        적외선 검출기 개발가능성 및 대안분석 연구

        The purpose of this paper analyze development feasibility and alternatives for infrared detector development in both technology and cost. Infrared Detector is core component of Thermal Imaging System and developed by ADD from 2006 10 2008 year. We got raw input data from development and technical expert, and then analyze cost and technology for development feasibility, and alternatives study. Technology level is analyzed by TRL(Technology Readiness Level) and AOA(Analysis of Alternatives) is done by development cost estimate. Estimating the development cost, we use SEER-H that is parametric cost estimating tool based on Knowledge Base. This study can help those who are related to the cost and development feasibility analysis of other weapon systems.

        KF-16 항공기 SW성능향상사업 비용분석

        The purpose of this study and report is to provide, to the MND, an independent cost analysis of modernizing software of F-16 fighter fleets to support the use of several weapon system options, including JDAM, AIM-9X and HARM Targeting System etc. The study analyzed each options with software sizing, software cost, enabling hardware cost, flight test cost, system engineering cost, and 3 strategies. And the study proposed and analyzed some alternative strategies: strategy1 is to modernize software only within existing electronic processing capability; strategy2 is a full upgrade of weapons avionics with plug compatible electronics; strategy3 is an approach defined to mirror the USAF Common Configuration Implementation Approach (CCIP). The recommended alternative is strategy2.

        황산구리 전착에서의 첨가제가 구리전착층의 경도에 미치는 영향

        Copper electroplating has been applied to various fields such as decorative plating and through-hole plating. Technical realization of high strength copper preplating for wear-resistant tools and molds in addition to these applications is the aim of this work. Brighters and levelers, such as MPSA, Gelatin, Thiourea, PEG and JGB, were added in copper sulfate electrolyte, and the effects of these organic additives on the hardness were evaluated. All additives in this work were effective in increasing the hardness of copper electrodeposits. Thiourea increased the hardness up to 350 VHN, and was the most effective accelarator in sulfate electrolyte. It was shown from the X-ray diffraction analysis that preferred orientation changed from (200) to (111) with increasing concentration of organic additives. Crystallite size decreased with increasing concentration of additive. Hardness was increased with decreasing crystallite size, and this result is consistent with Hall-Petch relationship, and it was apparent that the hardening of copper electrodeposits results from the grain refining effect.

        전기화학적 부동태화에 의한 동관의 내식성 개선 연구

        This study was performed to improve the corrosion resistance and the stability of passive film on copper tube by potentiostatic polarization method in synthetic tap water. Formation of passive film was carried out by anodic potentiostatic polarization at various passivation potentials and passivation times in 0.1 M NaOH solution. Stability of passive film and corrosion resistance was evaluated by self-activation time, τ0 from passive state to active state on open-circuit state in 0.1 M NaOH solution. Addition of polyphosphate in NaOH solution prolonged the self-activation time and improved the corrosion resistance, and the addition of 5 ppm polyphosphate was most effective. It was also observed that better corrosion resistance was obtained by potentiostatic polarization at 1.0 V (vs. SCE) than at any other passivation potentials. Passivated copper tube showed perfect corrosion resistance for the immersion test in synthetic tap water showing that the anodic potentiostatic polarization treatment in 0.1 M NaOH with 5 ppm polyphosphate solution would be effective in improving the corrosion resistance and preventing the blue water problem.

        중국 인터넷 서비스 기업의 다각화에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 최근 중국의 대형 인터넷 서비스 기업인 바이두, 알리바바, 텐센트가 공격적인 투자로 사업규모와 범위를 확대하는 것에 주목하고 그 중 사업범위의 다각화가 이들 기업이 가지고 있는 비즈니스 플랫폼과 어떠한 관련이 있으며 어떤 다각화적 특성을 가지고 있는지 설명하려 하였다. 3개 기업의 인수합병 사례와 내부투자 분석을 통하여 본 연구는 바이두, 알리바바, 텐센트의 다각화를 비즈니스 플랫폼의 특성에 따라서 통합형, 확산형, 활용형으로 구분하였다. 이들 3개 기업들은 인터넷 사업전 분야에 진출해 있지만 공통적으로 전자상거래와 미디어 컨텐츠 분야에서 인수합병에 적극적이었고 결제서비스, 인터넷 금융과 함께 미래 4차 산업혁명과 관련성이 높은 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 인공지능 분야에서는 내부투자를 추진하고 있었다. Based on the cases from Baidu, Alibaba and Tencent, this study is to analyse and explain the characteristics of Chinese large internet service company’s diversification. This study concludes the diversification pattern is related to the company’s business platform in that Baidu is prone to integrate diversification activity with its search engine service Baidu as central position and Alibaba has been showing the diverse and expansional pattern while Tencent has been utilizing its diversified service through its business platform, wechat. Also. this study finds that all of 3 companies have been strengthening e-commerce, media, contents service by merge and acquisition while strengthening transaction service, fintech finance as well as cloud computing and artificial intelligence by internal investment. This implies that 3 companies may increase their revenues by merge and aquisition while, from long term perspective, companies are prone to internalize the strategically important services such as transaction and settlement, cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

        중국 제조 기업의 국제화 및 시장력이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 시장력과 국제화 과정이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 기술과 마케팅 혁신의 조절효과라는 측면에서 분석하였다. 213개의 중국 제조업 종사 상장기업을 대상으로 한 조사에서 국제화와 시장력은 기업성과와 양의 관계에 있으며 마케팅 혁신은 시장력이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 정(+)의 방향으로 촉진하며 기술혁신은 국제화가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 음(-)의 방향으로 촉진함을 발견하였다. 이 결과는 제도적 요인과 장벽이 시장력을 결정짓는 중요한 환경에서 기업은 마케팅 혁신에 집중함으로써 시장성과를 높일 수 있음을 의미한다. 반면 중국기업은 기술적 능력과 국제화를 결합하여 기업성과를 높이는 단계에 도달하지는 않은 것으로 나타났는데 이는 직접투자와 기술혁신에 많은 비용이 소모되기 때문으로 보인다. Based on empirical data from 213 listed industrial firms of China, this research is aimed at analyzing internationalization and market power’s impact on firm performance with moderating effect of technological and marketing innovation. The result shows that internationalization and market power is positively related with firm performance, while marketing innovation’s positive moderating effect between market power and firm performance as well as technological innovation’s negative moderating effect between internationalization and performance are found significant. The result implies that under the business and economic environment where institutional context and barrier are predominantly crucial in determining firm’s market power, firms can enhance the profitability by focusing on market innovation activity. Meanwhile, the result implies that Chinese companies are not in the stage of combining technological capabilities and international expansion of business to enhance their business performance as their internationalization is still export-oriented rather than direct investment-oriented and technological innovation costs companies substantial resource.

        최근에 Smart Phone 보급의 급격한 확산에 따라 2012년경에는 국내에서 약 2천만명 정도가 Smart Phone을 사용할 것이며 전 세계적으로도 약 3억5천만대 정도의 사용자가 Smart Phone을 사용할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이러한 Smart Phone에서 시작된 u-Device 변혁은 Smart Phone, Tablet-PC, Smart TV, Desk Top Computer를 연계한 Seamless 학습 환경 및 최근의 N-Screen 환경의 구현을 가능하게 하고 있다.
