        연구논문 : 열수추출 및 효소처리에 따른 감귤 과피 추출물의 기능성성분 수득에 대한 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the physicochemical properties of citrus peel extracts with different hot water extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis conditions. Enzymatic hydrolysis was also employed using Viscozyme L and results were compared with that of optimized hot water extract. Hot water extraction was performed under different parameters; the sample to solvent ratio(1:20, 1:15, 1:10), extraction time(2, 4 hrs), extraction temperature(85, 95℃) and enzymatic hydrolysis(0, 1%) and the subsequent extracts were used for determining their physicochemical properties, such as total yield, total phenolics, total flavonoids, and electron donating ability (EDA). With the increase in the sample to solvent ratio and extraction time, total yield, total phenolics, total flavonoids and EDA increased. But extraction temperature did not significantly affect the hot water extract. As hot water extract was hydrolyzed by the enzyme, total yield and active ingredients increased rapidly. In the result of total yield, total phenolics, total flavonoids and EDA, the activity of enzyme-treated extract was higher than those of enzyme-untreated extract. Based upon the overall hot water extraction efficiency, it was found that 20 times volume or 120 min at a time at 95℃ after enzyme treatment was optimal.

        세종학당 한국어 교원 운영 현황 분석 연구

        The present study suggests ways to improve faculty management at the King Sejong Institute through an analysis of the data of the past three years. The analysis reveals the following: 1) the total number of Korean teachers has increased over the past three years; 2) the number of dispatch teachers has also increased, especially at the lowest level, and 3) the number of locally hired teachers also increased; however, the ratio of the experienced teachers and the teachers holding Korean language teachers’ certificates remained largely unchanged. In the light of this analysis, this study proposes the following as ways to improve faculty management at the King Sejong Institute: 1) a clear division of responsibilities should be provided through job analysis, 2) the current faculty rank system should be subdivided and teacher education should be redesigned in accordance to the system, and 3) it is necessary to strengthen teacher education for locally hired teachers.         다문화 배경 학습자 대상의 한국어교육용 기본 어휘 선정에 대한 연구 - 초등학교 1,2학년군의 의성어·의태어를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 초등학교 1,2학년 다문화 배경 학습자들에게 의성어와 의태어를 가르칠 필요가 있다고 보고 선행연구인 다문화 배경 학습자를 대상으로 한 교육용 기본 어휘 선정 연구들을 비판적으로 고찰해 보았다. 초등학교 1,2학년 시기는 아직 학습이 본격화되는 시기가 아니며 일상생활과 학교생활에 적응하면서 기초 문식성을 다지는 시기이기 때문에 우리말에 재미를 느끼고 언어 기능 학습에 흥미를 갖게 하는 것이 중요하다. 이에 이 시기에 의성어와 의태어를 활용한 교육이 요구 된다고 보았다. 누리과정과 초등학교 교육과정을 분석한 결과 이 시기에 의성어와 의태어를 가르치는 것이 성취기준과 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 일반 교과서 1-2학년에 수록된 의성어와 의태어 제시 현황과 다문화 배경 학습자들이 배우는 초등학생용 『표준한국어』에 수록된 의성어와 의태어 제시 현황을 비교, 분석해 본 결과에서도 의성어, 의태어 수록 현황에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 의성어와 의태어의 교육적 활용 가치가 더 확대될 필요가 있다고 보고 초등학교 저학년 시기에 이를 활용해 말의 재미를 느끼며 언어 학습이 일어날 수 있는 교육적 지원이 확대될 필요가 있음을 제언하였다. The 1st and 2nd year multicultural background students in elementary school need to learn onomatopoeic and mimetic words. Considering that, this study critically reviewed the previous studies on the selection of basic vocabulary for education for multicultural background learners. The 2st and 2nd year students in elementary school have yet to be in the time of full-scale learning. In the period, they adapt themselves to everyday life and school life and have basic literacy. For this reason, it is important for them to get interested in Korean words and language function learning. The education using onomatopoeic and mimetic words seemed to be required. Therefore, the onomatopoeic and mimetic words in the general textbooks of the 1st and 2nd year students and in 『Standard Korean』 were compared and analyzed. As a result, there was a difference between them. According to the analysis on curriculums, teaching onomatopoeic and mimetic words in the period was related to the criteria of achievements. Given the results of this study, it is necessary to expand the educational application of onomatopoeic and mimetic words. Therefore, this study suggests that it is necessary to expand the educational support that helps the students in lower school years of elementary school to have an interest in words and language learning.

