During the cold war, political and military confrontation in the Northern area of Eurasia has been evident, but the dissolution of the Soviet Union in the 1990s encouraged economic relations among countries in this region. Since the Northern Eurasian region is the peripheral region, far away from the core of the countries involved, regional development has relied on its neighboring countries rather than central government. Several policies proposed by the certain governments such as the One Belt and One Road Policy of China, New Eastern Policy of Russia and Eurasia Initiative of Korea have increased the possibilities of developing the Northern region. This paper aims to analyze and evaluate the potential of Eurasian Northern logistics markets while focusing on the policies proposed by the governments of the region. The evaluation of Eurasian logistics markets was undertaken in terms of regional development policy, economic situation, logistics infrastructure, institution etc., analyzing freight time, rates and routes. Plans to increase northern logistics including secure politics, trade and investment, logistics infrastructure development and institutional improvement are suggested. The development of northern logistics markets would contribute to the entry of businesses into the northern continent thereby enhancing economic cooperation and ensuring peace and security, especially in the Korean peninsula and in Northeast Asia as a whole.

The Effect of Information Service Quality of Container Shipping Company on BSC Supply Chain Performance - The Mediation Effect of Information Satisfaction

해운산업은 4차 산업혁명의 변화적 흐름과 밀접하게 연관되어 있다. 과거 해운산업의 성공요인이 선박, 화주, 화물 물동량의 확보라면, 현재는 4차 산업혁명기술을 통한 차별화된 서비스 제공과 서비스의 효율성 증대가 중요한 요인이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 컨테이너 선사가 제공하는 서비스 중 4차 산업혁명과 가장 연관된 정보서비스의 품질이 서비스 이용자의 BSC 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향과, 두 변수 사이에 정보만족도의 매개효과도 분석하고자 하였다. 먼저 컨테이너 선사의 정보서비스 품질의 신뢰성과 반응성 모두 정보만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, BSC 공급사슬성과에는 신뢰성의 경우 고객 관점과 재무적 관점, 반응성의 경우 고객 관점과 비즈니스 프로세스 관점에만 유의한 결과가 도출되었다. 또한 정보만족도는 BSC 공급사슬성과 중 비즈니스 프로세스 관점과 재무적 관점에만 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 정보만족도의 매개효과분석에서는 컨테이너 선사의 정보서비스 품질의 반응성만이 정보만족도를 매개로 하여 비즈니스 프로세스 관점과 재무적 관점의 BSC 공급사슬성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 도출되었다. 다시 말하면 컨테이너 선사의 정보제공의 반응성에 따라 이용자의 만족도가 증가하고, 이를 통해 공급사슬성과로서 시간단축, 유연한 대응, 단위비용 절감, 수익마진, 현금흐름의 유동성 등이 확보될 수 있는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 따라서 앞으로는 4차 산업혁명 기술을 활용한 컨테이너 선사의 정보서비스 제공의 변화가 필수적일 것이다. Purpose : It aims to analyze the effect for the information service quality of container shipping company on the performance of BSC Supply Chain Performance of Service User, the mediation effect of Information Satisfaction between two variables. Research design, data, methodology : The questionnaire analysis has been implemented targeting the manufacturing and logistics enterprise registered in the Integrated Logistics Association and Korea International Trade Association. The Demographic, Feasibility and Reliability Analysis have been implemented utilizing IBM SPSS 25.0; the test hypothesis has been implemented by building the structural equation model utilizing the SmartPLS. Results : First, even though the reliability and the reactivity of Information Service Quality of Container Shipping Company all appeared to have the significant effect on the Information Satisfaction, the significant result has been drawn from the client viewpoint, the financial viewpoint in case of reliability in the BSC Supply Chain Performance and from the client viewpoint and the business process viewpoint only in case of reactivity. In addition, the Information Satisfaction appeared significant in the business process viewpoint and financial viewpoint only out of BSC Supply Chain Performance. The reactivity only of information service quality of container shipping company has been drawn to have the significant effect in the BSC Supply Chain Performance of business process viewpoint and financial viewpoint by mediation of Information Satisfaction in the mediation effect analysis of Information Satisfaction. Conclusions : The satisfaction of user increases according to the reactivity of information provision of container shipping company, time reduction, flexible response, unit cost reduction, profit margin, liquidity of cash flow, etc. appeared to be secured. Accordingly, the change for the provision of information service of container shipping company utilizing the technology of 4th industrial revolution in the future would be essential.

