본 연구는 목적은 초등학교 고학년 학생들의 놀이 선호도와 참여도의 상관성과 놀이 선호도와 놀이 유형별 참여도가 사회성과의 관계를 설명하고 연구되었다. 첫째, 성별에 따라 놀이 선호도와 참여도를 살펴보며 종합놀이, 창작놀이, 상상놀이에서 유의미한 차이가 있었으며(p<.05). 탐구놀이, 학습놀이, 대 근육놀이에서는 남녀의 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 본 연구에서는 사회성 전체에서는 남녀의 차이가 없었으나, 하부요인 안정성 에서는 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 셋째, 놀이 선호도에 따른 놀이 참여도와의 상관관계를 살펴보며, 각 놀이에 대한 선호도는 그 놀이에 대한 참여도를 높여 주고 있다 (p<.05). 넷째, 놀이참여도에 따른 사회성과의 상관관계는 놀이 선호도 보다 더 큰 영향력을 가지고 있다(p<.05). 다섯째, 놀이선호가 사회성과의 관계를 설며하는 회귀분석 모형 1에서는 0.53%(R2 =.053, F=1.27, p>.05)의 영향을 설명하고 있지만, 모형 1을 추가한 놀이 참여도 분석 모형 2에서는 놀이에 대한 참여도와 사회성과의 관계는 20%(R2=.203, F=2.776, p<.01**)의 영향을 설명하고 있다. 결론적으로 초등학교 고학년생들의 놀이 활동은 성별에 따라 다르게 나타났으며, 특히 남학생들이 선호하고 자주 참여하게 되는 상상놀이 활동은 다른 놀이유형에 비해 사회성 발달에 부정적인 영향력이 작용될 수있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 종합놀이와 창작놀이 활동에 학생들이 자발적으로 참여 하여 올바른 사회성을 증진시키기 위한 교육체계와 관심이 요구되어 진다. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between preferred play and participation, sociality of the elementary school. Subjects consisted of male students 75 people, female 69 people. Depending on the gender play preference and participation was looking at significant difference in comprehensive play, creative play, imaginative play(p<.05). there were no gender differences in explore play, learn play, gross motor play. The sociality was not differences between men and women, but safety factor (sub-item)was a significant difference(p<.05). Looking at the correlation between play participation and play preferences, preferences of each play was giving increasing the participation of that play(p<.05). Participation in any play activity showed a significant correlation in the entire sociality, imaginative play participation was confirmed statistically significantly lower than in other activities. In addition, six kinds of sub-elements of the three items did not show significant results participate in imaginative play that(reliability and diligence, compliance) was found activity to have lowest social relevance. Correlation between participation of play and sociality had a greater influence than the play preferences(p<.05). In regression model 2, participation of play showed the explanatory power 20%(R2= .203, F=2.776, p<.01**) influenced on sociality. In conclusion of play activities for elementary students varies depending on gender, especially imaginative play activities that boys often prefer to participate may have a negative impact may be applied to social development compared to other types of play. Therefore, students in general play and creative play activities, voluntary participation is required by the education system and are interested to promote proper social skills.
척추 안정화 운동과 등뼈가동술이 만성 허리통증환자의 척추 유연성에 미치는 영향

PURPOSE: This study aimed to investigate the benefits of thoracic manipulation and the trunk stability exercises on spine trunk flexibility and the pain index of chronic low back pain patients. METHODS: The study included 44 patients suffering from chronic low back pain. The participants were divided into two groups: the first group was assigned for trunk stability exercises (TSE), and the second group was randomly assigned TSE and thoracic manipulation at the same time (TSE+TM). Both groups carried out each assigned treatment thrice a week for 8 weeks. The study outcome was based on assessment of spine trunk flexibility and the pain index. Spine trunk flexibility was measured by spine flexion and extension through a range of motion and thoracic cage circumference. The pain index was measured using a visual analog scale (VAS). RESULTS: Spine flexion and extension range of motion showed a significant difference within each group and between the groups before and after the treatment. The measurement of the thoracic cage circumference also showed a notable difference within each group and between the groups before and after the treatment. There was no change in the pain index. CONCLUSION: These results indicate that thoracic manipulation with the trunk stability exercises is an efficient treatment for improving the spine trunk flexibility and soothing pain for chronic low back pain patients.

