        "청기재하(淸氣在下), 탁기재상(濁氣在上)"에 대한 고찰(考察) - 『상한론(傷寒論)』 병증(病症)과의 비교 -

        Objective : Describe the phenomenon of "clear qi below, turbid qi above" as found in the Somun Eumyangeungsangdaelon (Major Essay on Yinyang Resonances and Appearances 素問 陰陽應象大論) and compare this pattern with water-grain dysentery and flatulence symptom patterns in the Sanghallon (Treatise on Cold Damage). Method : Study the annotation of the Hwangjenaegyeong (Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic 黃帝內經) and compare the results with the Sanghallon's water-grain dysentery and flatulence. Conclusions and Results : The causes of water-grain dysentery and flatulence are associated with the ascending and descending properties of Yin and Yang. Additionally, these symptoms can also be caused by pathogenic heat, turbid pathogenic factors, and interruption of the movement of clear and turbid qi. Aspects of water-grain dysentery resemble several patterns found in the Sanghallon. If caused by a weakness of yang qi, it resembles Sayeoktang (四逆湯) syndrome. Weakness of spleen qi resembles Ijungtang (理中湯) syndrome. Flatulence is similar to fullness in the chest syndrome, which in the Sanghallon is caused by an obstruction of cold qi. If there is excessive cold, water-grain dysentery is similar to the syndrome of Gyeolhyung (結胸). If the qi is not scattered, deficiency syndrome is similar to Gyejigejagyaktang (桂枝去芍藥湯) syndrome and excess syndrome is similar to Mahwangtang (麻黃湯) syndrome. When flatulence is caused by fever in chest, it is similar to Chijasitang (梔子?湯) syndrome. When caused by heat and phlegm build up in chest, it is similar to Sipjotang (十棗湯) syndrome.

        자연급기 무가습 연료전지의 Dry-out조건

        This study investigates drying condition when a small fan is added to a operating the free-breathing proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) with dry $H_2$ and Air. Polarization tests were conducted on PEMFCs at cell temperatures between 30 and $50^{\circ}C$ under dry operation. In the results, the cell performance strongly depended on the cell temperature and the cathode gas stoichiometric flow rates. The cell performance increases as cell temperature decreases from 50 to $30^{\circ}C$. In the domain where the stoichiometry of air is quite large, reduction of the concentration overpotential compensated the increased internal resistance due to drying. The maximum performance was obtained at the small air flow rate beyond which flooding occurs. This indicates that the fan should be operated in the stoichiometry domain with a well designed cell structure to avoid flooding.

        거자법(巨刺法)에 의한 전침자극(電鍼刺戟)이 흰쥐의 formalin 유도(誘導) 통증(痛症)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Acupuncture has been used for treatment of numerous diseases, especially for pain control in the oriental culture. However, the mechanism of pain control by acupuncture was not clear so far. The present study was examined that the effects of electro-acupuncture (EA) applied to the acu-point of extra-segmental area on modulation of formalin induced pain in Sprague - Dawley rats. In order to apply EA to acu-points in the plantar area of right fore paws, a pair of teflon - coated stainless steel wires were implanted in HT 7 (shin-mun) and PC 7 (dae-neong) 5 days before behavioral test. A behavioral test was performed by means of video camera after injection of 5% formalin ($50{\mu}l$) into the lateral plantar region of left hind paw. EA was delivered by a constant current stimulator at 4~5 mA, 2 ms, and 10 Hz for 30 min. The electromyographic activities were recorded in the biceps femoris muscle under chloral hydrate anesthesia. Test stimuli with 1~9mA were applied to the sural nerve territory including the medial portion of the 4th toe and the lateral portion of the 5th toe. Behavioral responses including favoring, flinching and bitting were occured in the biphasic pattern, such as the lst phase (0~5 min) and the 2nd phase (20~45 min) after formalin injection. However, EA (4~5 mA, 2 ms, 10 Hz) significantly inhibited Che behavioral responses. EMG activities of flexor reflex had a latency of 100~300 ms and thresholds of test stimuli for EMG were 4~5 mA in normal rats. Injection of formalin decreased threshold of test stimuli and increased EMG activities for 2hrs after injection. However, EA significantly inhibited EMG activities of flexor reflex increased by formalin and recovered EMG evoked thresholds. These results suggest that contralateral extra-segmental EA inhibits the first and second phases of formalin induced pain but their mechanism be needed to examine additionally.

