        Poly(butylene succinate-co-butylene terephthalate) 공중합물의 미세구조와 열적 성질

        이성분계 rendom copolyeseters인 Poly(butylene succinate-co-butylene terephthalate)(PBS/PBT)를 합성하고 $^1H$ NMR spectroecopy를 이용하여 전 조성범위에 걸쳐 sepuence distribution을 조사하였다. PBS/PBT 공중합물의 융점(Tm)은 공중합물내 dimethyl terephthalate(DMT)의 함량이 증가함에 따라 점차적으로 감소하는 현상을 나타냈고 ST3(DMT 65.8mol%)에서 최저융점(eutetic point) 거동을 보였다. 이러한 공중합물의 융점거동은 공중합물의 몰분율(Xa)보다는 triad fraction으로 계산된 sequence propagation probability(P)에 더욱 의존하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 succinate unit(또는 terephthalate unit)의 함량이 많은 공중합물들은 terephthalate unit(또는 succinate unit)를 완전히 배제시키면서 단지 PBS(또는PBT)만의 결정을 형성하였다. The binary random copolyesters of poly(butylene succinate-co-butylene terephthalate) (PBS/PBT) were synthesized and their sequence distributions were investigated over the entire range for PBS/PBT copolyester compositions by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The melting point (Tm) of these copolyesters were depressed gradually with the increase of dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) mol% in composition and appeared an eutetic behaviour which appears a minimum at ST3 (DMT 65.8 mol%). The melting behaviour of PBS/PBT copolyester was not directly depended on molar fraction (Xa) but on only the sequence propagation probability (P) which occurs in triad fraction. It also can be seen that when the succinate units (or terephthalate units) were abundant enough, PBS/PBT Copolymers formed only PBS (or PBT) crystal with complete rejection of the terephthalate units (or succinate units).

        인장전단시험을 이용한 TRIP1180강의 계면파단특성 평가

        The weldability of resistance spot welding of TRIP1180 steels for automobile components investigated enhance in order to achieve understanding of weld fracture during tensile-shear strength (TSS) test. The main failure modes for spot welds of TRIP1180 steels were nugget pullout and interfacial fracture. The peak load to cause a weld interfacial failure was found to be related to fracture toughness of the weld and the weld diameter. Although interfacial fracture occurred in the spot welded samples, the load-carrying capacity of the weld was high and not significantly affected by the fracture mode. Substantial part of the weld exhibits the characteristic dimple (or elongated dimple) fractures on interfacial fractured surface also, dimple fracture areas were drawmatically increased with heat input which is propotional to the applied weld current. In spite of the high hardness values associated with the martensite microstructures due to high cooling rate. The high load-carrying ability of the weld is directly associated with the area of ductile fracture occurred in weld. Therefore, the judgment of the quality of resistance spot welds in TRIP1180 steels, the load-carrying capacity of the weld should be considered as an important factor than fracture mode.

      • 인공해수 건습반복조건에 따른 콘크리트배합별 부식촉진시험법과 염화물 침투해석평가

        Cyclic wet and dry conditions in the marine environment structures corrosion is known to be the fastest rising. For that reason, accelerated corrosion test methods for the reproduction of tidal environment has been actively conducted. However, many studies have estimated threshold value for steel corrosion or concentrated in chloride penetration analysis. In this study, cyclic wet and dry conditions to reproduce the structure of the environment in accelerated corrosion and chloride penetration test analysis was performed. Corrosion was determined by the result of reinforcement corrosion monitoring based on galvanic potential measurement and half-cell potential method. Accelerated corrosion test results for each formulation was different corrosion periods, the order OPC> FA> BS> High-strength concrete. FEM durability interpretation program DuCOM was conducted under the same conditions as in accelerated corrosion test. The experimental RCPT tests demonstrated the validity of the result. 해양환경 조건 중 건습반복환경인 간만대는 구조물내 철근부식이 가장 빨리 일어나는 것으로 알려져 있다. 때문에 부식촉진시험 방법 중 간만대 환경을 재현한 시험방법이 가장 활발하게 진행되어왔다. 그러나 많은 연구들이 부식임계농도 추정이나 염화물침투해석에 집중되어 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 건습반복조건의 환경을 재현하여 구조물내 철근부식촉진시험과 염화물 침투해석을 실시하였다. 배합에 사용된 재료의 종류를 변수로 시험을 실시하였으며, 철근부식모니터링 방법으로 갈바닉 전위측정법과 반전지전위법을 사용하여 철근부식의 유무를 판단하였다. 부식촉진시험결과 각 배합별로 부식기간이 차이가 났으며, 순서는 OPC > FA > BS > 고강도 순으로 나타났다. 부식촉진시험과 동일한 조건으로 FEM 내구성 해석 프로그램인 DuCOM, RCPT 시험을 실시하여 실험결과 값에 대한 타당성을 입증하였다.

