수용액과 β-Cyclodextrin 하에서 Arylidenethiosemicarbazone들로부터 1,3-Thiazole 유도체들의 효율적 합성

수용액 상에서 ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin에 2,4'-dibromoacetophenone (8)을 반응시켜 착물을 형성한 후 arylidenethiosemicarbazone 7a-f를 가하여 2-arylidenehydrazinyl-4-arylthiazole 유도체들 9a-f를 70~88% 수율로 합성하였다. 합성한 새로운 화합물들 9a-f의 구조를 IR과 $^1H-NMR$ 스펙트럼 자료로 확인하였다. 이와 같은 실험결과 ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin의 역할은 반응물 7 및 8의 활성화로 반응을 촉진시켜 반응시간이 단축되는 것으로 나타났다. 2-Arylidenehydrazinyl-4-arylthiazole derivatives (9a-f) were prepared by the in situ formation of ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin complex of 2,4'-dibromoacetophenone (8) in water followed by the addition of arylidenethiosemicarbazones (7a-f) in 70~88% yield. The structures of the compounds 9a-f were elucidated by IR and $^1H-NMR$ spectral data. The role of ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin appears to activate the compound 7 and 8 and promote the reaction to complete in reduced reaction time.

Objective : To research SUCCUS PHYLLOSTACHYOS through 38 kinds texts over generation for acuacupunture experiment of SUCCUS PHYLLOSTACHYOS. Methods : I studied origin, alias, species, tastes, meridian, effect, treatment, component, medical action and contraindication of SUCCUS PHYLLOSTACHYOS through 38 kinds mecical literatures. Results : Medical actions of SUCCUS PHYLLOSTACHYOS are Resolving slippery phlegm, Reducing fever, Nourishing Yin, Expelling wind and Activating blood circulation. Therefore SUCCUS PHYLLOSTACHYOS can be applied to aphonia, wind arthralgia, Diabetes, epilepsy and convulsive seizure in children. Specially for phlegm-retention due to stroke, it must be used with fresh ginger juice.

유통 미생물발효차의 잔류 농약과 중금속 모니터링

To propose a safety control system for microbial fermented tea, eighty kinds of microbial fermented tea were collected. The residual levels of 222 kinds of pesticides and 5 kinds of heavy metal (Hg, Pb, Cd, As, Cr) in the tea were investigated with our monitoring systems. As the results, seven pesticides, such as permethrin, cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, fevnalerate, BHC, fenvalerate, and fluquinconazole, were detected at concentration in the range of 0.1~3.5 ppm in 14 kinds of the tea. In the case of the heavy metals, 0.0017~0.0665 ppm of Hg, 0.0004∼1.3856 ppm of Pb, 0.0004~0.0287 ppm of Cd, and trace~0.6910 ppm of As were detected, which were below the CODEX standard. The establishment of a safety standard for Cr is necessary, because there is no maximum residual level (MRL) for it, although this heavy metal showed a higher residual amount (trace~3.5917 ppm) than the others in this study.

This study investigated the effects of critical literacy activities using children’s literature on primary English learners’ productive skills. The researcher selected 31 fifth grade children and taught English lessons throughout a year. Data from diverse sources were analyzed mainly in a qualitative manner. The results were as follows: First, in terms of spoken language production, as a result of analyzing children’s speaking focused on their interactions, children were able to attempt various types of interactions such as one-person focused interviews, pair talk, or group discussions. As the class went on, children actively participated in meaningful interactions in which they exchanged their thoughts with meaning negotiation. Second, in terms of written language production, it was possible to activate children’s writing through various writing activities that stimulate children’s thinking. In other words, it developed into writing short sentences, writing expanded thoughts, and considering the readers while writing. This development was supported by the improvement of the children’s writing ability. Based on the results, some implications were included.

제품의 구매가치와 소유가치 인식 변화에 대한 연구

제품 가치는 구매, 사용, 사용 후 전반에 걸쳐 다르게 평가되는데 이는 모두 상대적이다. 디자인 개발 일련의 과정에서의 가치 인식은 상품개념에서 기인한다. 따라서 기대치와 소요 비용을 근거로 소비자의 구매 유도를 위한 디자인 가치 생산을 목표로 하게 된다. 현재 소비자의 개인화, 합리주의, 지속 가능성 경향은 제품 가치를 구매시점의 가치에서 사용 가치 부분까지 확장하도록 하고 있다. 이러한 현상은 제품의 항시적 사용에서 항시적 소유로의 개념 전환을 의미하기도 한다. 사용 관점에서는 기능적이며 개량 가능하고 가시적인 속성의 가치가 주요 니즈로 나타나게 되며 소유 관점에서는 비가시적이고 예측 불가능한 속성의 가치가 주요 니즈로 나타나게 된다. 소비자가 소유자가 되면서 제품에 대한 가치 인식 변화 추이와 요인에 대한 연구의 필요성이 이 점에서 나타나게 된다. 서론에서는 제품 가치 인식이 변하는 사례와 관련 연구를 중심으로 조사하였다. 본론에서는 조사된 사례와 사전 연구에서 조사된 문제의식과 대안적 연구를 종합하여 본 연구목적에 부합하는 분석 방법을 제시하고 이를 토대로 조사 및 분석 과정을 통해 최종 결론을 도출하였다. 제품을 구매하고 지속적으로 사용하며 소유하는 제품에 대한 가치 인식 변화 양상을 알아보고자 하였다. 기술평준화, 디자인 공통성에 더해져 가격 다양성까지 구매고려에 작용하는 대표 제품인 모바일폰의 대한 소유가치조사는 지금까지의 제품 인식 전환을 통해 새로운 가치를 생산해 낼 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Product values are evaluated differently across purchases, uses, and after use, all relative. Value recognition in the course of design development is due to the concept of goods. Therefore, we aim to produce design value for inducing consumers" purchase based on expectations and cost. The consumer"s personalization, rationalism, and sustainability tendency now allows the product to be extended from the value of the point of purchase to the use value part. This phenomenon also means the conceptual change from the constant use of the product to the permanent ownership. From the point of view of use, the value of functional, modifiable, and visible attributes appears as a major need, and the value of attributes that are invisible and unpredictable is seen as a major need. As consumers become owners, there is a need to study the changes in the value perception of products and factors. We wanted to understand the changing perception of value perception for products that we purchase, use, and own. It is anticipated that the ownership value survey of the mobile phone, which is a representative product that is considering price diversity purchase consideration in addition to technology leveling and design commonality, will be able to produce new value through conversion of product recognition so far.
