      • 實態調査를 통한 複合運送의 發展에 따른 合理的인 保驗制度에 관한 硏究

        The international trade is basically founded on the contract of international sale of goods and backed up by the contract of international carriage of goods and the contract of insurance on the goods carried. For the efficient development of international trade, it is essential to incorporate the above three fields closely together. Economic growth has developed international trade which has accelerated the development of international carriage of goods. As a result of rapid expansion of international carriage of goods, rationalization of transport was required, which has brought about the International Multimodal Transport System(herein after referred to as 'IMT') through containerization. International multimodal transport system has affected international trade a lot, especially the field of insurance a great deal. The aim of this thesis is to study rational insurance system for the development of internatinal multimodal transport, principally multimodal transport operator's(herein after referred to as 'MTO') liabilty insurance and cargo owner's cargo insurance in accordance with MTO'S liability system through Enquette on Multimodal Transport and Insurance Problems. MTOs in Korea mainly.consist of liner shipping companies, ocean freight forwarders and air freight forwarders. Ocean feright forwarders and air freight forwarders are similar to non-vessel operating common carrier. (NVOCC) in the U.S.A and they organized Korea International Freight Forwarders Association in 1977 (KIFFA,1977). The present status and future prospects of IMT, IMT & insurance problems, MTO and MTD were analysed through the enquette to the above MTOs in Korea by 462 companies. Items of the enquette were carefully analysed respectively. A result of enquette showed good directions for the efficient insurance system. In pursuit of transport efficiency, IMT has developed and its development accelerated the expantion of international logistics system. So the role of MTO becomes more important through the development of IMT. If the legal doctrine of MTO'S liability be clearly provided, the liability allocation between MTO and cargo owner will become efficiently and loss of, danage to or delay in delivery of the goods will be successfully covered by both liability insurance and cargo insurance. It is very hard to predict when the UN Convention will enter into force, but the Hamburg Rules have already come into force in 1992. In preparation for the entry into force of the UN convention based on the legal doctrine of the Hamburg Rules, the law, economy, international trade and insurance should be carefully studied. Especially, the effectuation of the UN convention will cause to widely influence international trade, so three main fields of international trade such as contract of international sale of goods, contract of carriage and contract of insurance should be studied carefully and continuously.

        I. INTRODUCTION International trade is basically founded on the contract of international sale of goods and backed up by the contract of international carriage of goods and the contract of insurance on the goods carried. For the efficient development of international trade, it is essential to incorporate the above three fields closely together. As a result of rapid expansion of international carriage of goods, rationalization of transport was required, which has brought about international multimodal transport system through containerization. International multimodal transport system has affected international trade a lot, especially the field of insurance a great deal. The aim of this thesis is to study insurance problems for the development of IMT, mainly cargo owner's cargo insurance in accordance with multimodal transport operator's liability system. II. Multimodal Transport and Insurance Problems. 1. IMT and Cargo Insurance. Unless the multimodal transport operator's liability be absolute, the cargo owner shall insure his goods in transit against transport risks. Another reason for insuring his goods is based on international financial system and prompt indemnification of cargo by the cargo insurer. As the IMT covers a through transport service, what is called "door to door service", cargo insurance has to cover the whole route of transport. Fortunately, transit clause of the Institute Cargo Clauses covers the whole route of IMT for the cargo owner. Therefore, the transit clause was thoroughly studied and other problems on cargo insurance was also analysed. 2. Concentration and strengthening of MTO's liability and insurance problems. Concentration of MTO's liability means that concealed damage to the goods falls on MTO's liability. MTO undertakes liability for concealed damage, so claims procedure becomes much complicated and insurance costs rise much more accordingly. On the other hand, the strengthening of MTO's liability means principles of MTO's liability becomes pure liability with fault and MTO's liability becomes much strengthened without any exceptions. Concentration and strengthening of MTO's liability was analysed thoroughly, what is called, logic of dual insurance and increase of insurance costs due to complicated claims procedure. III. Conclusion. In pursuit of transport efficiency, IMT has developed and its development accelerated the expansion of international logistics system. So the role of MTO becomes more important due to the development of IMT. If the legal doctrine of MTO's liability be clearly provided, the liability allocation between MTO and cargo owner will become efficient and loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of the goods will be successfully covered by both liability and cargo insurance. Therefore, harmonized system of cargo and liability insurance will develop IMT efficiently and continuously.

        근저항트레이닝이 중년여성의 혈청지질 및 지질대사 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of physical fitness, serum lipids and hormones related lipids metabolism after 12weeks resistance exrcise. Subjects were composed of eight middle aged women. The exercise intensities are decided by repeatition maximum and subjects were trained during 12weeks(60-7096 1RM, 10-12 repeated frequency, 4 frequencies/week, 1 hour). Paired t-test was used to evaluate the difference of the pre and post training. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for this study. The result of this study are as follows ', 1. Weight and 96body fat were decreased after 12weeks resistance training. 2. Circulorespiratory function was improved because of increasing in VO2max, VO2max/kg after 12weeks resistance training. 3. As Total cholesterol, Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, Triglyceride and Apolipoprotein B were decreased and High density lipoprotein cholesterol and Apolipoprotein AI were increased after 12weeks resistance training. 4. Cortisol and Growth hormone were increased, Epinephrine and Norepinephrine were decreased after 12weeks resistance training. In conclusion, resistance training was shown to positive influence on serum lipids and hormones related lipids metabolism in middle aged women.

        한국 고령여성에 있어서 에스트로겐 수용체 유전자 다형성이 골강도, 신체조성 및 기초체력에 미치는 영향

        Generally, it has been suggested that genetic factors regulate both bone mineral density (BMD) and development of osteoporosis. This study was designed to clarify an association of estrogen receptor (ER) polymorphism with bone strength, body composition and basal physical fitness in Korean elderly women. We determined the ER genotype using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with Pvu Ⅱ restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP), in a DNA sample of 22 elderly women aged 75.3±6.4 yrs. The genetic subtype was classified by its digestion patterns e.g. PP, Pp, pp, and then bone strength and basal physical fitness were compared among genotype. For the genotype distribution, 18% (n=4) were PP genotype, 45% (n=10) were Pp genotype and 36% (n=8) were pp genotype, respectively. The broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA, db/㎒) of PP, Pp and pp genotypes were 80.2±5.1, 96.1±9.5, 96.2±15.0, respectively. PP genotype was significantly lower compared to other genotypes (p<0.05). The body weight and % fat of PP genotype were significantly lower than Pp genotype (p<0.05). The Sit-up, indicating muscle endurance, of PP genotype was significantly higher compared to those of other genotype (p<0.05). These results suggest that ER genotype using Pvu Ⅱ might be used as a predictor which may affect bone strength, body composition, and physical fitness in Korean elderly women.

        축구선수들의 디트레이닝이 최대산소섭취량과 LDH 및 CPK에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the detraining on VO3max and blood components (CPK, LDH). Subjects were sixteen well-trained high school soccer players. They were randomly divided two groups, eight of them as training group were keeping on training soccer program, another eights as detraining group were detraining until 6 weeks. VO2max, and blood components (CPK, LDH) were measured pre, after 3weeks, 6weeks of detraining both groups. The one way analysis of variance was to determine significant difference in each group. The O.G6 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows' 1. The change of body composition were no significant difference in each group. 2. VO2max, VO2max/kg were significantly increased in training group, decreased in detraining group. 3. LDH and CPK were significantly decreased in detraining group. In conclusion, detraining d general Metabolic State, so to minimize decrease of VO in soccer players is to detrain within 3weeks.
