문화 내비게이션을 활용한 문화관광콘텐츠 개발 방향에 대한 연구

이 연구는 지도라는 기본적인 틀 안에 내비게이션 시스템을 혼합하여 문화관광콘텐츠를 향유할 수 있는 문화내비게이션 시스템 구축에 대한 방향성을 논하고자 한다. 특히 근대 문학 속에 등장하는 경성의 다방과 카페가 있던 위치를 추적하여 지금의 위치에 대입하고 이를 문화유산(cultural heritage)적 측면에서살펴보며, 더 나아가 이를 활용한 문화관광콘텐츠로의 영역으로 발전시키고자하는 데 있다. 다방과 카페는 근대 경성의 문화를 살펴봄에 있어 가장 중요한 항목 중 하나이며, 근대 문학·문화사 적으로 다양하게 연구된 바 있다. 다방과 카페는 그 역할이 현대에 이르러 다소 변화되었으나 근대 경성의 문인들, 또는 예술가들은 당시 근대 문화의 상징이라 할 수 있는 다방과 카페에 열광하였다. 수많은 다방과카페들이 개업하였으며, 작가들은 다양한 매체, 혹은 소설 작품 속에 다방과 카페에 대해 묘사하였다. 본 연구는 근대 경성에 등장하였던 다방과 카페의 위치를 현재의 위치에 대입하고, 이를 문화내비게이션을 통해 과거와 현재의 위치, 다방과 카페의 정보, 문학 속에서 해당 다방이나 카페가 어떤 방식으로 표현되었는지에 대한 정보를 연구 및 소개하는 시스템을 제공하여 당대 다방과 카페 문화에 대한 문화적 의미를살펴보고, 디지털 지도의 형태로 복원하여 그 문화적 가치를 제공해 주고자 한다. This study intends to discuss the direction of building a cultural navigation system that can enjoy cultural tourism contents by mixing navigation systems within the basic framework of maps. In particular, the goal is to trace the location of Gyeongseong's coffee shops and cafes appearing in modern literature, apply them to their current location, examine them in terms of cultural heritage, and further develop them into the field of cultural tourism content using them. Coffee shops and cafes are one of the most important items in examining the culture of modern Gyeongseong, and have been studied in various ways in modern literature and cultural history. The roles of coffee shops and cafes have changed somewhat in modern times, but writers and artists of modern Gyeongseong were enthusiastic about coffee shops and cafes, the symbols of modern culture at the time. Numerous coffee shops and cafes have been opened, and the writers have described them in various media or novels. In this study, the location of coffee shops and cafes that appeared in modern Gyeongseong is substituted into the current location, and through cultural navigation, the location of the past and present, information on coffee shops and cafes, and how the coffee shops or cafes are expressed in literature. By providing a system that researches and introduces information on whether or not information has been made, it is intended to examine the cultural meaning of the contemporary coffee shop and cafe culture, and to provide its cultural value by restoring it in the form of a digital map.

본 연구는 한국학술정보원의 데이터베이스에서 서비스하는 다문화 관련 논문의 초록을 텍스트마이닝 기법으로 분석한 것이다. 분석방법으로는 R프로그램의 다양한 패키지를 활용하였다. 텍스트마이닝 기법은 비정형 데이터를 분석하는 대표적인 분석 방법이데, 개념 간의 연결성과 영향 관계를 파악하고 이를 시각화함으로써 데이터가 보여주는 의미를 도출하는 빅데이터 분석 방법 중 하나이다. 필자는 국내 연구자들이 매가트렌드로 등장한 이주와 그로 인한 다문화 현상에 관해 어떤 대상과 주제로 연구를 진행했는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 다문화 연구는 이주 등 문화적 다양성 문제보다는 다문화가정을 주요한 연구 대상으로 삼고 있는데, 이것은 결혼이주여성의 한국인화라는 다분히 자기중심적이고 배타적이기까지 한 한국사회의 다문화 정책과 다문화 담론에서 기인한다. 둘째, 학술지 논문과 학위논문은 연구대상과 이슈, 해결 방안 등에서 비슷한 양상을 보이지만, 학위논문이 학술지에 비해 교육과 관련한 주제의 비중이 훨씬 높다. 셋째, 국내 다문화 연구는 다문화 현상과 다문화주의 이론 소개에 치중했던 초창기를 지나 다문화가정의 교육 이슈를 거쳐 현재는 정부의 다문화 정책에 대한 검증 등으로 중심축이 이동하고 있다. 넷째, 국내 다문화 연구는 다양한 성과에도 불구하고 자기중심주의적 성향에서 탈피하지 못함으로써 초국적주의(transnationalism)와 초연결(Hyperconnection)로 상징되는 현대 사회의 다양한 이슈와 거리를 두고 있다. 이것은 국내 다문화 연구가 4차 산업혁명이나 환경 문제 등 지속가능한 발전의 문제를 적극적으로 의제화하지 못하고 있다. 이상의 결과에도 불구하고 본 연구는 국내 다문화 전체를 조망하기에는 한계를 지니고 있다. 하지만 국내 다문화 연구에 대해 빅데이터 분석 기법인 텍스트마이닝을 통해 조망하려 했다는 점에서 의의를 찾고자 한다. 추후 연구를 통해 부족한 부분을 보완하길 기대한다. This study is an analysis of the abstracts of multi-cultural related papers served in the database of the Korean Academic Information Service System using text mining techniques. Various packages of R program were utilized as analysis methods. Text mining technique is a representative analysis method for analyzing unstructured data, which is one of the big data analysis methods that derive the meaning of data by identifying connectivity and influence relationships between concepts and visualizing them. So, in this study, I analyzed what subjects and themes domestic researchers conducted about migration and the resulting multi-cultural phenomenon that emerged as megatrend. The results are as follows. First, the domestic multi-cultural research focuses more on multi-cultural families than on cultural diversity issues such things, which stem from the multi-cultural policy and multi-cultural discourse of Korean society, which is highly egocentric and exclusive of marriage migrant women. Second, academic papers and degree papers have similar aspects in research subjects, issues, and solutions, but academic paper has a much higher proportion of education-related topics than academic journal. Third, domestic multi-cultural research has passed through the early days of multi-culturalism and being focused on introducing of multi-culturalism theories, followed by educational issues of multi-cultural families, and is now shifting to verification of the governments multi-cultural policies. Fourth, domestic multi-cultural studies are far from various issues of modern society, which are symbolized by Transnationalism and Hyperconnection, by failing to break away from egotistic tendencies despite various achievements. This is because domestic multi-cultural studies have not actively agendicized the problems of sustainable development such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution or environmental problems. Despite the above results, the study has limitations to view the entire multi-cultural community in Korea. However, I would like to find the significance of the study in terms of the fact that I tried to look at the domestic multi-cultural research through text mining, a big data analysis technique. I hope that the lack of research will be supplemented by later studies in the future.
