N/A A study was made on the chemical treatment of silica and silane coupling agents, bistriethox ysilylpropyltetrasulfide(Si 69) and γ-mercaptopropyltrimethoxy silane (MPS) for reinforcement of silica formulation. The effects of chemical treatment method and the most popular two coupling agents were examined. The results clearly indicate that the wet method, coupling agent is combined chemically with the silica prior to mixing, has more dispersion, wetting ability, dynamic properties and stability than the dry method, coupling agent is premixed directly with the silica. The mixing was done using a bench-type kneader having two mixing cam and a two-roll mill, under approximately similar conditions. The physical properties of SBR vulcanizates give rise to marked improvements by addition of Si 69 and MPS in comparison with without silane coupling agents. The optimum amount of Si 69 and MPS was 2 w/w% by experiments in the dry method but was 4 w/w% by EA and TGA analysis in the wet method.

교반기를 사용하여 n-butyl acetate의 알카리 가수분해반응의 액-액 불균일계에서 n-butyl acetate의 총괄물질전달속도를 측정하여 실험변수와의 관계를 고찰하고, 화학반응을 수반한 물질전달기구를 경막설에 적용하여 용질에 대한 확산방정식의 근사해로부터 구한 n-butyl acetate의 반응촉진계수의 이론값과 측정값을 비교하여 물질전달계수를 구하였다. 이로부터 분산용액의 액적 면적을 산출할 수 있었다. The rates of overall mass transfer of n-butyl acetate in the alkaline hydrolysis of n-butyl acetate were measured by using a mechanically agitated vessel in order to get the relationship between the mass transfer rates and experimental variables. The interfacial area between liquid-liquid heterogeneous phases could be obtained by comparing the theoretical values of reaction enhancement factor from an approximated solution of a diffusion equation based on the film theory with the experimental data.

Na_2S_2O_4 수용액과 CCl_4-toluene 용액의 2상에서 유기상에 용해하는 tricaprylmethylammonium chloride 상이동 촉매를 사용하여 methyl methacrylate의 라디칼 중합속도를 측정하여, 액-액 불균일계 접촉계면을 통한 라디칼 중합반응기구를 해석하였다. MMA의 중합속도는 수용액상에 존재하는 Q^+ 이온의 농도와 S_2O_4^(-2) 이온의 농도의 제곱근에 정비례하고 CCl_4와 MMA의 농도에 각각 정비례하였다. The phase-transfer polymerization of methyl methacrylate with tricaprylmethylammonium chloride-Na_2S_2O_4-CCl_4 initiator system was investigated in an aqueous-organic two-phase system. The observed rates of polymerization were compared with those obtained from the polymerization mechanism proposed with a cyclic phase-transfer initiation step. The rate of polymerization was found to be proportional to the concentration of Q^+ and square root of S_2O_4^(-2) in the aqueous solution and the feed quantity of CCl_4 and MMA.