        세종학당 교원 연수 프로그램 설계 및 지원 체계 개발 연구

        The purpose of this study is to design a teacher training program that enhances the professionalism of teachers at King Sejong Institute, and to establish a support system that can lead to active participation in the training program. To this end, the status of the teacher training program provided by the King Sejong Institute Foundation was analyzed and a survey for the teacher training program was conducted targeting King Sejong Institute teachers and related persons. Based on the analysis and the results of the survey, the design principles of the King Sejong Institute teacher training program were presented. The program was designed to comprehensively consider the training operating conditions, to prepare a program that can be jointly managed by the King Sejong Institute Foundation and the local institute, and to provide training in consideration of the life cycles and career characteristics of teachers. This study intended to present systematic training programs by designing the programs as job training, qualification training, special training, and self-training. In addition, it was proposed to operate a mileage system that utilizes the results of training participation for personnel management so that teachers can actively participate in teacher training programs.         직무 수행 강화를 위한 해외 세종학당 한국어 교원의 표준 직무 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to set the standard job duties of King Sejong Institute teachers by analyzing the work status of teachers dispatched to King Sejong Institute and local teachers. The job analysis of King Sejong Institute teachers can contribute to not only pursuing work efficiency by clearly defining the work of teachers, but also to establish the identity of teachers and to establish the direction of retraining. To this end, in this research, the work of King Sejong Institute teachers was primarily analyzed through a preliminary survey, and in this study, the standard duties of King Sejong Institute teachers were derived based on the jobs derived through the preliminary survey results. As a result of the survey, job categories such as ‘Korean class preparation, class preparation and evaluation, online-based Korean class, educational material development and research, student management, administrative work, student counseling, teacher meetings and seminars, cultural classes, and King Sejong Institute events’ were derived, and detailed duties were able to be derived accordingly. In addition, this study examined the possibility of variation in standard job duties according to the type of King Sejong Institute. The standard job analysis of King Sejong Institute teachers derived in this study will contribute to the improvement of the equal quality of King Sejong Institute education and provide a reference point for the job setting of teachers at overseas Korean language education institutions.         독성 및 약물대사 연구를 위한 한국인 부분 간 유래 간세포의 품질 및 활용성 평가

        Demand for in vitro pharmacological evaluation and toxicity test using human hepatocytes has been increasing. In USA and Europe, human hepatocytes obtained from donated whole liver unsuitable for transplantation were distributed to researchers and deposited in cell bank facility as cryopreserved vial. In Korea, however, incidence of transplantation-inappropriate whole liver has been quite low and the whole livers almost have so severe liver disease such as fatty or fibrotic liver that cannot meet the demand. In this study we aimed to isolate human hepatocytes from liver resection surgery-originated partial liver, and assure the isolated human hepatocytes and its cryopreserved hepatocytes to be qualified for the in vitro pharmacological evaluation and drug toxicity tests. We compared those with commercially available human hepatocyte, BD GenTest<SUP>TM</SUP> by cell morphology, hepatic gene expression, urea synthesis, albumin secretion, ammonia removal, and cytochrome P450 induction activities. Changes in hepatotoxic gene expression after cryopreservation are evaluated with a typical hepatotoxic drug, acetaminophen. Consequently, the fresh hepatocytes from the partial liver and its cryopreserved hepatocytes expressed their intrinsic hepatic functions well and showed equal hepatotoxicity gene expression trend regardless to cryopreservation. Therefore, liver resection surgery-originated partial liver can be used as a useful source of human hepatocytes for various pharmacological and hepatotoxicity test.