        선박용 연료전지 시스템 도입을 위한 국제 표준화 동향 분석

        미래 친환경 선박 기술 중의 하나로 주목 받고 있는 연료전지 시스템의 선박 적용을 위해서 기술의 개발과 함께 필요한 것이 제도의 정비이다. 본 연구에서는 선박용 연료전지 개발동향, 연료전지시스템을 선박에 탑재하기위한 관련 국제기준으로 SOLAS와 IACS의 UR 및 UI을 검토하였고, IMO MEPC, IMO BLG 및 주요 선급 규정 등 연료전지 기준의 표준화 동향, 선박용 연료전지 기술기준의 개발시 고려되어야 할 사항 및 관련 제도의 국내도입을 위한 시사점까지 검토하였다. 현재 IMO에서 개발중인 IGF Code에는 연료전지 관련 부분이 포함되어, 본 규정 개발에 정부 및 국내 관련 기업체의 적극적인 참여가 필요하며 향후 IMO에서의 관련 규정개발 동향을 면밀하게 분석하고 적극적으로 대응할 필요가 있다. For the application of fuel cell systems on ship which is future eco-friendly ship technology, it is need that the modification of relevant laws and regulations with relevant technical development. This paper reviews the trend of fuel cell development, SOLAS and IACS UR/UI as a international regulations, international standardization trend such as IMO MEPC, IMO BLG and major classification rules, the consideration for the standard development of ship fuel cell systems, the implications for application of fuel cell systems on ships in Korea. The IGF Code which is developing in the IMO included fuel cell, and thus Korean government and related company should participate in the codification. The analysis of development of IMO's relevant regulations also needed for the preparations.

        論文(론문) : 大腸正格證(대장정격증)과 장누수증후군(Leaky Gut Syndrome)과의 관계 考察(고찰)

        A Study on the Relationship between Dae-Jang-Jung-Gyeok(大腸正格) and Leaky Gut Syndrome Lee Jin-Cheoul1·Park Sang-Kyun2·Bang Jung-kyun3 *1Dept. of Medical History, College of Korean Medicine, Kyunghee University 2Dept. of Meridian, College of Korean Medicine, Sangji University 3Dept. of Korean Medical Classics and History, College of Korean Medicine, Sangji University Objective: If the penetration ratio of the intestinal mucosa is increased, the toxic or unhealthy materials - which should not be absorbed into our bodies - will be come into our bodies. They cause a sort of anti-toxic response or confusion of the immune system, and ultimately bring various types of diseases. This syndrome is related "Poison in Excrement" or "Internal Damage(內傷發□)" and Leaky Gut Syndrome, so I will study on the relationship between them. Method: Study on the relationship between Dae-Jang-Jung-gyeok and Leaky Gut Syndrome. Result: Korean doctors in ancient times called this syndrome "Poison in Excrement" or "Internal Damage(內傷發□)" and treated it with "Dae-Jang-Jung-Gyeok(大腸正格)". Leaky Gut Syndrome is a sort of clinical lesion, which allows foreign and harmful toxins in and results in a disorder of the immune system due to the leaking intestinal mucosa. Conclusion: Based upon the analyses, Dae-Jang-Jung-Gyeok and Leaky Gut Syndrome are closely related. Therefore diseases caused by the Leaky Gut Syndrome might be expected to be cured by Dae-Jang-Jung-Gyeok. Particularly the use of treatments for self-immune diseases and allergic diseases such as atopyic dermatitis and articular rheumatism should be expected to reveal a new path of treatment for other disorders such as Leaky Gut Syndrome.         리듬 점프 트레이닝이 여중생의 체력과 스트레스 및 자율신경계 활성도에 미치는 영향

