        탄수화물-전해질음료 보충이 고온 환경에서의 운동 시 혈중 기관 손상 지표 및 HSP 70에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the current research is to investigate the effects of body fluid replacement by carbohydrate-electrolyte drink on serum organ damage index and heat shock protein 70(HSP 70) during exercise in high ambient temperature. The subjects of the current research were 9 healthy male. The subjects were asked to perform treadmill running at 75%HRR for 60minutes in three different conditions controlled by the environmental chamber: 1) thermoneutral environment(ET), 2) high ambient temperature environment(EH), and 3) high ambient temperature environment and body fluid replacement by carbohydrate-electrolyte drink(EHS). Ambient temperature and relative humidity were set at 18℃ and 50%, respectively, for the theromoneutral environment, and 32℃ and 50% for the high ambient temperature environment. The identical amount of carbohydrate- electrolyte drink to the amount of body fluid loss for each subject was orally ingested in the EHS. Blood sampling were taken at pre-exercise, at immediately post-exercise, and at 60minute post-exercise for examining the levels of serum organ function enzyme and HSP 70. The serum concentration of creatine kinase(CK), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), and HSP 70 immediately post exercise appeared to be significantly higher in EH compared to the ET(p<.05). The serum concentration of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine, phosphorus was shown to significantly increase at immediately post exercise(p<.05). On the base of the results of the current study, it is suggested that exercise in high ambient temperature can induce increase concentrations of organ function enzymes(CK, LDH) and HSP 70 which may negatively influence on human organ functions. Body fluid replacements during exercise in high ambient temperature, however, can attenuate the negative consequences of thermal stress on human organ functions by preventing dehydration and reducing thermal stress.

        LTE 시스템에서 그룹 기반 M2M 단말 이동성 관리

        최근 이동통신의 새로운 미래 사업으로 주목받고 있는 M2M 통신의 특성 중 하나는 기존의 통신에 비해 단말의 수가 상대적으로 많다는 점이다. 따라서 다수의 단말로부터 발생하는 제어 신호가 네트워크에 혼잡을 발생시킬 수 있기 때문에 3GPP 표준화단체에서는 이를 해결하고자 여러 단말을 하나의 그룹으로 관리하여 불필요한 시그널링 오버헤드를 줄이는 방법에 대해 표준화를 진행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동성이 같은 다수의 M2M 단말들을 하나의 그룹으로 관리하는 그룹 기반 이동성 관리 방법에 대해 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 이동성이 같은 다수의 M2M 단말을 Mobility Management Entity (MME)가 동적으로 그룹핑하고, 그룹을 대표할 그룹 헤더를 선출하여 그룹 헤더가 그룹을 대표하여 Tracking Area Update (TAU)를 수행하게 함으로써 M2M 단말이 개별적으로 TAU를 수행할 때 발생하는 시그널링 오버헤드를 줄이는 것이다. 제안하는 방법이 기존의 개별적으로 TAU를 수행했을 때보다 최대 80% 정도의 시그널링 오버헤드 감소효과를 보인다. The one of features of M2M communications, which are recently attracted attention as a future business of mobile communications, is that there is a large number of devices compared with traditional communication services. Hence, the control signal that are generated by the M2M devices may cause a significant congestion in the network and in order to solve this problem, a standardization is progressing for reducing the redundant signaling by managing M2M devices as a group in 3GPP standardization. In this paper, we propose a method of group based mobility management by managing M2M devices that have the same mobility as a group. In the proposed method, M2M devices that have the same mobility are grouped by the Mobility Management Entity (MME) and the MME elects a group header among the M2M devices in the group. Then, the group header performs the Tracking Area Update (TAU) on behalf of the group members to reduce the signaling overhead of mobility management. With the proposed method, we can achieve 80% decrease of the signaling overhead of mobility management compared with the case where each M2M device individually performs its TAU procedure.

        탈진적 운동이 혈중 BDNF, IGF-1 농도 및 인지 기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of acute exhaustive exercise on serum BDNF, IGF-1 levels and cognitive function. As study subjects, 16 healthy male college students were selected, and each 8 male college students were assigned to exercise group and control group randomly. In this study, exercise group was carried out treadmill running until all-out and exercise time to exhaustion was recorded. Blood samples were collected two times at pre-test and post-test for the analyses of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1). Also, Stroop color-word test performed at same times as blood sampling. The results of the study showed that the concentrations of serum BDNF, IGF-1, and Stroop color-word test scores were significantly increased after acute exhaustive exercise(p<.05). BDNF and Stroop color-word test scores were significantly higher at post-test in exercise group compared to in control group(p<.05). It was also found that there are significant correlations between the changes of serum BDNF and IGF-1(p<.05). These results suggest that acute exhaustive exercise has positive effects on cognitive functions by increasing the BDNF.