디지털 입력 D급 증폭기는 보청기에서 사용되고 있으며 D급 증폭기는 디지털 회로와 아날로그 회로로 구성되어진다. 아날로그 회로는 가청 주파수 대역에서 잡음을 억제하고 디지털 입력을 아날로그 신호로 변환한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 인터폴레이티드 디지털 델타-시그마 변조기는 디지털 신호 처리기의 출력 신호를 D/A 변조기 입력에 적합하도록 데이터를 변조시킨다. 디지털 필터는 16-bit, 25-kbps 펄스 코드 변조 신호를 16-bit, 50-kbps 신호로 보간 작업을 한다. 이 보간 필터 출력은 3차 디지털 델타-시그마 변조기를 통하여 노이즈 쉐이핑(noise shaping) 처리된다. 최종적으로, 1.5-bit, 3.2-Mbps 신호가 D/A변조기 입력으로 인가된다. A digital input class-D audio amplifier is presented for digital hearing aid. The class-D audio amplifier is composed of digital and analog circuits. The analog circuit converts a digital input to a analog audio signal (DAC) with noise suppression in the audio band. An interpolated digital delta-sigma modulator is used to convert data types between digital signal processor (DSP) and digital-to-analog converter (DAC). An 16-bit, 25-kbps pulse code modulated (PCM) input is interpolated to 16-bit, 50-kbps by a digital filter. The output signal of interpolation filter is noise-shaped by a third-order digital sigma-delta modulator (SDM). As a result, 1.5-bit, 3.2-Mbps signal is applied to simple digital to analog converter.

공급사슬 관련 4차 산업혁명 기술이 BSC 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향 -공급사슬민첩성의 매개효과-

과거 1780년대 증기기관을 통한 1차 산업혁명부터 시작된 산업발전의 흐름이 현재는 4차 산업혁명의 흐름으로 진화하고 있으며 제조산업 전반의 패러다임과 산업전반의 시스템에 커다란 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이러한 변화속에서 본 논문은 CPS를 기반으로 한 4차 산업혁명의 사물인터넷, 빅데이터, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 3D프린팅, 로봇과 드론, 인공지능, 블록체인 등의 공급사슬 관련 기술들이 BSC 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 추가적으로 공급사슬 관련 4차 산업혁명 기술들이 공급사슬민 첩성에 영향을 미친다는 가설 하에 공급사슬민첩성을 매개로 한 공급사슬성과와의 연관성도 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과 공급사슬 관련 4차 산업혁명 기술들은 공급사슬민첩성과 BSC 공급사슬성과 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 도출되었다. 즉 공급사 슬의 반응성, 유연성 신속성과, 고객관점, 비즈니스 프로세스 관점, 혁신과 학습관점, 재무적 관점의 공급사슬성과에 전체에 긍정 적인 잠재력을 부여함을 알 수 있다. 또한 공급사슬 관련 4차 산업혁명 기술들은 BSC 공급사슬성과에 직접적으로 모두 유의한 영향을 미치기 때문에 두 요인 사이에 공급사슬민첩성이 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 공급사슬민첩성이 BSC 공급사슬성과 중 혁신과 학습관점, 재무적 관점에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났기 때문에, 공급사슬 관련 4차 산업혁명 기술들이 공급사슬민첩성을 매개로 할 경우 고객에 대한 부분이나 공급사슬 자체의 비즈니스 프로세스적인 측면보다는 신속한 제품화, 데이 터의 공유 정도, 기술적 성과 그리고 공급사슬 파트너에 의한 수익마진과 현금흐름 사이클, 고객증가 및 수익성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. The flow of industrial development started from 1th industrial revolution through steam engine in the 1780s, has evolved into the flow of 4 th industrial revolution, it brought the big change in the overall system of industry and the overall paradigm of manufacturing industry. In the midst of this change, this study intends to analyze the effect of supply chain related technologies of 4 th industrial revolution such as IoT, big data, cloud computing, 3D printing, robot and drone, AI and block chain based on CPS on BSC supply chain performance. Additionally, it intends to analyze the relation with supply chain performance through supply chain agility under the hypothesis that the supply chain related 4 th industrial revolution technologies influence to the supply chain agility. As a result of analysis, we obtained the fact that the supply chain related 4 th industrial revolution technology significantly influences to both supply chain agility and BSC suply chain performance. That is, we could find out that it grants the positive potentiality to all of the responsiveness of the supply chain, the flexibility and promptness of the supply chain, customer perspective, business process perspective, innovation and learning perspective, the supply chain performance in the financial perspective. In addition, because the supply chain related 4 th industrial revolution technologies influence to BSC supply chain performance directly and significantly, it was found the supply chain agility has partial mediating effect between two factors. Because the supply chain agility significantly influences to the innovation, studying perspective and financial perspective among BSC supply chain performance, if the supply chain related 4 th industrial revolution technology mediate supply chain agility, we can find that it has a positive effect on the rapid commercialization, the degree of data sharing, technical performance, profit margins by the supply chain partners, cash flow cycle, customer growth and profitability rather than the business process aspect of the customer or the supply chain itself.
