        기계요소설계 과목을 위한 교육용 소프트웨어 개발

        Machine element design is a very important course in the undergraduate program of mechanical engineering in that it presents traditional design concepts. While computer aided design(CAD) receives more attention, students tend to ignore the machine element design or traditional design concepts. However, design methodologies related to machine elements are utilized quite often in practical fields. Also, design methodologies provide good insight for the decision making process of modern design. Generally, CAD is used for simple drafting without the real design process in the undergraduate program. Design software has been developed for various machine elements. Through menu display, a user can select or furnish the design input such as design objects, dimensions, environmental forces and usages, and safety factors. Then the software carries out the design processes which are the same as those of textbooks. The result of the design is filtered to have the values in the standards. The designed machine element is drawn via commercial CAD software. The software has been developed with C language on a personal computer. The developed software is being utilized successfully in a design course, and the experiences are discussed in this paper. The software can be used in industries which require the repeated process of the machine element design.

        Objective : To research SUCCUS PHYLLOSTACHYOS through 38 kinds texts over generation for acuacupunture experiment of SUCCUS PHYLLOSTACHYOS. Methods : I studied origin, alias, species, tastes, meridian, effect, treatment, component, medical action and contraindication of SUCCUS PHYLLOSTACHYOS through 38 kinds mecical literatures. Results : Medical actions of SUCCUS PHYLLOSTACHYOS are Resolving slippery phlegm, Reducing fever, Nourishing Yin, Expelling wind and Activating blood circulation. Therefore SUCCUS PHYLLOSTACHYOS can be applied to aphonia, wind arthralgia, Diabetes, epilepsy and convulsive seizure in children. Specially for phlegm-retention due to stroke, it must be used with fresh ginger juice.

        We have manufactured a photoresist which has excellent dispersity and good applying property due to 330 cps of viscosity for environment-friendly and economical maskless screen plate making. And the photoresist applied on the screen stretched was exposed with mask by UV-LED light source so we could manufacture the photoresist which proper for the UV light source. And it was developed by air spray with $1.7\;kgf/cm^2$ of injection pressure. Because of the excellence of power and resolution of the UV-LED light sourse, the pencil hardness and solvent resistance of curing photoresist film were excellent as those of conventional photoresist film. Moreover the $100{\mu}m$-width stripe image which has sharp edges was formed. So we confirmed a possibility of dry development process by air spray method.

        양도락과 EAV 진단결과(診斷結果)에 대(對)한 상호비교(相互比較) 연구(硏究) -중풍(中風) 환자(患者) 18예(例)를 중심(中心)으로-

        We compared and studied the results on two diagnostic machines called Yangdorack and EAV on 18 recovering paralytic patients. The results were as folIows ; 1. Patients with weak motor ability showed an average of 25% fewer units of Yangdorack and an average of 49% fewer units of EAV. 2. Deficiency/excess diagnostic results on meridian and internal organs showed 58.5% deficiency and 41.5% excess on the Yangdorack ; 67.9% of decline-degenerative activity and 32.1% of stimulus-inflarrunation activity on the EAV. 3. In the attack of meridian and internal organs in view of the five elements(五行), in rate of deficiency, decline and degeneration of the fire meridian(火經) in view of the highest rate accounts showed 19.5% on the Yangdorack and 20.4% on the EAV. 4. In comparing deficiency/excess results on the Yangdorack with results of decline-degenerative value and stimulus-inflammation value on the EAV, they both showes a 39% rate. 5. In comparing clinical syndromes on the Yangdorack and common diseases on the EAV, they showed a 72% agreement.

