        귀촌형 공동체마을 지속성을 위한 생활 및 관리 가이드라인 개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop guidelines for sustainability of back-to-farm community village in 4 aspects; social environment, maintenance and management, regional environment, and economic environment. These 4 aspects, which count for sustainability, based on the comprehensive comparative analysis about items that field survey and literature suggested. Conclusions of guideline are of the following. The guidelines on social environment are developed by 3 items; resident participation and activity, village leader, decision making in village and person in charge of operation. The guidelines on maintenance and management are developed by 5 items; village operation system, village regulation, transparency of management, village operation expenses, and management type. The guidelines on regional environment are developed by 2 items; support by central and local government, and area projects and connection to regional resources. The guideline on economic environment is not developed due to low demands of based production facilities and income increase facilities.

        공동주택 커뮤니티활성화를 위한 사회적 환경 구축

        The purpose of this study is to suggest a social environment to active communities in apartment housing, on the basis of the residents' different social environments of two apartment complexes having their own respective community spaces. A questionnaire was responded by 434 housewives residing in the two apartment complexes which have their own respective space usage and programs in the community spaces larger than is legally specified. The questionnaire comprised items such as neighborhood consciousness, social intercourse, needs of community program diversity. The frequency analysis, the t-test, ANOVA, chi-square analysis were used for the comparison of characteristics of the two apartment complexes. The results of the social environment are as follows. The neighborhood consciousness, social intercourse of residents, and their attitude for participation in the common activities differed according to the residents' socio-demographic characteristics (age, education, number of family, average household income), complex distinctions (presence of clubs, community spaces, and community programs), and the attitude of constructors to foster it. Residents' participation rate and their participation intention showed positive correlation.

        작업환경 및 근무조건 특성과 제조업 근로자의 스트레스 증상 간의 관련성

        Stress is a primary health promotion issue in worksite research because psychological distress is closely related not only to workers health status but also to their job performance. This study identified the work environment and work condition factors affecting workers stress symptoms among the Korean manufacturing factory workers. A total of 7,818 factory workers employed in 1,562 manufacturing companies participated in the Korean nation-wide occupational health survey conducted by the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency in 2003. Participants were selected by the stratified proportional sampling process by standardized industry classification, company size, and locations. Trained interviewers visited the target companies and interviewed the factory workers randomly selected in each company. Work environments included physical work environments (temperature, noise, hazardous organic compounds, and so on) and psychological work environments (job demands, job control, and social support at work), and work conditions included daily working hour, rest time, and so on. Men were 71.5% and the mean age was 34.0 years old. The average working period in the present company was 6.9 years. The average stress score was 26.2 under the perfect score, 50, which means the moderate level of stress. Perceived stress had significant correlations with young age, poor physical work environment, high fatigue, bad perceived health status, and high job demands in Pearson's simple correlation analysis. Perceived health status and perceived fatigue explained 21% variance of stress symptoms and the work environment factor explained 4.8% of that; however, work condition did not have the sufficient effect. In particular, psychosocial work environment variables (job demand, job control, and social support at work) had a clear effect on stress symptoms rather than the physical work environments. Poor perceived health status, severe perceived fatigue, poor physical work environment, high job demands, low social support, heavy alcohol consumption and little exercise were significantly related to high stress symptoms in the Korean manufacturing workers.

        3차원 사이버공간에 표현된 청소년의 공간의식

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the planning of adolescents preferred space, and fur the purpose of the study analyzed the spaces made by them in the web site where 3-dimension space manipulating is possible and captured their consciousness of space. The study was to interview 60 adolescents in the web-site by video chatting and observation by video ethnography. The results are as follows. 1) Three-dimension space is where adolescents express their present preference for spaces of residence, leisure and outer activities, and where they reveal their desire to be realized in the future. 2) Adolescents foster friendship in the cyberspace, where they meet friends and enjoy talking and share their desire for space creation which is hardly come true in reality. 3) It is possible to grasp their latent preference of space, and actualization of the cyber preference would give them more satisfaction.

        귀촌형 공동체마을 단독주택의 개성화 - 남원 '작은마을'의 사례연구 -

        The purpose of this study is to determine the personalizing characteristics of detached housing that reflect the housing needs according to the residents' participation in the back-to-countryside community village. For this study, 15 households of Jagun-maul at Namwon in Jeonbuk provided responses to the semi-structured questionnaire on housing consciousness, housing needs, and views on lifestyle. In addition, 15 plans were analyzed about the shape of the plan, the composition of LDK, the type of access, and the type of special space. The results were as follows. 1) The number of households under the elementary education stage was larger than the number of households above the middle education stage. Most of the households revealed the housing consciousness of 'house as resting place'. Households under the elementary education stage showed a housing consciousness for family-oriented life and households above the middle education stage showed a housing consciousness to interact with neighbors. 2) Households under the elementary education stage preferred LK style while households above the middle education stage preferred LDK style. Most of the floor plans had a front entrance and sliding door for the access from living room to garden. 3) Special spaces such as a loft, 'Ondolbang' (room with underfloor heating), study, maru, 'Toenmaru' (narrow wooden porch), family room, workroom, and toilet with outside door were arranged on each floor plan.

