문자메시지는 이동통신망에서 무선 데이터 서비스를 위해 가장 널리 사용되는 서비스이다. CDMA 이동통신망에서는 문자메시지 서비스는 한번에 50자의 한글을 전송할 수 있다. 문자메시지 서비스가 일반화되고 MIDI, MP3 등의 멀티미디어 기능을 갖는 칼라 휴대폰이 보급됨에 따라 이동통신사업자는 멀티미디어 메시지를 문자메시지와 같이 P2P로 전송할 수 있는 MMS(Multimedia Massage Service)를 표준화하고 서비스하고 있다. MMS는 문자메시지와 같이 이동통신사업자의 비음성 서비스의 주요 매출 원으로 역할을 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. MMS가 활성화되면 MMS에 첨부되는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 저작권을 보호하기 위한 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 MMS 시스템의 변경을 최소화하면서 콘텐츠 저작권 보호를 위한 DRM이 적용된 MMS DRM 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 MMS DRM 시스템은 DRM Packager, DRM Server, DRM Agent를 통하여 MMS에 첨부된 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 보호하고 다양한 사업모델을 지원할 수 있도록 하여 MMS 활성화에 기여할 것이다. Short message service (SMS) is a popular mobile data service in cellular networks. One SMS message can carry 50 Korean alphabets. Cellular operators standard and develop multimedia message service (MMS) based on P2P as color phones having multimedia solutions such as MIDI, MP3, JPG, PNG, and MPEG have been developed. MMS can be a key cash flow in the non-voice mobile revenue together with SMS. Copyrights protection of contents in a MMS message can be issued as MMS can be the popular P2P service such as MMS. In this paper, we propose MMS DRM system to protect copyrights of contents in MMS with the minimum change of MMS system. The proposed MMS DRM system protect copyrights of contents using DRM Packager, DRM Server, and DRM Agent and support various use cases to activates MMS in mobile networks.

현재 고효율 백색 발광다이오드(light emitting diode, LED) 구현을 위한 고점도 형광체 토출에 대한 많은 연구가 진행 중이다. 백색 발광다이오드에서 제품성능에 영향을 미칠 수 있어 고점도 형광체의 정량토출은 중요하다. 그러나 기존 연구에서 고점도 형광체 정량토출의 어려움이 있었다. 고점도 형광체의 정량토출을 위해서 본 연구에서는 다양한 점도에서 미세토출이 가능한 정전기력 프린팅 기술을 적용하였다. 전압 변화에 따른 요구 적출형(drop on demand, DOD) 토출 실험을 진행하여 토출 시 노즐의 메니스커스 각도와 토출 도트 직경 사이의 상관관계를 도출하였다. 토출 전압이 증가함에 따라, 토출 메니스커스 각도는 증가하고 토출 도트 직경은 감소하였다. Currently various studies are underway for dispensing high-viscosity phosphor. These studies have reported limitations and challenges in the dispensing process. The discharged amount of phosphor was approximately the same each time which is important for the implementation of high-efficiency white LED technology. This paper present high-viscosity phosphor dispensing process for white LED implementation by using electrostatic printing technology. The voltage controlled DOD (Drop-On-Demand) discharge experiment was studied to determine angle of drop meniscus at nozzle and dot diameter. With increase in Discharge voltage, the discharge angle of meniscus increased while dot diameter decreased. Therefore it can be concluded that we can control the discharge rate by controling the discharge angle of meniscus.

R2R (Roll to Roll) ESD (Electro-static Deposition) system is known as a flexible manufacturing system with many applications. Flexible electronics devices can be made by using ESD printing element technology for mass-production with flexible substrate and conductive ink. Through development of R2R ESD (R2R hybrid) system, R2R ESD takes advantages of low cost, time consumption and high precision. And it is good for manufacturing RFID, solar cell, flexible display etc. This paper proposes a design of ESD printing system and development plan for R2R hybrid system of web transfer control base.

In this study, experiments are conducted to improve spray coating uniformity by using second and third electrodes based on the electrospray atomization mechanism. The uniformity of fabricated thin films can be improved by adjusting the design of the second electrode. The implementation of the second electrode with an elongated hole and a bending angle of 90° results in highly uniform films. In addition, induced area to substrate is increased by lowering the applied voltage using the third electrode with a round rod shape. A linear correlation between applied voltage and induced area is confirmed. Thin film thickness and surface roughness are measured after the fabrication of thin films through the electrospray process. It is confirmed that a thin film is formed having an average thickness of 273.44 ㎚, a thickness uniformity of less than 10%, and a surface roughness of 3 ㎚.

The Biosensor biosensor pattern was developed by via an EHD (electro-hydro-dynamics (EHD) patterning process that was performed under atmospheric pressure at room temperature in a single step. The drop diameter was smaller than nozzle diameter and applied high viscosity conductive ink was applied in the EHD patterning method to provide a clear advantage over the piezo and thermal inkjet printing techniques. The Biosensor’s biosensor’s micro electrode pattern was printed by via a continuous EHD patterning method using 3three- type types of control parameters parameter (input voltage, patterning speed, nozzle pressure). High viscosity (1000 cps) conductive ink with 75 wt% of silver nanoparticles was used for experimentation. The incremental result of impedance of biosensor impedance was measured between the antibody (10 ugμg/ml) to spore (0.1 ng/ml, 10 ng/ml, and 1 ugμg./ml) reaction at frequency 493 MHz frequency.