        과학영재학교, 과학고, 일반고의 운영 형태에 대한 인식 비교 - 과학영재교육 수혜자들의 교육 경험을 중심으로 -

        이 연구는 과학영재학교, 과학고, 일반고의 운영 형태 측면에서 어떤 차이가 있는지 비교하고, 이 중 고등학교 유형에 따라 차이가 큰 핵심 변인은 무엇인지 과학영재교육 수혜자의 인식을 토대로 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 수혜자 288명을 대상으로 고등학교 교육 경험에 대한 설문을 실시한 후 응답 결과를 졸업한 고등학교 유형에 따라 과학영재학교, 과학고, 일반고의 세 집단으로 구분하고 일원배치분산분석을 실시한 후 집단 간 차이를 비교하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최대유사체계 분석기법을 활용하여 고등학교 유형별 운영형태를 비교한 결과 교육과정 및 교원 운영 관련 변인에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 수혜자들의 교육경험을 토대로 과학영재학교, 과학고, 일반고의 교육과정 운영 및 교사 전문성 측면에 대한 인식을 분석한 결과 모든 영역에 걸쳐 과학영재학교일수록 만족도가 높고 과학고, 일반고로 갈수록 만족도가 낮았다. 셋째, 고등학교 유형별 운영형태에 대한 수혜자들의 인식을 비교한 결과 과학영재학교와 과학고의 운영 형태에 차이를 보이는 핵심 변인은 교육과정 측면의 교육내용, 교수-학습과정 및 학습 환경으로 나타났다. 이 연구결과는 향후 영재 교육과정 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to compare the differences in the operation form of science academy, science high school, and ordinary high school. We tried to find what kinds of variables differ in operation form based on the perception of the beneficiaries. For this purpose, 288 beneficiaries were surveyed. The groups were divided into three groups according to the high school they graduated from and then the differences among the groups were compared. The results are as follows. First, as a result of comparing the operation form according to high school using the most similar system design, it was confirmed that there are differences in curriculum and teacher variables. Second, as the result of analyzing the perception of curriculum and teacher professionalism based on the education experience of the beneficiary, the satisfaction for science academy was higher, but the satisfaction for science in ordinary high school was lower. Third, the key variables showing the differences in the operation forms between science academy and science high school were the learning contents, learning process and learning environment. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for future improvement of gifted education curriculum.

        식중독 경험 및 식품안전에 대한 인식 조사

        본 조사는 한국 소비자들의 식중독 경험여부, 식중독 원인균에 대한 지식 및 식품안전과 식중독 예방을 위한 행동에 있어서의 인식 정도를 알아보기 위하여 2001년 11월 일반성인 총 1,040명을 대상으로 전국적으로 전화조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 12.4%는 연 1회 이상 식중독을 경험하고 있으며, 0.3%는 식중독으로 인해 병원에 입원하는 것으로 나타났다. 식중독이 발생한 원인장소로는 일반음식점에서의 음식 섭취가 37.2%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 가정에서의 부주의가 21.2% 등으로 나타났으며, 원인식품으로는 고기 등의 육류 및 가공품이 41.7%, 생선 등 어패류 및 가공품이 18.7% 등으로 나타났다. 식중독 원인균에 대한 인식에서는 콜레라(75.5%), 비브리오(73%), 이질(65.5%), 장티푸스(51.8%), 살모넬라증(47.5%)의 순으로 잘 알고 있는 것으로 나타났지만 리스테리아증(9.9%), 브루셀라중(8.3%)에 대해서는 대부분이 모르거나 음식물로 인해 발생하지 않는 것으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 조사자료를 바탕으로 3가지 모델로 구분 즉, Model 1은 식중독 원인균에 대한 지식, Model 2는 식품안전에 대한 인식, Model 3은 식중독 예방을 위한 행동에 대한 인식으로 구분하였고, 각 모델들은 조사자의 일반사항에서 나타난 변수와 식중독 경험여부 별로 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression analysis)을 수행하였다. 그 결과 식중독 원인균에 대한 인식(Model 1)은 여러 변수 중 교육수준(OR 0.536), 결혼상태(OR 0.529)가 영향요인으로 나타났으며, 특히, 과거 식중독 경험이 가장 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났다(OR 1.714). 식품안전에 대한 인식(Model 2)에서는 교육수준이 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났으며(OR 0.702), 식중독 예방을 위한 행동에 대한 인식(Model 3)에서는 교육수준(OR 0.816)과 성별(OR 0.650)이 중요한 영향으로 나타났으며, 과거 식중독 경험이나 식품안전에 대한 인식정도는 식중독 예방을 위한 행동에 대한 인식과는 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 식품안전에 있어 경험과 지식은 실제 식중독 예방을 위한 행동에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않음을 의미하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness and practice of Korean consumer on food safety. A telephone survey was conducted from 1,040 adults randomly selected from each province and large city of Korea. Therefore, 12.4% of the subjects experienced foodborne illness at least once a year and 0.3% was hospitalized due to the illness. General restaurant (37.2%) and home (21.2%) were the main causative place of foodborne illness, and the most frequently associated foods were meat and meat products (41.7%) and fish and fish products (18.7%). Regarding the causative agent of foodborne illness, the respsondents were aware of Cholera (75.5%), Vibrio gastroenteritis (73%), Shigellosis (65.5%), Bacillary dysentery (65.5%) and Salmonellosis (47.5%) very well; however very few were aware of Listeriosis (9.9%) and brucellosis (8.3%) and ever believed they were not food-related illness. When the survey data were analyzed based on 3 models (Model 1: Knowledge about the pathogens associated food and water, Model 2: The awareness of food safety, Model 3: Attitudes and behavior about foodborne disease prevention and measure) by Multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the awareness of the causative agent of foodborne illness was significantly related with the previous experience of foodborne illness (OR: 1.714) followed by education level (OR: 0.536) and married status (OR: 0.527). The awareness of food safety was significatly related with education level (OR: 0.702). Education (OR: 0.816) and gender (OR:0.650) were the main factors affecting the awareness of the practice to prevent foodborne illness. However, the previous experience of foodborne illness and food safety education, and the awareness of food safety did not show any correlation, suggesting that the experience and awareness of foodborne illness do not affect the real practice of food safety.

