생태 친화적 기능성식품 선택과 관련된 소비자 특성 분석

최근 들어 환경에 대한 소비자들의 높아진 관심으로 인해 식생활과 지속가능한 소비의 중요성이 부각되고 있어 기능성식품 사용과 환경에 대한 관심의 연관성에 대해 소비자 반응을 파악할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 식품과 관련된 소비자의 라이프스타일에 따라 시장을 세분화하여 생태친화적 기능성 식품 브랜드인 스피룰리나에 대한 소비자행동을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 식생활 라이프스타일에 따라 3개의 소비자유형(식생활 고관여형, 식생활 안전추구형, 식생활 편의추구형)으로 분류되었으며, 유형별 기능성 식품의 소비행동은 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 더 나아가서 기능성식품에 대한 긍정적인 태도와 환경에 대한 관심은 스피룰리나의 구매의도를 증가시켜 실제 구매행동으로 연계되는 것으로 나타났으며, 환경 관여도가 높은 소비자들은 기능성 식품에 대해 좀 더 호의적인 태도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 생태친화적 기능성 식품의 시장 확대를 위해서는 시장을 세분화하여 환경적 관여도가 높은 소비자를 발견하고 표적화한 뒤 친환경 제품 마케팅 전략을 추진함으로써 관련 식품에 대한 소비자 인지도를 높일 필요가 있을 것이다. Consumers" growing interest in the environment has recently led them to recognize the importance of their dietary life and sustainable consumption. Thus, there is an increasing necessity to identify consumers" response on the relationship between the consumption of functional food and their interest in helping environment. This research was conducted to analyze consumers" behaviors as related to Spirulina, an eco-friendly functional food brand, by subdividing markets according to consumers" food lifestyle. The results showed that consumers were categorized into 3 types (high involvement in diet, pursuit of safety in diet, and pursuit of convenience in diet), and there was a significant difference in the consumption behaviors of the functional food according to the 3 types. Their positive attitude towards functional food and interest in the environment led to changes of their actual purchasing behavior by increased purchase of Spirulina. Also, consumers who displayed high environmental involvement showed a more favorable attitude towards functional food. Therefore, to expand the market of eco-friendly functional food, it is necessary to subdivide the market and target the consumers who are highly involved with protecting the environment, and to execute marketing strategies for eco-friendly products, in order to increase the consumers" awareness about eco-friendly functional food.
펫푸드(반려동물 식품) 선택속성에 대한 소비자 특성 분석

This study aims to examine consumer types based on pet food selection attributes and to analyze the differences in consumer characteristics by those types. In this study, the researcher uses k-means cluster analysis and crossover analysis to determine market segmention, and then analyzes the resultant characteristics by categorizing consumers. A total of 202 cases are used for this study. First, the selection attributes are classified into the six factors of credibility, quality, design, convenience, information, and price. Second, the clusters are categorized into the four clusters, which are designated pet food lower-involvement type, pet food information- and price-seeking type, pet food convenience-seeking type, and pet food higher-involvement type. Third, these four groups exhibit statistically significant differences in terms of occupational variables, number of pets, and purchase frequency. The results of this study may provide helpful information in establishing customized, market-based marketing strategies based on the characteristics of pet food consumers.

The purpose of present research was to get characteristics and basic knowledges of electrorheological(ER) suspension. To observe behaviors of the ER suspensions. transparent conductive plates were used to visualize the flow of ER suspensions between two parallel plate electrodes. The influence of flowing speed and intensity of electric field on the ER fluid were examined in circle-shaped electric field, and it takes several hundred milliseconds that suspensions in flow cluster. The present study also conducts a numerical analysis adopting the Bingham model. It is found that simple Bingham model can not property describe the flow behavior in the parallel plates.