        오르막 걷기 시 폴 사용이 비만 여성의 혈중 COMP 농도, 근 손상 및 피로 지표에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the this study was to investigate the effects of trekking pole during up-hill walking on serum cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP), muscle damage and fatigue variables in obese females. The subjects for this study were 10 obese females who had more than 30% of body fat. Each of them performed up-hill walking without trekking poles(Control) and with trekking poles(Pole) at 50%HRR during 35 minutes on a treadmill. The treadmill was set 25% up-hill inclination. Serum COMP levels, indices of muscle damage[creatine kinase(CK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)], and fatigue(lactate) were measured before, immediately after, and 2h after walking. The levels of COMP were significantly increased at immediately after walking compared to those at before, significantly decreased at 2h after walking in Control and Pole(p<.05). And the levels of COMP were significantly lower in Pole compared to Control at immediately after walking(p<.05). The levels of CK and LDH were significantly increased at immediately after walking compared to those at before in Control p<.05) These results suggest that up-hill walking can induce increase of serum COMP levels and muscle damages. It is suggested, however, that up-hill walking with trekking poles could reduce cartilage and muscle damages.

        12주간의 복합운동 처치가 비만 여대생의 혈중 산화적 스트레스 지표, 신경영양인자 및 기분상태척도(POMS) 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combined exercise on oxidative stress, neurotrophin and Profile of Mood States(POMS). The subjects for this study were 22 obese college females who had more than 30% of body fat and they were randomly divided into control group(Con, n=12) and exercise group(Ex, n=10). During exercise training for 12 weeks, resistance exercise of 8 events was conducted with 80% of 1-RM by circuit weight training method and aerobic exercise conducted treadmill walking and/ or running for 30 minutes. Blood samples were taken at before combined exercise(Pre) and at after combined exercise(Post). For oxidative stress, the malondealdehyde(MDA) level was shown to significantly increase at Post in Ex(p<.05) while the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity was shown to significantly decrease at Post in Ex(p<.05). For neurotrophins, the BDNF and NGF levels were shown to significantly increase at Post in Ex(p<.05). For POMS, Depression-Dejection(D-D) score was shown to significantly decrease at Post in Ex(p<.05). On the base of the results of the this study, it is suggested that combined exercise can induce decrease levels of oxidative stress and increase levels of neurotrophins which may positively influence on the POMS depression subscale.

        16주간의 태권도 프로그램이 중년 비만 여성의 뇌신경성장인자 및인지기능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 규칙적인 태권도 트레이닝이 비만 중년 여성의 뇌신경성장인자 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있었다. 본 연구를 위하여 중년 비만 여성 33명이 연구대상자로 선정되었으 며, 연구대상자들은 태권도 그룹(TG, n=15)과 대조그룹(CG, n=18)에 무선 배정되었다. 태권도 그룹은 16 주간 일주일에 5번 태권도 트레이닝을 실시하였으며, 두 그룹 모두 트레이닝 전과 후 각각 brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) 농도 검사와 Stroop Color and Word test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 태권도 그룹의 BDNF와 IGF-1이 트레이닝 후 유의하게 증가한(p<.05) 반면 VEGF와 Stroop Color and Word Test 결과는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않아 규칙적인 태권도 트레이닝이 비만 중년 여성의 뇌신경영양인자에는 긍정 적이지만 뇌 인지기능에는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of regular taekwondo training on neurotrophic factors and cognitive function in obese middle-aged women. Thirty-three middle-aged women with obesity were selected for this study and randomly assigned into a control group(CG, n=18) and an taekwondo group(TG, n=15). The TG performed taekwondo training 5 times weekly for 16 weeks, while the CG did not exercise training. Serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) levels were analyzed and Stroop Color and Word tests were performed before and after the intervention. The serum BDNF and IGF-1 levels were significantly increased in the TG after the intervention(p<.05). On the other hand, no statistically significant differences were found in the serum VEGF levels, or in the Stroop Color and Word Test scores(p>.05). These results suggest that regular taekwondo training may be affects levels of peripheral neurotrophic factors but not cognitive function in obese middle-aged women.

        무릎 통증 여성 노인들의 수중 하지운동과 지상 폴 걷기 운동이 주관적 통증 반응 변화와 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aqu atic leg exercise and land pole walking on subjective knee pain and isokinetic muscular function in elderly women with chronic knee pain. As study subjects, 24 elderly women with chronic knee pain completed three different experimental conditions: 1) control group, 2) pole walking 4 times a week for 8weeks, and 3) aquati c leg exercise 4 times a week for 8weeks. Isokinetic muscular function test and subjective knee pain using visual analog scale(VAS) score were performed at pre and post experimentation. The results of the stud y showed that the isokinetic strength of knee joint muscle appeared to be significantly increased at post experimentation in pole walking and aquatic leg exercise group. It was also showed that the level of subjective k nee pain appeared to be significantly decreased at post experimentation in pole walking and aquatic leg exercis e group compare to control group. In conclusion, there is a preponderance of evidence that both land pole walking and aquatic leg exercise combination including increases of isokinetic muscular function, are s afe and moderately effective for individuals with chronic knee pain.
