본 연구는 SNS의 여론형성과정과 참여행태에 관한 연구이다. 대표적인 SNS 서비스인 트위터가 무상급식 주민투표와 10.26재보선 기간의 여론형성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 특히, 여론형성의 유력자인 파워 트위터리안이 영향력을 분석하였다. 첫 번째 연구문제인 트위터의 여론형성에 관한 분석결과, 무상급식 주민투표의 경우 오전시장이 대권 불출마선언 이후에 무상급식 주민투표에 대한 국민들의 관심이 폭발적으로 늘어났으며, 오전시장을 지지하는 트윗보다는 반대하는 트윗의 영향력이 컸다. 10.26재보선의 경우 트위터공간에서 나 후보자보다는 박 후보자가 촘촘한 소통망을 형성하면서 자신에게 호의적인 여론을 형성하였다. 두 번째 연구문제인 파워 트위터리안과 일반 트위터리안의 참여행태에 관한 분석결과, 무상급식 주민투표의 경우 유명스타들이 파워 트위터리안으로써 사회이슈에 대한 참여를 선도하는 역할자로 자리매김하게 되는 계기를 마련했다. 파워 트위터리안은 일반 트위터리안의 공감을 끌어내는 데 성공하였다고 평가된다. 10.26재보선의 경우 박 후보를 지지하는 파워 트위터리안이 나 후보를 지지하는 파워 트위터리안보다 많았을 뿐만 아니라 박 후보와 소통을 하고 있는 일반 트위터리안도 훨씬 많았다. 특히, 박 후보를 지지한 파워 트위터리안이 보유한 커뮤니티의 규모는 나 후보를 지지한 파워 트위터리안의 5배가 넘었다. 파워 트위터리안과 일반 트위터리안의 관계는 단순한 지지가 아닌 서로 간의 공감을 전제로 관계가 형성되고 있다. 전통적인 언론을 통한 여론형성과정에서 국민들은 단순히 여론에 휩쓸리는 대상에 불과하였지만, SNS가 확대되면서 이슈의 생산과 유통에 참여하고 이슈를 선도하는 역할을 하는 것으로 평가된다. This study is critical research on the forming public opinion of SNS and participation behavior. Twitter is a typical SNS service, free school food and 10.26 re-and by-elections during the formation of public opinion on the impact have been investigated. Formation of public opinion about Twitter’s analysis of the first research question, The case of free meals to support the Mayor Oh, rather than against Twitter were influential. 10.26 re-and by-elections Twitter in space, the Park‘ candidate than Na’ candidate has formed a favorable opinion. Power twitterian and twitterian on the behavior of the second study involved analysis of the problem, For free meals, power twitterian were responsible for leading the public opinion. For 10.26 re-and by-elections, Power twitterian were more Park‘ candidates than Na’ candidates. In addition, Park‘ candidates of twitterians were communicating more. Through traditional media in the process of forming public opinion was swayed by public opinion to the target people simply but SNS age people involved in the production and distribution of the issue and the issue has a leading role.

Collaborative product commerce (CPC) supports a collaboration that a global enterprise and customer related to lift cycle of product share product information and a collaboration process for the collaboration, and integrating applications. In this paper, we use common data schema in order to solve a interoperability problem about shared product information between enterprises. And we map to common data schema from each other different data format. Therefore we implement CPC Adaptor in order to integrate distributed product information.

