러 공공건설공사의 '예정가격 산정기준'과 '건설폐기물 처리비 산정기준', 선행연구 및 문헌을 고찰하였다. 연구 결과의 하나로 표준품셈에 기초한 해체공사 원가계산체계와 내역체계 및 관련 일위대가를 제안하고, 이를 활용하여 지상 2~3층 규모의 다가구임대주택에 대한 해체공사 예정가격을 산출하였다. 산출 결과, 1개 동당 해체공사비는 18,331천원, 바닥면적($m^2$) 기준 104천원으로 예측되었는데, 세부적으로는 직접 철거비가 14,339천원/동, 폐기물 위탁처리비는 3,992천원/동 소요될 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과는 노후 다가구임대주택 철거 신축사업의 예산수립 단계에서 사업비 추정을 위한 기본 자료로 활용될 뿐 아니라, 연구 제안한 해체공사 원가계산체계 및 내역체계는 공공 건설공사의 발주업무에 유용하게 활용되리라 기대한다. This study is aiming at estimating the demolition cost of deterioration housing by the rational method in order to provide for the demolition and new build project of the rental multi-family housing of LH. We investigated the actual state of demolition construction and work process of small size housing, and analysed an actual condition of estimation for the demolition cost through an advice by the expert of construction cost estimate. Furthermore, the 'estimation standard for the predetermined amount', 'estimation standard for the disposal cost of construction wastes' and precedent studies in public construction work were considered. As one of results in this study, cost accounting system, breakdown system and construction cost for the demolition work based on the standard of estimate were proposed and the predetermined amount of demolition construction for the multi-family housing with 2 or 3 floors could be produced by them. Eventually, It is estimated that the demolition cost per a multi-family housing is about 18,331,000(won) and 104,000(won) per floorage($m^2$). To the details, the result indicated that the direct demolition cost needs about 14,339,000(won) per a multi-family housing and the consignment disposal cost of wastes needs 3,992,000(won) per one. The results of the study will be used as the fundamental data to estimate the project cost in the phase of budget establishment for demolition and new build project of the deteriorated rental multi-family housings, and also cost accounting system of demolition construction and breakdown system are expect to be used effectively at the ordering of public construction work.
