        ABS 모듈의 접속부 및 전원배선 손상으로 인한 차량화재 사고사례 분석

        In this paper, study of vehicle fire cases caused by connector and power wiring of anti-lock brake system(ABS) module damage is presented. The purpose of ABS module is to improve braking and steering ability under sudden stop of the vehicle by repeatedly activating and releasing the brake with electric signal via electric control unit. The electric control unit for ABS may experience incomplete contact between power line and signal line or electrical breakdown on the printed circuit board by undergoing repetitive signal change which would consequently result in electrical heat and spark, eventually leading to automotive fire. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide fundamental data by analyzing connector and power wiring of ABS module damage conducive to the precise investigation on the cause of vehicle fire.

        발전소용 4.16 kV급 차단기에서 감전사고 사례 분석

        This paper describes electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker for power plant. Electric shock accidents mostly involve damage of human life, in comparison with electrical fire, rate of human death tend to be higher in electric shock accidents. Specially, in a high voltage facilities rate of human death comprised about 43.7% by electric shock accidents. If electric shock accidents happen in a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker for power plant, then the power plant discontinue power production. Electric shock accidents in a power plant have a great ripple effect such as an electric power shortage. In this paper, we analyzed electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker for power plant. From the analysis results, we confirmed a cause of electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker, it happened by defect of interlock equipment or occurrence of breakdown between first feeder contactor and shielding plate. In order to reduce electric shock accidents on a 4.16 kV class circuit breaker, the power plant should consider improvement of interlock equipment and insulation of feeder contactor in circuit breaker.

        사례 분석을 통한 김치냉장고의 화재 위험성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we describe fire risk of Kimchi refrigerator. The Kimchi refrigerator has been widely spread and used starting from the first half of 2000 and recently fire accidents caused by the Kimchi refrigerator emerged as social concern. In particular, in products of a specific manufacturer, it is not an environmental factor, but a characteristic that the fire is caused due to a defect of the product itself is shown. These features are judged to be formed by unique defects regardless of external factor by forming electrically arc mark in the relay element. In this paper, we analyzed the cause of the fire occurring in the Kimchi refrigerator and finally confirmed the characteristic that the fire occurred mainly in the relay element due to insufficient capacity of the relay element. Therefore, when a fire occurs in a product of the same maker as the Kimchi refrigerator mentioned in this paper, it is always judged that the inspection of the relay element should be carried out.

        하이브리드 병렬 프로그램을 이용한 타키온 슈퍼컴퓨터의 성능

        최근에 도입되어 운영되고 있는 타키온 1차 시스템은 쿼드코어 AMD 바로셀로나 노드로 구성된 고성능 슈퍼컴퓨터이다. 본 논문에서는 하이브리드 병렬화 기법을 도입한 프로그램 중 하나로 사용되고 있는 멀티존(Multi-zone) NAS 병렬 벤치마크(NPB)를 이용하여 타키온 성능 및 병렬 확장성을 검증하고자 한다. 하이브리드 병렬 성능 시험을 위하여 NPB-3.3 버전 BT-MZ의 B 및 C클래스를 사용하였으며, 실제로 타키온 시스템의 1024개의 프로세스까지 병렬 확장성을 테스트를 하였다. 프로세서 1024개 이상 이용한 하이브리드 병렬컴퓨팅 계산 결과는 국내 최초이다. 이러한 하이브리드 병렬화 기법은 타키온처럼 멀티코어 기술을 적용한 고성능 컴퓨팅 시스템에서 매우 효율적이고 유용한 병렬 성능 벤치마크가 될 수 있음을 기술하였다. Tachyon primary system which introduces recently is a high performance supercomputer that composed with AMD Barcelona nodes. In this paper, we will verify the performance and parallel scalability of TachyonIn by using multi-zone NAS Parallel Benchmark(NPB) which is one of a program with hybrid parallel method. To test performance of hybrid parallel execution, B and C classes of BT-MZ in NPB version 3.3 were used. And the parallel scalability test has finished with Tachyon's 1024 processes. It is the first time in Korea to get a result of hybrid parallel computing calculation using more than 1024 processes. Hybrid parallel method in high performance computing system with multi-core technology like Tachyon describes that it can be very efficient and useful parallel performance benchmarks.