Background/Aims: Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) is a new powerful technique for the molecular cytogenetic analysis of cancer. Methods: Twenty-five colorectal carcinomas were screened for chromosomal aberrations using CGH. Results: All carcinomas had chromosomal aberrations, and the mean number of chromosomal aberrations per tumor was 5.3. The cases of chromosomal gains were more common than the cases of chromosomal losses. The cases of amplification of 7q region, which contains locus of c-met, was significantly higher in stage III and IV than in stage I and II (p 0.05). In three cases of stage IV (67%), two showed amplification of 7q and 20q, in which c-met oncogene and c-src oncogene are located, respectively. The chromosomal gains of tumor were mostly detected at 20q, 7q, and 13q. The chromosomal losses of tumor were frequently detected at 17p and 18q. Conclusions: The CGH may be useful in predicting the prognosis or therapeutic decision of colorectal carcinoma. Especially, the chromosomal changes at 7q, 20q and 13q as well as c-met and c-src may be useful markers for colorectal carcinoma. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2002;39:275-283)
역상 액체크로마토그래피에 의한 1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-Naphthol과 킬레이트를 형성하는 금속이온의 분리

1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-Naphthol (PAN) has been widely used as a spectrophotometric reagent and metallochromic indicator for many metal ions. In this work, the chelate reagent of PAN was used as mobile phase additive for the separation of metal ions by reversed phase chromatography. Metal ions could be detected by monitoring the effluent at 570 nm with spectrophotometric detector. In order to investigate retention behaviors of the metal ions, the chromatograms and capacity factors were obtained as the variation of pH, ionic strength and composition of organic modifier in mobile phase. Under the obtained optimum conditions, the mixtures of Fe(III), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Co(II) could be separated successfully and the calibration curves under the recommended conditions showed an excellent linearity. The detection limits(S/N) were feasible at the nanogram level. 1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-Naphthol (PAN)은 많은 금속이온들과 착색된 착물을 형성함으로 분광시약 또는 금속지시약으로 널리 사용된다. 본 연구는 PAN을 이동상에 첨가하여 Cu(II), Ni(II) , Zn(II), Co(II) , 및 Fe(III)이온들과 착물을 형성시켜 역상 액체크로마토그래피법으로 분리하였다. 이들 금속착물들은 570nm에서 분광광도 검출기로 검출되었고, 이들 금속이온의 머무름을 조사하기 위하여 이동상의 pH, 이온세기 및 유기용매 조성의 변화에 따른 크로마토그램과 용량인자를 측정하였다. 이상의 실험결과에서 얻은 최적조건하에서 금속이온을 분리한 결과 좋은 크로마토그램을 얻었으며, 검출한계(S/N)도 ppb단위까지 검출이 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this survey is to examine the present status of ethics education in middle school science curriculum. This study, therefore, attempted to investigate 1) student’s and teacher’s perceptions of science and technology ethics, 2) teacher’s perceptions of ethics education in science and technology and 3) contents of science and technology ethics in 7th and 8th grade science textbooks. 296 middle school students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and 12 science teachers are participated in this survey study. The survey questionnaire for students consisted of 20 items over three sub-categories: the nature of science, the ethical issues in science and technology and experience on ethical problems in the classroom. The questionnaire for teachers also consisted of three sub-categories: perception in science and technology ethics, perception in middle school ethics education of science and technology, and opinions of that. In the result, it was found that 28.3% of students learned about ethical issues in science and technology from the school, 69.4% of students had experiences on internet-copied homework and 26.4% of them had falsified experimental data. STS topics were contained in 7 of 12 units of a 7th grade science textbook but they were not relate to ethical issues. Neither ethical issue nor STS topic was not found in 8th grade science textbook. All participated science teachers were positively perceived the necessity of science and technology ethics education for middle school students but they reported some barriers such as lack of learning materials and information and their less understanding of science and technology ethics. Some of them suggested the necessity of in-service teacher training for ethics education in science and technology.