오일러 연산과 집합 연산과 같은 비다양체 위상 연산은 모델링의 다양한 환경을 제공한다. 이들 연산들은 주어진 모델의 위상 정보를 적합하게 유지하도록 하기 위하여 기하학적인 문제를 발생시킨다. 꼭지점, 모서리와 면과 같은 요소들이 서로 접촉할 때 이들 연산의 내부에서 수행되는 접합 연산은 비다양체 모델의 위상을 수정하는 기본적인 방법이다. 비다양체 모델을 접합할 때는 위상 관계를 추론하여야 한다. 위상 관계의 추론 방법은 위상학적인 방법과 기하학적인 방법의 2 가지 경우로 분류할 수 있다. 위상학적인 방법은 저장되어 있는 위상 정보만을 이용하여 위상 관계를 추론한다. 반면에, 기하학적인 방법은 접합이 일어나는 부분적인 영역에서 기하학적인 형상을 고려하여 위상의 관계를 찾아내는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 이들 중에서 기하학적인 방법에 관하여 기술한다. Non-manifold topological operations such as Euler and Boolean operations provide a versatile environment for modeling domains. The implementation of these operations raises geometrical issues that need to be addressed to ensure the topological validity of the underlying model, and they uses the glue operation which provides a basic method to modify the topology of non-manifold models when vertices, edges and faces are contacting each other. Topological information such as adjacency relationships should be inferred when gluing non-manifold models. Two methods of reasoning can be employed to find the topological information : topological reasoning and geometrical reasoning. The topological method can infer the adjacency relationships by using stored topological information. On the other hand, the geometrical method can find topological ambiguities by considering the geometrical shape at the local area of gluing when the topological relations were not stored. This paper describes the geometrical reasoning method.

Steroid hormone의 하나인 ${\beta}-estradiol$이 serum-free medium에서 배양한 토끼의 신장 근위세뇨관 상피세포의 세포성장과 기능에 미치는 영향을 관찰한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다 1. Serum-free medium에서 토끼의 신장 근위세뇨관 상피세포는 ${\beta}-estradiol$ 1 nM의 농도에서 유의한 세포 성장 촉진 효과를 나타내었고, ${\beta}-estradiol$ 10 nM이상의 농도에서는 세포성장이 억제되었다. 2. ${\beta}-Estradiol$은 serum-free medium에서 성장촉진인자의 하나인 hydrocortisone을 뺀 조건하에서 세포 성장을 증가시키었다. 3. ${\beta}-Estradiol$은 hydrocortisone을 growth supplement로 넣어준 serum-free medium에서 토끼 신장의 근위세뇨관 상피세포의 성장을 촉진시키었다. 4. ${\beta}-Estradiol$은 Northern blot analysis에 의하여 확인한 alpha I (IV) collagen mRNA level에는 별다른 변화를 보이지 않으나, ${\beta}-actin$mRNA level은 증가되었다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 보아, serum-free 그리고 hormonally defined media에서 ${\beta}-estradiol이$ 토끼의 신장 근위세뇨관 상피세포의 성장 및 기능에 대하여 촉진적으로 작용하는 것은 cellular microfilament의 중요한 구성단백의 하나로 밝혀진 ${\beta}-actin$의 합성 증가에 기인하는 것으로 생각된다. In order to examine the effect of ${\beta}-estradiol$ on the cell growth, using a primary rabbit kidney poximal tubule cell culture system. We investigated the effect of ${\beta}-estradiol$ on alpha 1 (IV) collagen and ${\beta}-actin$ mRNA levels from primary rabbit kidney cell cultures, and also the effects of 3 growth factors and ${\beta}-estradiol$ supplementation on the growth of primary rabbit kidney proximal tubule cells in the serum-free medium. 1 nM of ${\beta}-estradiol$ showed a sizable potentiation effect on the growth of the proximal tubule cell in serum-free medium, but higher concentration (> 10 nM) of estradiol indeed inhibited the growth. In the absence of hydrocortisone as a growth supplement in serum-free medium, ${\beta}-estradiol$ caused to potentiate the growth of the cell. In the presence of hydrocortisone, ${\beta}-estradiol$ also potentiated the growth of the proximal tubule cells. According to the Northern analysis, ${\beta}-estradiol$ increased the level of ${\beta}-actin$ mRNA, although mRNA level of the alpha I(IV) collagen was not changed significantly.