        Document management system is a tool, based on the document life cycle concept, for structured management of various documents within an organization. In this paper, we address a development process of document management system based on SGML. We have developed a document management system which can support a variety of types in documents such as informal data, HTML, CGI and so on. Using the developed system, users can access documents in the system through an internet browser, and also add or modify existing documents.

        국제물품매매계약의 CHECK-LIST에 관한 연구 - 비엔나협약에서 해결되지 않는 문제를 중심으로 -

        The CISG has been effective since January 1,1988. Even if both parties of international sales contract are located in ratifying countries, the CISG does not apply to certain excluded transactions. The CISG does not apply if the parties have opted out of the CISG. When the parties opt out, they usually agree on the law that is to replace the CISG. In the context of international sales, the frequent and difficult choice of law problems will arise when the CISG applies to a transaction but does not resolve all the legal issues before the tribunal. So this article deals with the question. What should we select the applicable law in such situations? (1) For products liability issues excluded from the CISG by article 4 and 5, the court should apply the substantive law of the market state and the statute of limitations law of the forum, (2) For validity issues excluded from the CISG by article 4(a). the court should apply the UNIDROIT Principles when its rules resolve the issue.

        수도(水稻) 품종간(品種間) 도열병(稻熱病) 저항성(抵抗性)의 차이(差異)와 그의 지역변이(地域變異)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        본(本) 시험(試驗)은 우리나라의 각지방(各地方)에서 밭못자리 검정(檢定)에 의(依)한 수도(水稻) 품종(品種)의 도열병(稻熱病) 발생(發生) 양상(樣相)을 비교(比較) 검토(檢討)하여 저항성(抵抗性) 품종육성(品種育成)을 위(爲)한 기초(基礎) 자료(資料)를 얻고자 도열병(稻熱病) 판별품종(判別品種) 및 주요품종(主要品種) 129개(個)와 잡종계통(雜種系統) 30조합(組合)을 수원등(水原等) 6개(個) 지역(地域)에서 1976~'77년(年)에 걸쳐 실시(實施)한 바 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 3종(種)의 도열병(稻熱病) 판별품종(判別品種) Set를 사용(使用)하여 6개(個) 지역(地域)의 우점(優占) race의 차이(差異)를 조사(調査)한 결과(結果) 지역간(地域間) 우점(優占) race의 차이(差異)는 인정(認定)되었으나 정확(正確)한 지대(地帶) 구분(區分)은 할 수 없었다. 2. 일본형(日本型) 품종(品種)과 Indica${\times}$Japonica육성품종(育成品種)은 저항성반응(抵抗性反應)의 지역간(地域間) 차이(差異)가 서로 다르게 나타났다. 3. 수원(水原)과 임실(任實)에서 잡종계통(雜種系統)들의 도열병(稻熱病) 저항성반응(抵抗性反應)도 서로 달랐다. 4. 도열병(稻熱病) 밭못자리 검정(檢定)에서 조사(調査) 시기별(時期別) 저항성반응(抵抗性反應)의 진전(進展)에 의(依)하여 3종(種)의 품종군(品種群)으로 분류(分類)할 수 있었다. 5. 엽도열병(葉稻熱病)에 고도(高度)의 저항성(抵抗性) 반응(反應)을 보인 품종(品種)은 일반적(一般的)으로 수수도열병(穗首稻熱病)이 거의 발생(發生)하지 않았으나 예외(例外)도 있었다. These studies were conducted to obtain basic information of the rice blast resistance in comparision with blast occurrence patterns in the blast nursery test in Korea. One hupdred and twenty nine rice varieties including several blast differential varieties and 30 combinations of pedigree lines were tested at six different locations, Suweon, Chulweon, Chuncheon, Iri, Jinan, Imsil, and Milyang, in 1976~1977. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. When blast resistance was tested using three sets of differential varieties at six locations, prevalent races were different depending on the location and differential variety set tested. 2. There were regional differences in blast disease reation among Japonica rice varieties and among Indica${\times}$Japonica crosses. 3. At Suweon blast disease reactions of pedigree lines were different from that at Imsil. 4. Three varietal groups were made depending on the develpment of rice blast in the nursery test. 5. In general, highly resistant varieties to rice leaf blast were also resistant to neck blast, but there were exceptions.
