The adsorption capacity of charcoal is a function of the airborne concentration of the target chemical. To evaluate the adsorption capacity of charcoal packed in the cartridges of air purifying respirators, breakthrough tests were conducted with carbon tetrachloride for three commercial cartridges (3M models #7251, #6000 and AX) at 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 ppm. Adsorption capacities were calculated using a mass transfer balance equation derived from the curve fitting to the breakthrough curves obtained experimentally. Carbon micropore volumes were estimated by iteration to fit the Dubinin/Radushkevich (D/R) adsorption isotherm. They were 0.6566, 0.5727 and 0.3087 g/cc for #7251, #6000 and the AX cartridge, respectively. Above 100 ppm (at high challenge concentrations), #7251 and #6000 showed higher adsorption capacities. However, as the challenge concentration decreased, the adsorption capacities of #7251 and #6000 sharply dropped. On the other hand, the adsorption capacity of the AX cartridge showed little change with the decrease of the challenge concentration. Thus, the AX showed a higher adsorption capacity than #7251 and #6000 at the 5-50 ppm level. It is concluded that service-life tests of cartridges and adsorption capacity tests of charcoal should be conducted at challenge concentration levels reflecting actual working environmental conditions. Alternatively, it is recommended to use the D/R adsorption isotherm to extrapolate adsorption capacity at low concentration levels from the high concentration levels at which breakthrough tests are conducted, at a minimum of two different concentration levels.
계절 ARIMA모형을 이용한 스포츠센터의 여성회원객에 대한 수요예측

As the number of female participants increases, the necessity of practical and scientific demand prediction of female sport participants is rising. In order to predict the demand, we performed a times-series analysis for female swimming, aerobic and yoga program in a sport center located in Yong-in during the period of October, 2004 - July, 2011. We have selected the ARIMA(1, 1, 0) model through diagnosing model specification - parametric estimation - model suitability diagnosis and analyzed through SPSS 18.0 version. According to our research, the number of female participant has decreased gradually from October to February and has increased after February as summer season approaches.
아마추어 골퍼의 용품 선택속성이 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

The objective of this study is to investigate how satisfaction and loyalty change depending on the process for golfers to select golf supplies and to present the marketing method to golf industry for the future. To a-t tain the objective of study, three hypotheses 1,2,3 were set upon the basis of result from preceding study . Namely, hypothesis 1. The selection attributes of golf supplies will have significant influence on customer satisfaction. hypothesis 2. The selection attributes of golf supplies will have significant influence on customer loyalty. hypothesis 3. Customer satisfaction will have significant influence on customer loyalty. The population of this study was 296 amateur golfers who experienced in buying golf supplies. To process the data, the study on the relation which amateur golfers’ selection attributes have on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty was done through structural model equation for analysis of route. The result acquired through this is as follows. First, it was found that the amateur golfers’ selection attributes of supplies have significant static influence on customer satisfaction. Second, it was found that the amateur golfers’ selection attributes of supplies have significant static influence on customer loyalty. Third, it was found that customer satisfaction has static influence on customer loyalty.
VRF ASHP시스템의 실제 건물에너지 사용량과 시뮬레이션 비교분석 및 GSHP 적용시 경제성 분석에 관한 연구

Variable refrigerant flow(VRF) refers to the ability of the system to control the amount of refrigerant flowing to the multiple evaporators (indoor units). This study compares analysis of the actual energy usage of a building with VRF ASHP and the simulation results on EnergyPlus. Also, this study aims to verify the energy savings when VRF ASHP system is replaced with the GSHP system. The actual value of the energy consumption and EnergyPlus simulation results both satisfied ASHRAE standards with MBE = 6.7% and Cv(RMSE) = 9.8%. When VRF ASHP system was replaced with the GSHP system, the total secondary energy consumption was estimated to be saved by 25.0%. Also, GSHP system, compared with VRF ASHP system, does not guarantee economical benefit even when we consider the cost of 25 years of equipment life cycle. If 50% of initial installation cost for the GSHP system is supported, the payback period will be 8 years. Also, if policies that support the cost of the initial installation is implemented, life cycle cost will be improved.
지역사회 스포츠이벤트 개최를 통한 지역관광산업의 경제적 파급효과

This study investigated the economic pervasive effect through “The 2nd Suwon Cup National Men and Women Volleyball Championship and 2010 Suwon·IBK Cup Pro Volleyball Event.” Further, it tries to study economic pervasive effect by analyzing production, consumption, added value, indirect tax, employment effect of tourism industry on the region through sports. To analyze economic pervasive effect, all industries were properly reclassified into tour industry in 29×29 as per analysis object of this study with respect to table related to industry which is in the basic sector of 403×403 in the table related to industry in 2008 published by BOK in 2010 at the 2nd place. All industry and tour industry are divided by using industry connection analysis method in the 1st place to calculate production coefficient so as to calculate production multiplier, income multiplier, added value multiplier, indirect tax multiplier and employment. Production pervasive effect, income pervasive effect, added value inducing effect, indirect tax inducing effect, employment inducing effect are calculated on the basis of disbursement by tourists through the calculated production, VAT, indirect tax and employment multiplier. Investigating the economic pervasive effect of Suwon through this event by taking this process, it was calculated that total disbursement, Won 2,639,640,000 of foreign tourists during “The 2nd Suwon Cup National Men and Women Volleyball Championship and 2010 Suwon·IBK Cup Pro Volleyball Event” led to total production inducing effect amount, Won 4,563,560,000, total income inducing effect amount, Won 1,105,760,000, total added value inducing effect amount, Won 2,327,870,000, total indirect tax inducing effect amount, Won 316,130,000 and total employment pervasive people amounting to 397 persons through direct and indirect effect.