        성미산마을 공동체주거 계획과정의 거주자와 코디네이터의 의견조정 사례연구

        The purpose of this study was to make clear considerations in the planning of community housing and the roles of coordinators. Seongmisan village, a representative urban community village in Seoul, was selected for this study on problem solving between residents and opinion coordination between residents and coordinators. For this qualitative research, 2 residents and 2 coordinators answered 'open questionnaires' on prior basic planning, land purchase, financing, architectural planning, construction and inspection, and actual living conditions thereafter. They were each interviewed for 2 hours at a time that was 14-16 months after the residents started living in the new houses, and the records were transcribed. The following was the result. 1) The residents, who ruled the steps of prior basic planning and land purchase, did not have sufficient information or knowledge of the construction of community housing, so that they faced difficulties especially in the legal and financial aspects. 2) The coordinators participated in the project at the steps of architectural planning and construction. The residents accepted the coordinators' opinions on the choice of floor and position, and the coordinators listened to the residents' opinions on individual plans and finishing materials. In the construction step, however, there was conflict between them, and dissatisfaction occurred on the completion time and construction cost. For the successful construction of community housing, a professional coordination company needs to join the project to establish a system of opinion coordinating from the step of prior basic planning to the step of afterconstruction management.

        안전보건관리자가 인식하는 효과적인 사업장 안전보건교육 내용과 방법에 관한 다차원적 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze safety and health managers' perceptual maps on the effective educational contents and its methods of workplace safety and health education. Self-administered survey was successfully conducted to 582 workers who were 339 in manufacturing, 68 in construction, and 175 in service & others by industry classification. Survey sites were recruited based on business size, incidence of occupational accident, and compliance of workplace safety and health education regulation. Questionnaire included personal factors, workplace factors, and needs of safety and health education at work. Male workers were 85.3% and more than 50% were in their 30s and had university education. Overall needs of educational contents and its methods were greater in manufacturing and services than construction. Two dimensional properties of effective educational contents perceived were 'knowledge structure' which divided to safety and health, and 'behavior outcomes' which divided to indirect and direct. Two dimensional properties of educational methods were 'class activity' which divided to experience-based and verbal-based and 'class participation' which divided to passive and active. Effective educational contents and its methods perceived by safety and health managers commonly included the characteristics of direct, case-based, and participation.

        거주자참여 코하우징의 평면조정에서 나타난 계획과정의 특성 - 코디네이터회사에 의한 성미산마을 코하우징 사례연구 -

        The purpose of this study is to provide information needed to the construction of the co-housing in the urban area. This study focused on the characteristics of co-housing in its planning process of private house & common space; 'economy', 'creativity' & 'sociality'. The object of this study is co-housing in 'Seongmi-san Village' in Seoul, which was built by a coordination company with residents' participation. The methods are investigating interview materials, floor plans of 9 households, & common space plans produced in the coordination process from the basic plan of private house & common space to the final plan. The results are as follows. 1) The size and plan of private house differed from each other. The water pipe location differed from each floor, so that there were difficulties in construction. In conclusion, these made no 'economy', but brought high 'creativity'. 2) The 'sociality' would be estimated as high because there were various types of resident participation; resident interviews on the planning, workshops for private housing plan, and workshops for common space.

        전원마을조성사업에 의한 귀촌형 공동체마을의 주민참여 계획과정 특성 - 남원시 작은마을을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to make a proposal for the planning of the back-to-farming community village. For this study of a community village designed by residents, the information on the residents' participation and the role of a coordinator in the whole planning process of the community village were investigated, based on the rural village development policy. The community village studied here is located at Sannae-myeon, Namwon-city in Jeonbuk-do. Interviews were answered by 17 households and a process coordinator. The results are as follows. 1) The process coordinator participated in the project on the design of village, permission documentation, and construction from the beginning. The coordinator and residents met every month, and discussed the respective housing and the village environment regulation. 2) Every house has its own plan, but the architectural coordinator's counseling and coordination in the planning process resulted in higher participation. Function of common spaces were determined by residents' participation. Finally, common spaces consist of 2 buildings that one would have as much as open spaces to accommodate as many as residents' activities and the other have business facilities. 3) The political assistance is needed to activate construction of resident-participation typed community villages; development of the conflict coordination program and coordinator education program for operation & planning.

      • 다세대주택 주거지와 아파트단지 주거지에서 양육자의 일상적 이용공간에 대한 접근성 비교분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze walking accessibility to multi-family houses area and apartment complexes area using space syntax and discuss it from the viewpoint of child care environment. For this study, Bokdae1-dong and Gagyeong-dong that have the most infants in Cheongju City were selected as target places. Auto Cad 2018, depthmapX_0.35_windows, and SPSS 10.0 were used for analysis. Findings of this study are as follows: 1) Apartment complexes area is wider than multi-family houses area in a range of integration level. 2) For multi-family houses area, park/playground showed the highest integration level whereas children"s hospital showed the lowest one. For apartment complexes area, children"s hospital showed the highest integration level whereas park/playground showed the lowest one. However, there was no statistically significant difference. 3) When analyzing accessibility to spaces in multi-family houses area and apartment complexes area respectively according to blocks, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in integration level of day care center, children"s hospital, and park/playground.