        목적 이 연구는 12주간의 리듬 점프 트레이닝이 여중생의 체력과 스트레스 및 자율신경계 활성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 여자중학생 45명을 대상으로 리듬 점프 트레이닝 집단(RJG), 점프 트레이닝 집단(JG), 통제집단(CG)에 각각 15명씩 무선 배정하여 리듬 점프 트레이닝 전⋅후 체력과 스트레스, 자율신경계 활성도를 측정하였다. 리듬 점프 트레이닝 프로그램은 주 3회, 1일 45분, 총 12주간 실시하였으며, 연구 수행을 통해 얻어진 자료는 SPSS 20.0 통계 프로그램을 이용, 반복측정이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 체력 변인은 심폐지구력과 순발력에서 상호작용 효과가 나타났으며, RJG는 모든 변인에서 유의하게 증가하였고, JG는 심폐지구력과 유연성에서 유의한 증가가 나타났다. 둘째, 스트레스 변인은 누적 스트레스 지수, 신체적 스트레스, 심리적 스트레스 모든 변인에서 상호작용 효과가 나타났으며, RJG는 세 가지 변인 모두에서 유의하게 개선되었고, JG는 누적 스트레스 지수와 신체적 스트레스에서 유의하게 개선되었다. 셋째, 자율신경계 활성도 변인은 SDNN과 HRV index에서 상호작용 효과가 나타났으며, RJG는 HF, SDNN, HRV index에서 유의하게 증가하였고, JG는 SDNN에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 결론 점프 트레이닝은 여중생은 체력, 스트레스, 자율신경계 활성도에 부분적으로 긍정적인 영향이 있었으며, 리듬을 적용한 리듬 점프 트레이닝의 경우 그 효과가 더욱 크다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of 12-week rhythm jump training on physical fitness, stress and autonomic nervous system activity in middle school girls. Methods The subjects were 45 middle school girls were selected at random and the allocated 15 students each for the rhythm jump training group(RJG), jump training group(JG) and control group(CG) and measured physical fitness, stress and autonomic nervous system activity before and after rhythm jump training. The program of rhythm jump training is implemented for 45 minutes of 3 times each week for 12 weeks. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 statistical program and two-way repeated ANOVA was used. Results First, physical fitness variables showed an interaction effect on cardiovascular endurance and power, RJG significantly increased in all variables, and JG showed significant increases in cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Second, the stress variable showed an interactive effect in all variables of cumulative stress index, physical stress, and psychological stress, RJG was significantly improved in all three variables, and JG was significantly improved in cumulative stress index and physical stress. Third, autonomic nervous system activity variables showed an interactive effect in SDNN and HRV index, and RJG significantly increased in HF, SDNN and HRV index, and JG significantly increased in SDNN. Conclusions Jump training had a partial positive effect on physical fitness, stress, and autonomic nervous system activity in middle school girls, and it was confirmed that the effect was greater in the case of rhythm jump training to which rhythm was applied.

        자가 경혈 스포츠마사지를 병행한 리듬 스텝트레이닝이 대학생의 자율신경계와 스트레스 및 압력통증역치에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of 12-weeks rhythm step training with self meridian point sports massage on the autonomic nervous system, stress, and pressure-pain threshold of university students. Method: The participants of this study included 45 university students in D city, divided into control group (CG, n=15), self meridian point sports massage groups (SG, n=15), and rhythm step training with self meridian point sports massage group (RSG, n=15). The exercise program was conducted three times a week for 12 weeks for 60 min/time. Significance verification was analyzed by two-way repeated measures ANOVA. The significant level of hypothesis verification was set-up as α=.05. Results: There were significant differences in the group×time interaction on the autonomic nervous system (TP, LF, HF, SDNN), stress, and pressure-pain threshold (right Tae-yang hyeol) of university students by 12 weeks rhythm step training program with self meridian point sports massage. Conclusion: In summary, the findings in this study confirm that rhythm step training with self meridian point sports massage has a positive effect on the autonomic nervous system, stress, and pressure-pain threshold of university students.

        『傷寒論』 三陰病에 대한 硏究 : 예후 분석을 중심으로

        Objectives : An accurate judgment of prognosis when treating diseases is crucial. While the Shanghanlun(傷寒論) deals with the prognosis of the Three Yin Diseases with great importance, full-scale studies have been lacking. This paper aims to study the Three Yin Diseases with a focus on prognosis analysis. Methods : Among the Three Yin Disease verses, those that could provide clues to prognosis were selected and analysed. Conclusions & Results : When Yang pulse patterns such as long(長脈)·floating(浮脈)·rapid(數脈) pulses and Yang symptoms such as fever, vexing heat, mild perspiration, thirst, warmth in hands and feet are present in Yin disease, it could be taken as signs of Yang Qi restoration. In these situations, Yin Cold pattern such as diarrhea and reversal cold disappear and the prognosis is positive. However, despite Yang pulse patterns and symptoms, there are cases where diarrhea happens as a result of cold dampness being eliminated due to Yang Qi restoration. Also, when Yang Qi starts communicating smoothly after its restoration in the Three Yin Diseases, perspiration can happen. When diarrhea and reversal cold, which are patterns of Yin Cold get worse, with pulse patterns such as unfelt(脈不至)·replete(實脈)·fulminating(脈暴出) pulses, false heat symptoms such as fever and hot flashes happen, accompanied with Yang Qi depleted symptoms such as inability to lie down due to agitation, continuous perspiration, sore throat, dyspnea, and exaggerated breathing happen. When fast pulse, fever, and perspiration are present due to depression and stagnation of ministerial fire, symptoms such as bloody stool with pus, purulent abscess, sore throat, and inability to lie down due to agitation show, which signal negative prognosis. In bad cases of Reverting Yin Disease, there is continuous diarrhea and bloody stool with pus, which can be due to either Kidney Yang deficiency or depression and stagnation of ministerial fire. It could also be caused by excessive heat.
