A study of force transmission in passenger car tires is described. The experiments are conducted with the tire-wheel assembly attached to a fixed, non-rotating axle. Contact with the tire is provided by a flat surface. The experiments show inflation pressure and tire load to have little effect on force transmissibility. The force to displacement ratio is defined as the force transmissibility. This is a physically meaningful quantity; the spring rate. A single degree of freedom tire model for transmissibility is described. The model uses easily measured tire parameters and is intended for use in vehicle models to include the effect of tire dynamics.<br/>

O-GlcNAc 화(O-GlcNAcylation)는 단백질의 serine이나 threonine에 N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) 분자가 결합하는 것으로, 기존의 당단백질과 달리 세포질 및 핵단백질 모두에 일어난다. 또한 수정의 속도가 빠르고 가역적으로 일어남이 인산화 수식과 유사하다. 그러나 수많은 인산화효소와 탈인산화효소가 관여하는 것과 달리 O-GlcNAc 수식은 O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT)와 O-GlcNAcase (OGA) 단 두 개의 효소에 의하여 이루어진다. 이러한 단순한 조절기전은 세포가 내외환경에 즉시 적응할 수 있도록 진화한 것으로 해석된다. 즉, O-GlcNAc 수식은 특정한 단백질 하나 하나의 활성을 켜거나 끄는 것이 아니라, 세포의 신호전달과정의 효율을 전반적으로 조절하는 ‘가변저항기(rheostat)’ 역할을 한다. O-GlcNAc 수식은 흔히 같은 아미노산 혹은 그 주변의 아미노산이 인산화되는 것을 수반하는데, 이는 인산화와 함께 서로 조화를 이루어 세포활성을 조절하는 것으로 해석된다. 최근 O-GlcNAc이 더 나아가 O-GlcNAc-P로 인산화될 가능성이 제시되고 있는 바, 본 총설에서는 이의 가능성을 이론적으로 설명하고, 실제 실험결과를 소개한다. The addition and removal of N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) molecules on serine or threonine residues of a protein is called O-GlcNAcylation. This post-translational modification occurs on both cytoplasmic and nuclear protein, and is fast and reversible as comparable to phosphorylation. In contrast to the phospho-signaling cycles, this emerging moon-lightening signaling is cycled by only two enzymes, O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT) and O-GlcNAcase (OGA). The simple machinery is a good evolutionary adaptation of a cell for quick accommodation to continuously fluctuating intra- and extracellular microenvironments. Rather than “switching” on or off a specific proteins ? this would be done by phosphorylation where numerous specific kinases and phosphatases are involved - O-GlcNAcylation would play a “rheostat” which would be much more delicately increase or decrease the efficacy of signal transductions in response to cellular nutrient and stress conditions. Interestingly, recent evidence indicates that O-GlcNAc is further modified by phosphorylation. The O-GlcNAc-P will upgrade the modulation efficiency of cellular processes to continuous ‘analogue’ level. So far, only one protein AP180 was reported to have O-GlcNAc-P on Thr310. But, proteomic data from our laboratory indicate that there are multiple O-GlcNAc-P proteins, constituting “O-GlcNAc-P’om”. This will focus on the possibility of existence of “O-GlcNAc-P’om”.

This study develops a high power LED optical system without reflecting. This system was designed by OSLO and was simulated by LightTools. The result of simulation comes to have the intensity chart of angle of around 25° and light uniformity with respect to distance. Now we are developing Mock-up and are going to analyze feature using illumination measurement.

본고의 연구 목적은 “조선 멸망의 원인”에서 량치차오가 독자들을 설득시키기 위해서 사용한 수사학적 전략을 분석하는 것이다. 량치차오는 “조선 멸망의 원인”에서 표면적으로 조선을 동정하고 일제를 비판하였지만, 실질적으로는 조선이 멸망한 원인을 조선 내부에서 찾아 자국민에게 경각심을 고취시켰다. 수사학적 방법론으로 본문을 분석한 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 착상 영역에서 량치차오는 ‘권위의 말터’, ‘원인과 결과의 말터’, ‘연관성의 말터’를 활용하여 독자와의 공감대를 형성시켰다. 배열 영역 중 들머리 부분에서는 조선 망국에 대해서 독자의 궁금증을 효과적으로 유발시켰다. 얼거리 부분에서 조선의 정치 체제 하에서 ‘궁정’의 중요성을 논리적으로 제시하였다. 밝히기 부분에서는 삼단론법과 귀납법을 통해서 지배층이 조선 망국의 원인이라는 주제의식을 명확하게 드러내었다. 마무리 부분은 조선과 비슷한 서양 국가의 사례를 들어 국토면적, 인구 등은 망국과 관계가 없음을 다시 한 번 강조하였다. 표현영역에서는 배비법, 설의법, 직유법을 주로 사용하여 독자들이 조선 망국의 실체를 이해하는 데 많은 도움을 주었다. Liang Qiqiao ostensibly sympathized with Joseon and criticized Japan in < Chaoxian miewang zhi yuanyin(朝鮮滅亡之原因) >, but in fact, he raised awareness among his citizens by finding the cause of the Joseon's collapse. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the rhetorical strategy used by Liang Qichao to persuade readers. The specific results of analyzing the text with a rhetorical methodology are as follows. In the area of thought, Liang Qiqiao formed a consensus with the reader by utilizing 'the site of authority', 'the site of cause and effect', and 'the site of connection'. In the field head part of the arrangement area, the reader's curiosity about the country of the Joseon Dynasty was effectively aroused. In the eolgeori section, the importance of the 'court' under the political system of Joseon was logically presented. In the part of clarification, the theme consciousness that the ruling class was the cause of the collapse of Joseon was clearly revealed through the syllogism and induction method. In the closing part, citing the case of Western countries similar to Joseon, it was emphasized once again that the cause of the country's collapse was not related to the land area and population. In the area of expression, Baebi method, Seolui method, and Simyu method were mainly used to help readers understand the reality of the Joseon Dynasty's ruin.
대형트럭 프레임의 결합방법에 따른 비틀림 특성이 동적 성능에 미치는 영향

This paper evaluates dynamic performance of a cab over type large-sized truck for estimating the effects of frame's torsional characteristics using a computer model. The computer model considers two mounting methods of frame, flange mounting and web mounting. Frame is modeled by finite elements using MSC/NASTRAN In order to consider the flexibility of frame. The torsional test of the frame is conducted In order to validate the modeled finite element model. A load cell is used to measure the load applied to the frame. An angle sensor is used to measure the torsional angle. An actuator is used to apply a load to the frame. To estimate the effects of frame's torsional characteristics on dynamic performance, simulations are performed with the flange mounting and web mounting frame. Simulation results show that the web mounting frame's variations of roll angle, lateral acceleration, and yaw rate are larger than the flange mounting frame's variations, especially in the high velocity and the second part of the double lane course.
