중도와 통합에 근거한 역설적 상담에 의한 미해결 문제의 해결

본 연구의 목적은 禪과 게슈탈트 치료 이론을 바탕으로 中道와 結合에 근거한 역설적 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 禪과 게슈탈트 치료가 강조하는 내용, 즉 자연성과 자발성, 전체성과 통합, 깨달음과 자각, 현재를 바탕으로 한 개방성과 충실성, 에너지의 집중력, 변화의 역설에 대한 내용을 탐색하였다. 특히 두 접근의 주요 개념인 禪의 中道와 게슈탈트 치료의 통합의 유사성을 바탕으로 한 변화의 역설을 조사하였다. 이러한 기본적 개념을 바탕으로 禪과 게슈탈트 치료가 공통적으로 강조하는 주요한 내용을 바탕으로 구조화된 프로그램을 구성하였다. 프로그램이 진행되는 과정과 내용 구성은 禪의 十牛圖 중에서 여덟 번째 까지의 과정을 게슈탈트 순환과 관련시켜 이루어졌다. 집단상담 참여자들(8명)은 전반적으로 긍정적인 변화를 보였으며 이 프로그램이 자신들의 미해결 문제를 해결하는 데에 도움이 되었다고 진술하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop a paradoxical group counseling based on centering of Zen and integration of Gestalt Therapy and then to evaluate its effects. The major concepts of Zen and Gestalt Therapy such as naturalness and spontaneity, wholeness and integration, enlightenment and awareness, openness and fulfillment based on here and now, centering of energy, paradox of change were explored. Particularly this study investigated paradox of change based on similarity of the main concepts of two approaches, that is, centering of Zen and integration of Gestalt Therapy. A structured paradoxical group counseling based on centering of Zen and integration of Gestalt Therapy was developed by major contents emphasized in two approaches. The process and contents of the developed program were consisted of according to relations between Gestalt cycle and 10 cow pictures of Zen. The 8 voluntary participants of the paradoxical group counseling generally showed positive change and evaluated the program positively. They also described that the program contributed to a solution of their unfinished business.

이 연구의 목적은 상담에 있어 지혜의 필요성과 적용을 발견하기 위해 지혜의 역할을 광범위하게 탐색하는 것이었다. 이러한 목적을 위해, 본 연구에서는 먼저 지혜의 일반적 정의와 지혜의 기능 및 특성에 관해 개관되었다. 다음으로, 지혜와 상담심리학자의 특성간의 관계가 조사되었다. 마지막으로, 상담심리학자들을 위해 중요한 두 가지 주제, 즉 상담에 있어 지혜와 가치, 상담에 있어 지혜와 기법이 탐색되고 논의되었다. The purpose of this study was broadly to explore for finding both application and necessity of wisdom in counseling. For achieving this purpose, first, general definitions of wisdom and characteristics and functions of wisdom were reviewed. Second, relationship between wisdom and characteristics of the counseling psychologist was investigated. Finally, two important and intriguing subjects for counseling psychologists, that is, wisdom and values in counseling, wisdom and techniques in counseling are explored and discussed.