        수용액과 β-Cyclodextrin 하에서 Arylidenethiosemicarbazone들로부터 1,3-Thiazole 유도체들의 효율적 합성

        수용액 상에서 ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin에 2,4'-dibromoacetophenone (8)을 반응시켜 착물을 형성한 후 arylidenethiosemicarbazone 7a-f를 가하여 2-arylidenehydrazinyl-4-arylthiazole 유도체들 9a-f를 70~88% 수율로 합성하였다. 합성한 새로운 화합물들 9a-f의 구조를 IR과 $^1H-NMR$ 스펙트럼 자료로 확인하였다. 이와 같은 실험결과 ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin의 역할은 반응물 7 및 8의 활성화로 반응을 촉진시켜 반응시간이 단축되는 것으로 나타났다. 2-Arylidenehydrazinyl-4-arylthiazole derivatives (9a-f) were prepared by the in situ formation of ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin complex of 2,4'-dibromoacetophenone (8) in water followed by the addition of arylidenethiosemicarbazones (7a-f) in 70~88% yield. The structures of the compounds 9a-f were elucidated by IR and $^1H-NMR$ spectral data. The role of ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin appears to activate the compound 7 and 8 and promote the reaction to complete in reduced reaction time.

        공리적 설계를 이용한 비대칭 내부 짐벌을 가진 진동형 자이로스코프의 강건설계

        Recently, there has been considerable interest in micro gyroscopes made of silicon chips. It can be applied to many micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS): devices for stabilization, general rate control, directional pointing, autopilot systems, and missile control. This paper shows how the mechanical design of the gyroscope can be done using axiomatic design, followed by the application of the Taguchi robust design method to determine the dimensions of the parts so as to accommodate the dimensional variations introduced during manufacturing. Functional requirements are defined twofold. One is that the natural frequencies should have fixed values, and the other is that the system should be robust to large tolerances. According to the Independence Axiom, design parameters are classified into a few groups. Then, the detailed design process is performed fellowing the sequence indicated by the design matrix. The dimensions of the structure are determined to have constant values fur the difference of frequencies without consideration of the tolerances. It is noted that the Taguchi concept is utilized as a unit process of the entire axiomatic approach.

        PEO 처리조건에 따른 마그네슘 합금 AZ91의 표면특성변화에 관한 연구

        Mg alloys have been used in automobile industry, aerospace, mobile phone and computer parts owing to low density. However, they have a restricted application because of low mechanical and poor corrosion properties. Thus, improved surface treatments are required to produce protective films. Environmental friendly Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation(PEO) was used to produce protective films on magnesium alloys. PEO process is combined electrochemical oxidation with plasma treatment in the aqueous solution. In this study, the effects of applied voltage and applied current on the surface morphologies were investigated. Also, the effects of Direct Current(DC) and Pulse Current(PC) were compared. PC and constant current control gave the dense coating on the Mg alloy. The potentiodynamic polarization tests were carried out for the analysis of corrosion properties of specimens. The surface hardness was 5 times higher than that of untreated AZ91D. 마그네슘 합금은 낮은 밀도를 가지는 장점을 이용하여 자동차, 항공, 이동전화, 컴퓨터 등에 많이 쓰이고 있으나 기계적 강도가 낮고 내부식성이 좋지 않아 사용이 제한되었다. 마그네슘 합금 표면에 내식성 산화층을 형성하기 위하여 환경 친화적인 전해 플라즈마 산화법(PEO)을 연구에 사용하였다, PEO법은 수용약 중에서 플라즈마를 발생시켜 전기화학적 산화막을 형성시키는 방법이다. 인가전압과 전휴가 산화피마에 미치는 영향에 대하여 고찰하였다, 또한, 직류와 펄스전류를 사용하여 결과를 분석하였다. 펄스전류를 사용하고 정전류법을 사용한 경우에 치밀한 산화막을 얻을 수 있었다, 부식특성 분석을 위하여 양극산화분극방법을 이용하였다. 표면의 강도는 처리전의 AZ9ID에 비하여 5배 이상 증가하였다.
