      • 고 받음각에서 피치 진동하는 날개주위의 비정상 아음속 유동해석

        고받음각에서 진동하는 날개에 대한 연구는 날개 및 풍력터빈의 동실속과 관련하여 많은 연구가 되어왔다. 특히, 고받음각에서는 유동의 강한 비정상적 특성으로 압력진동은 소음발생, 구조적 손상, 공력성능 및 안정성에 큰영향을 준다. 본 논문에서는 고 받음각에서 진동하는 2차원 NACA0012 날개 주위의 비정상 공력특성을 분석하였다. 2차원 비정상 압축성 Navier-Stokes 식을 LES 난류모델과 함께 OHOC 기법으로 풀었다. 유동조건은 마하수 0.2, 레이놀즈수 2*104 이다. 피치진동에 따른 양력 및 저항계수, 압력분포등을 분석하고, 비정상속도장, 주기적 와류 쉐딩, 비정상압력분포, 음향장 분포를 분석하였다. 고받음각에서 이러한 비정상 공력특성 효과를 FFT에 의한 주파수분석을 하였다. Especially, the pressure oscillation has a huge effect on noise generation, structure damage, aerodynamic performance and safety, because the flow has strong unsteadiness at a high angle of attack. In this paper, the unsteady aerodynamics coefficients were analyzed around a two dimensional oscillating NACA0012 airfoil at high angle of attack. The two dimensional unsteady compressible Navier-Stokes equation with a LES turbulent model was calculated by OHOC (Optimized High-Order Compact) scheme. The flow conditions are Mach number of 0.2 and Reynolds number of 2*104. The coefficients of lift and drag, pressure distribution, etc. are analyzed according to the pitching oscillation. Unsteady velocity field, periodic vortex shedding, the unsteady pressure distribution, and the acoustic fields are analyzed. The effects of these unsteady aerodynamic characteristics are analyzed by FFT at a high angle of attack.

The flow conditions are Mach number of 0.2 and Reynolds number of 2×10(4). The periodic angle of attack is given as . Several cases of the combinations of the mean and amplitude of angle of attacks have been calculated. The coefficients of lift and drag, pressure distribution, etc. are analyzed according to the pitching oscillation. Unsteady velocity field, periodic vortex shedding, the unsteady pressure distribution, and the acoustic fields are analyzed. The effects of these unsteady aerodynamic characteristics are analyzed by FFT at a high angle of attack.

      • 뇌경색후 우울증에서 Homocysteine, Vitamin B12 및 Folate 혈청 농도와 관계

        Background and purpose : Poststroke depression is common and linked to poor prognosis and higher mortality after stroke. Previous studies suggest that high level of serum homocysteine and low levels of vitamin B12 and folate may cause depression. However previous studies has showed large variation concerning the influencing factors of poststroke depression. The purpose of this study was to evaluated the factor that influencing the poststroke depression including serum levels of homocysteine, vitamin B12 and folate. Methods : Beck depression inventory (BDI) was obtained in 62 patients with cerebral infarction, and the patients were divided into non-depression group (BDI ≤ 13) and depression group (BDI ? 14) according to their BDI scores. Then, we compared serum homocysteine, vitamin B12, folate, age, sex, Barthel index, Scandinavian stroke scale, acute aphasia screening protocol, Korean version of mini-mental state examination and ischemic brain lesion between NDG and DG. And also calculate the correlations between serum homocysteine, vitamin B12 and folate with severity of poststroke depression. Results : The NDG were 41 patients (66.1%) and DG were 21 patients (33.9%). Serum homocysteine, vitamine B12 and folate were not different between the groups, and these levels were not correlated with the severity of BDI. The age, sex, BI, SSS, AASP, K-MMSE and location of ischemic stroke were not different between the groups. Conclusion : Frequency of poststroke depression were high in patients with acute ischemic stroke. In contrast with previous studies, poststroke depression was not influenced by the serum levels of homocysteine, vitamin B12 and folate. And poststroke depression was not influenced by age, sex, physical handicap after stroke, aphasia, cognitive function and location of ischemic stroke.

        The syndrome of hypokalemic periodic paralysis represents a heterogeneous group of disorders characterised clinically by hypokalemia and acute systemic weakness. Most cases are due to familial or primary; sporadic cases are associated with numerous other conditions including barium poisoning, hyperthyroidism, renal disorders, certain endocrinopathies and gastrointestinal potassium losses. We report two cases with hypoklemic periodic paralysis due to primary aldosteronism. In all cases, administration of potassium salts and spironolacton was successful in treatment of acute attack. All patients were free from paralytic attacks by adrenalectomy.