        학부모 역할을 고려한 수행 중심 한국어 교육 방안

        본 연구는 여성결혼이민자들이 학부모 역할을 원활히 수행하기 위한 교육 방안을 마련하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 국내 거주 중인 여성결혼이민자들은 그들의 자녀가 성장함에 따라 학부모 역할 수행에 대한 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 하지만 이들을 위한 한국어 교육은 대부분 이주 초기 한국 사회 적응을 위한 의사사소통능력 배양에 집중되어 있으며, 학부모 역할 교육은 체계적으로 제공되고 있지 못하다. 이에 본고에서는 현재 실시되고 있는 여성결혼이민자의 학부모 역할 교육을 교재와 논문을 통해 살펴보았다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 여성결혼이민자의 학부모 역할 수행을 위해 보다 체계적인 한국어 교육 방안을 제언하였다. 이 연구는 여성결혼이민자를 위한 학부모 교육과 교재 개발의 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The study is aimed to design Korean teaching method for married female immigrants and it suggests the way to improve their parents role in school. As married female immigrants who live in Korea have their growing children, there is a need for performing appropriate parents role in children’s schools. However, previous study of Korean language education is focused only on the beginning stage of social adaptation for married female immigrants and improvement of their communicative competence. Therefore, the study looked through previous study and textbooks dealing with a role of married female immigrants in their children’s schools. As a result, the study suggested a methodical approaches of Korean language teaching method. The result of study will be useful with making guidelines of parents education for married female immigrants and the textbook development for parents education.

        가상현실 학습 환경에서의 한국어 교수·학습 설계 시 고려 요소

        The goal of this study is to investigate which factors need to be considered when developing a teaching and learning design for Korean language in virtual reality learning environment. To achieve such goal, the study analyzed cases where educational contents were offered using virtual reality in the field of language education. The analytical result confirmed that educational contents in virtual reality learning environment reinforced the self-directedness in learners by constructing a design allowing learners to choose their favored communication situation and provided language guide to activate interactions. Additionally, the result also showed that created environment strengthened sense of reality and immersiveness and allowed the transfer of learning through repetitive practices. However, taking into account the learning environment in virtual reality, it was also confirmed that there are still factors to be considered including induction of choices, interaction among learners, reinforcement of the sense of reality, and setting learning phases. Thus, this study offers suggestions on factors to be considered in designing a teaching and learning system for Korean language in virtual environment by taking into account perspectives in learner’s self-directedness, interaction, learning environment, and learning step.         다문화가정 자녀를 대상으로 한 방과 후 언어 교육에 관한 사례 연구 -경기도 A중학교 사례를 중심으로

        본고는 다문화가정 자녀 대상 언어 교육 프로그램이 학교 교육 현장에서 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 사례 연구로 경기도 A 중학교에서 운영한 다문화 프로그램을 살펴보았다. 경기도 A 중학교는 교육청 지원으로 2008년부터 다문화 프로그램을 운영하고 있는 학교여서 선정하게 되었다. 이 학교의 최근5년간 운영된 다문화 프로그램을 살펴본 결과 몇 가지의 시사점을 찾을 수 있었다. 먼저 학습자 차원, 교수자 차원에서 주의할 것이 있었는데 학습자 차원에서는 프로그램 운영 전에 학생 및 학부모의 동의를 얻어야 한다는 것이었다. 그리고 담당자와 관리자의 교체 및 다문화 인식에 따라 편성 프로그램이 바뀌었는데 표준이 될만한 지침이 교육 현장에 필요하다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 또한 한국어 교육에서는 학습상황에서 필요한 표현 영역에 대한 학습이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었고, 이중언어교육시에는 기초학습을 넘어선 학습자 수준을 고려한 심도 있는 교육이 필요함을 확인하였다. This paper was aimed to examine one of the language programs run for children of multicultural families. This study is a qualitative research of a multicultural program which is targeted for learners of A secondary school located in Gyeonggi-do. In 2008, the A secondary school was chosen for adopting the language program for children of multicultural families. By evaluating its progress during the past 5 years, the study could find out some problems and implications. First of all, the problem was raised on the process of selecting learners. In the past, the program was a compulsory course for children of multicultural families. However, it should be changed the way that the participation of the program could be optional for students or parents. In addition, some administrators and coordinators of the program also frequently changed and so their personal multicultural perception constantly affects the program``s theme or its schedule. Therefore, the study concluded that the program needs standard guidelines that is applicable on the spot of education field. Finally, in the field of Korean language education, an intensive teaching of expression is required when students of multicultural families are learning in the classroom. Moreover, an in-depth study which is above basic level should be conducted by considering leaners`` language proficiency especially when bilingual education takes place.
