        저분자 알긴산의 효소적 생산과 지방세포 분화 억제 효과

        다시마로부터 알긴산의 효율적인 추출, 침전, 회수조건은 1% Na₂CO₃ , 80℃, 에탄올 침전 회수법이였고, 알긴산분해효소(Flavobacterium sp. 유래 alginate lyase)를 이용한 저분자화 효소 반응 시 최적 초기 알긴산 농도는 3%였다. 알긴산 분해효소 농도에 따른 알긴산의 저분자화 정도에는 큰 차이가 없고, 경제적인 생산 비용을 고려하면 최적의 알긴산 분해효소 농도는 5 unit/ml였으며, 5 unit/ml의 알긴산 분해효소 농도로 37℃에서 3시간 반응하여 저분자화한 알긴산의 점도는 4.5 cp, 분자량은 307,008 Da였다. 3T3-L1 지방전구세포에 저분자화 알긴산을 125 μg/ml, 250 μg/ml 농도로 처리하였을 때 지방과립 형성과 triglyceride 중성지방 축적이 감소됨을 확인하였다. 따라서, alginate lyase로 저분자화된 알긴산은 지방세포 분화억제 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. In this study, we investigated the extraction condition of alginate from Laminaria japonica, the enzymatic degradation of the extracted alginate, and the inhibitory activity of the degraded alginate on the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. The optimal conditions for the efficient extraction, precipitation, and recovery of alginate from the brown seaweed L. japonica were 1% for Na₂CO₃ concentration, 80℃ for extraction temperature, and ethanol for precipitation solvent. In the enzymatic reaction for the production of low-molecular-weight alginate (LMWA) by using alginate lyase from Flavobacterium sp., the initial concentration of Laminaria alginate was 3%. The low-molecular-weight degree from alginate was independent with the enzyme concentration, and the optimal concentration of alginate lyase was found to be 5 unit/ml. Through the enzymatic reaction with 5 unit/ml of alginate lyase at 37℃ for 3 hr, the viscosity and molecular weight of LMWA were 4.5 cp and 307 kDa, respectively. Treatment with LMWA significantly suppressed the accumulation of lipid droplet and triglyceride in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes with a dose-dependent manner. Therefore, it seems that LMWA treatment could inhibit the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. These results indicate that LMWA or the degraded alginate produced by alginate lyase enzyme can be useful for the development of anti-obesity biosubstances.

        In order to secure environment of indoor quality, we need inflow of the fresh air from outside, and also there will be the loss of energy. Recently, it is issuing to adjust of ventilation equipment for reducing these losses of energy. It is effective way that heat recovery ventilator is not only to reduce pollution level of indoor but also to save energy. However, the operation and design was inconsiderately performed because of lack of understanding of these systems, so it occurs these problems not doing its natural purpose which saves energy. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, it is important to study heat recovery ventilator system before using them. In this study, we make an experiment on efficiency of sensible heat and latent heat of element cores as a result of changing temperature and humidity of outdoor with using artificial climate lab, so it will be used basic materials for plans of saving energy of the building.

      • 전열교환 환기유니트용 엘리먼트 코어의 형상 설계에 따른 성능평가

        Recently, the regulations about install standard of ventilation equipment has been newly established to secure Indoor Air Quality environment. And the application of heat recovery ventilation system has been increased during apartment houses. Therefore, there are a lot of ongoing studies about reducing height of ventilation unit to install in the limited duct space. A diamond shaped element core has advantages such as increasing heat exchange efficiency and easy installation of fan. In this study, we will review heat exchange efficiency variation due to shape design of element core to build database of heat exchange efficiency and to seek the best suitable shape design of element core for heat exchange. The result of this study was as follows ; (1) For temperature, humidity and enthalpy exchange efficiency, as the airflow increases in all cores, the overall heat exchange efficiency was contrary reduced. (2) As the angle was reduced to 75 and 60, the contact length was increased and therefore the heat exchange time was increased. (3) Thus, in shape design of element core, the increase of contact time and reducing airflow confirmed to be very effective factor for increase efficient.

        대학생들의 SNS중독경향성과 대인관계 만족도의 상관관계

        본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 SNS중독경향성과 대인관계 만족도를 파악하고, 두 변수간의 상간관계를 파악하여, 대학생의 대인관계 향상 및 SNS 중독 예방을 위한 중재방안의 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 대상은 D시와 K 지역 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 316명이며, 자료수집 기간은 2017년 6월 30일부터 7월 30일까지였다. 자료수집 방법은 온라인 설문을 이용하여 자가 보고식으로 수집하였고, 자료분석은 SPSS를 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 SNS중독경향성과 대인관계만족도는 유의한 음의 상관관계(r=-.57, p<.01)를 보여 주어 SNS중독경향성이 높을수록 대인관계 만족도가 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. 성별(t=.05, p=.963), SNS인맥수(t=.66, p=.513), SNS에서만 유지하는 인맥정도(t=-1.24, p=.216)에 따른 SNS중독경향성의 유의한 차이는 없었다. SNS사용목적 중 정보수집을 위해 SNS이용하는 경우 대인관계 만족도가 더 높았지만(t=3.02, p=.030), SNS사용목적에 따른 SNS중독경향성의 유이한 차이는 없었다(t=0.39, p=.759). 따라서 대학생의 대인관계 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 중재 프로그램 개발 시 본 연구에서 규명된 자료를 기초로 하여 대학생의 SNS중독을 예방하고 대인관계를 향상시키는 프로그램에 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. This study was conducted to examine SNS addiction proneness and interpersonal satisfaction among undergraduate students and the relationships between these two variables, as well as to establish baseline data for appropriate intervention of SNS addiction prevention. The participants of this study were 316 undergraduate students in D and K city, and data were collected between June 30 and July 30, 2017. Data were collected by a self-administered online survey and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tests, and Pearson"s correlation coefficients using SPSS. The results showed that SNS addiction proneness and interpersonal satisfaction were negatively correlated (r=-0.57, p<0.01), indicating students with higher SNS addiction had lower interpersonal satisfaction. There were no significant differences in SNS addiction proneness and interpersonal satisfaction by gender (t=0.05, p=0.963), number of SNS networks (t=0.66, p=0.513), or number of SNS-only networks (t=-1.24, p=0.216). Students who used SNS for data collection showed significantly higher interpersonal satisfaction (t=3.02, p=0.030); however, there was no significant differences in SNS addiction proneness among purposes for using SNS (t=0.39, p=.759). The results of this study will be useful baseline data for developing an intervention to improve interpersonal satisfaction and prevent SNS addiction among undergraduate students.