        Steinmann 씨 고정편의 흉강내 이동 - 1례 보고 -

        충남대학교 의과 대학 흉부외과학 교실에서 상박 외과경 골절 고정에 이용한 Steinmann씨 핀이 흉강내로 이동한 환자 1예를 치험 하였다. 핀 하나는 흉벽에 약간의 유착을 형성하여,흉벽에 위치했고 하나는 흉곽출구에서 흉강 내로 관통하고 있었다. 우측방 개흉으로 어려움 없이 제거하고 환자는 수술 10일에 경쾌 퇴원하였다. Migration of Steinmann pins into the thoracic cavity is uncommon, but when occurs it can bring devasting consequences. A Sixty-year-old woman had pinning of the right humerus surgical neck fracture. She was not followed up after discharge Two years later, a chest x-ray film and chest CT showed that the pin had migrated to the right hemithorax. The migrated pins were removed with right anterolateral thoracotomy incision without any difficulties.

        역혈류성 전외측대퇴 혈관경피판을 이용한 무릎 주위 결손의 재건

        Purpose: As the soft tissue defect around the knee is difficult to reconstruct, local flap or free flap is used. Distally based anterolateral thigh pedicled flap introduced by Zhang uses sufficient reverse flow supplied from the vascular network around the knee. We report successful reconstruction of defect around knee by this method. Methods: Four patients with skin & soft tissue defect around knee have been treated for reconstruction using the distally based anterolateral thigh pedicled flap. First, the doppler was used to check the perforator flap of the descending branch of the lateral circumflex femoral artery and to draw and dissect the perforator flap as much as needed. After the dissection, the proximal of the descending branch was clamped and checked for sufficient supply of blood flow from the reverse flow and then ligated. It was dissected along the descending branch and in order to prevent damage to the joined parts of the descending branch and the lateral superior geniculate artery, a more careful ligation was done starting from 10 cm superior to the knee. The defect was reconstructed after securing enough vascular pedicle to cover all the damaged parts. Results: Not all patients suffered from flap necrosis. In case of the patient with chronic osteomyelitis, slight venous congestion was observed right after the surgery but it disappeared the following day. All three patients had no occurences of additional complications. Conclusion: Distally based anterolateral thigh pedicled flap was enough to provide large flap for knee reconstruction. It had sufficient blood flow and vascular pedicle. It also had taken short operation time compared to the free flap operation. The distally based anterolateral thigh pedicled flap used by the authors is a very useful way of reconstructing the area around knee.

        가압력 변화에 따른 표면조도처리 강판의 저항 점 용접성 비교

        With the development of surface roughness textured steel for automotive body-in-white assemble, one of key issues is to understand the role of the surface roughness in textured steel sheets. To investigate effect of surface roughness on weldability in prepared steels, electrode force was varied. Steel sheets (T-H) with high surface roughness ($Ra\;=\;1.94\;{\mu}m$) reduced electrode life. It was attributed to the higher contact resistance at the electrode-sheet interface in the presence of the high surface roughness. The increased electrode diameter decreased current density, therefore reducing weld electrode life due to small weld button size. When an increased electrode force was used, a significant increase in the electrode life was observed in welding of high surface roughness steel sheet. This study suggested that contact resistance at the electrode-sheet interface was the dominant factor, as compared to the sheet-sheet interface for determining electrode life in welding of surface roughness textured steel.

        방향족 폴리에스테르의 열적거동과 분해 반응 기구

        Thermal analysis has been carried out on aromatic polyesters(i.e. poly(ethylene 2,6-naphlhalate) and poly(butylene 2,6-naphthalate)) over a range of 270 to 31$0^{\circ}C$, above the melting temperature, without the addition of catalysts and stabilizers. Degradation products of polyesters were characterized by gas chromatography and mass spectrometer. It was concluded that poly(ethylene 2,6-naphthalate) decomposed by a random scission of ester links involving a six centered cyclic transition state yields vinyl naphthoate and naphthoic acid and poly(butylene 2,6-naphthalate) decomposed by two random scission of ester links gives 1-butenyl naphthoate and naphthoic acid.

        Poly(butylene glutarate-co-adipate-co-succinate-co-terephthalate) 공중합체의 서열분포 및 열적성질

        The quaternary random copolyesters of poly (butylene glutarate-co-adipate-co-succinate-co-terephthalate)(PBGAST) were synthesized and charaterized by $^1H-NMR$ spectrometry, DSC method, and X-ray diffractometry. Thus the melting point trends and crystallization behaviors of PBGAST copolyesters were obviously depended on terephthalate content in copolymers as well as reaction condition. 사성분계 랜덤 공중합체인 poly(butylene glutarate-co-adipate-co-succinate-co-terephthalate)(PBGAST)를 합성하고 $^1H-NMR$ 분광분석법, 시차주사열량분석법(DSC) 및 X-선회절법 등을 시행하였다. PBGAST 공중합체의 융점거동과 결정화거동은 반응조건 뿐 만 아니라 공중합체내 terephthalate 단위의 함량에도 의존하였다.
