綠茶를 중심으로 한 食品 관련 現行 法規의 現實性 考察

This study was carried out to research a reality of current Korean law about food focus on green tea. In the current law of food hygine, lack of practice and correctness in terminology raise problems. They need confidence from groups of expert to green tea. In the current law of agricultural product processing development, main idea is preparing a base of enhancing value added for agricultural products and safety of agricultural products. In the agricultural products producing district processing support, divided support in the aspect of agricultural products producing district processing support, divided support in the aspect of agricultural chemical and fertilizer content in food is demanded.

Adaptation and quality of naked oat(Avena nuda L.) cultivars in Korea

The naked oat varieties are promising for human diet and for feed of race horse if they adapt well in Korea. We investigated adaptability of oat cultivars, Avena nuda L. obtained from U. K., USA and Canada etc. The naked oats were generally shorter than the Korean hulled oats, therefore, naked oat cultivars were tolerant to lodging. In fall sowing, naked oat cultivars, Pendragon and Kynon showed about 81% and 69% of winter survival rates, respectively, while no hulled oat cultivars survived through the winter. Grain yield was higher in fall sowing than in spring sowing. Grain yields per unit area of Pendragon and Kynon were rather decreased by the polyethylene plastic mulching culture, compared to non mulching culture. Thus, mulching was unnecessary for cultivation of those cultivars in Korea. Grain yield of naked oats were higher than that of hulled oats after removing hull. The contents of crude protein and essential amino acids in naked oat cultivars were higher than that of hulled oat. The content of beta-glucan as an index of dietary fiber amount in the naked oat grain were also higher than that of hulled oat grain. These results indicated that naked oats were superior to hulled oats in aspects such as winter survival rate, kernel yield, and grain quality, and could be introduced successfully in Korea.

항공기내 녹차 음료 서비스 개선과 고급음료서비스 요원 양성을 위한 녹차서비스 교육프로그램 개발

국내 항공사의 식사 서비스의 경우 노선별로 차이가 있기는 하지만 10시간 이상의 장거리 노선의 경우 한식인 비빔밥과 양식의 2가지의 종류 중에 하나를 선택하여 제공한다. 이 경우 우리나라 승객 뿐 만 아니라 우리나라의 음식을 좋아하는 외국승객에게 우리나라의 음식 체험의 기회를 제공한다. 이때 개선된 본 프로그램 결과물인 고급녹차접대서비스를 제공한다면 현재 대한민국 정부에서 추진 중인 한식세계화 프로젝트의 효율성 향상에 기여 할 것으로 본다. This study was carried out to develop new educational programs for Green tea service in air flight and also achieved to educate tea service staff in airline cabins and hotels. The education programs are consist of eight hours, 16 hours, 30 hours, 60 hours courses. The main educational contents are fundamental training for beverage service, education for theory on Teaics, training for brewing tea, and practice for storytelling on culture for tea. The results of eight hours educational program for 48 applicants, 48% of applicant got 80% educational achievement, This research is expected to support Korean food research globalization running by Korea government.

選擇된 幼兒 茶禮敎育 프로그램이 敎師-父母의 幼兒 評價資料로서의 活用

This research has been conducted to children aged 7 as a tool of a selected children's tea manner education program. This was aimed to examine its usage in teachers-parents evaluation materials, thus it tries to examine, in the end, that it will give specific aid to children. Its target of research is 30 children aged 7 living in Ulsan city in Korea. Before this selected children's program is done, a preliminary test has been conducted, among whom participated in the research, to a controlling group (15) and an experimental group (15) through survey. To the experimental group, this selected children's program has been done once a day with 2hours, in totaling 16 hours with 8 times. After the experimental program is finished, using the same teachers and parents' WSS test, the later test has been done afterwards. Therefore, to the teachers and parents of the experimental group, its sameness has been proven by the survey done to the teachers and parents. The below is the abstract and aftermath of this research. In the developmentitems of the experimental group done by the selective children's education program, it shows that this research is worth being used as a teachers-parents evaluation material since it shows the sameness with a statistically nonsingnificant gap through the survey conducted by the teachers and parents.

This was aimed to prove its influence on social, emotional development of children thus it tries to prove, in the end, that it will give specific aid to children. Its target of research is 30 children aged 7 living in Ulsan city in Korea. Before this selected children's program is done, a preliminary test has been conducted, among whom participated in the research, to a controlling group (15) and an experimental group (15) through survey. To the control group, this selected children's program has been done once a day with 2 hours, in totaling 16 hours with 8 times. After the experimental program is finished, using the same children's social, emotional test, the later test has been done afterwards. The below is the abstract and aftermath of this research. The experimental group done to this selected children's program shows more improvement with a statistically significant level than in the controlling group in terms of children's social, emotional development test. So that it is proven that this selected children's program is effective in the selective children's social, emtional development.