        포장재질에 따른 열처리한 연근의 저장 중 품질변화

        본 연구는 열처리한 연근의 포장재에 따른 품질 변화를 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 산지에서 구입한 연근을 수돗물로 표면과 이물질 등을 제거하고, 박피 및 절단한 후 55℃에서 45초간 열처리한 후 PE, PET 트레이+랩핑 및 진공포장으로 각각 처리하고 4℃에서 저장하였다. 중량감모율, 표면색도, 경도, 일반세균수, 대장균군수, 관능검사 등을 통하여 품질을 분석하였으며 중량감모율은 저장기간이 경과함에 따라 전반적으로 증가하였고, 진공포장 한 경우 증가폭이 가장 낮았다. PE로 포장한 연근의 L값 및 ΔE값 변화가 가장 크게 나타났고, 진공포장 한 연근에서 갈변이 다소 지연되는 경향을 보였다. 저장 중 연근의 경도에 있어서 표면색 변화와 마찬가지로 진공포장 한 경우 저장기간 동안 높은 경도를 유지하였다. 미생물수는 저장기간이 경과함에 따라 전반적으로 증가하였으며 포장재에 따른 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 박피 및 절단 연근에 대하여 중온 열처리 및 진공포장은 초기 살균효과와 함께 저장 중 갈변억제, 균수 제어 등의 품질유지에 효과적이었다. This study was investigated the changes in quality of heat treated fresh-cut lotus roots using various packaging materials. Lotus roots were purchased from Daegu, Korea. Lotus roots were washed, peeled and sliced with a sharp ceramic knife. The prepared peeled and sliced lotus roots were dipped for 45 sec in water at 55℃. After air-dried at room temperature, the slices were packaged with polyethylene films, polyethylene terephthalate tray+wrapping, vacuum packaging and then stored at 4℃. Changes in weight loss, color, firmness, microorganisms and sensory characteristics were measured. In general, the weight loss rate was increased slightly in vacuum packaged lotus roots. Application of heat treatment delayed browning of lotus roots, and especially vacuum packaged lotus roots were the most lowest △E value. However, L and △E value of PE film packaged lotus roots were increased highly during storage. The heat treated and vacuum packaging inhibited the growth of microorganisms effectively. The organoleptic quality of vacuum packaged lotus roots showed the best by sensory evaluation.

        천연 갈변저해제로서의 민들레 및 감국 추출물의 항산화 및 갈변억제 효과

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Taraxacum platycarpum and Chrysanthemum indicum extracts on the browning of apple slices. The inhibition of the PPO activities, total phenolic contents, and DPPH free-radical- scavenging activities was measured from water and from the 80% EtOH extracts of Taraxacum platycarpum and Chrysanthemum indicum as natural antibrowning agents. Apples were cut into 15-mm-thick slices, and each slice was dipped for 1 min in different treatment solutions (1% Taraxacum platycarpum and Chrysanthemum indicum extracts, 1% citric acid) and was stored at room temperature. The inhibition of the PPO activity in the Chrysanthemumin indicum extract was better than that in the Taraxacum platycarpum extract. The highest DPPH free-radical-scavenging activity (76.10%) was found in the 80% EtOH extract of Chrysanthemum indicum. After 24 h, the △E value of the apple slices that were treated in the 80% EtOH extract of Chrysanthemum indicum was at the lowest level (2.22). The total phenolic content was 94.07 mg/g, and the total flavonoid content was 102.60 mg/g, in the 80% EtOH extract of Chrysanthemum indicum. The antibrowning effect of Chrysanthemum indicum was higher than that of Taraxacum platycarpum in the apple slices.

        연구논문 : 녹차 추출물 및 프로폴리스의 항산화 및 갈변억제 효과

        This study was designed to investigate the properties related to browning of hot water and 80% ethanol extracts of green tea (Camellia sinensis) and propolis. The extracts were assessed for polyphenol oxidase (PPO) inhibitory activity and total phenolic and flavonoid contents. In addition, apples were cut into 15 mm thick slices and dipped for 1 min in 0.5% of the green tea extracts and the propolis solutions and stored at room temperature for 24 h. The PPO inhibitory activity of the green tea extracts was better than that of the propolis. The highest DPPH free radical scavenging activity (90.81%), total phenol contents (170.42 mg/mL) and the metal chelating effects (45.93%) were measured in the green tea hot water extracts. The mineral content of the green tea water extracts was 69,328.44 ppm potassium and 2,409.42 ppm magnesium. After 24 h, the △E value of the apple slices treated with the green tea water extracts was the lowest (1.35). The antibrowning effects of the green tea extracts were higher than those of propolis in the apple slices.
