        저 출력 레이저 파장에 따른 화상 쥐 혈청 생화학 성분 변화에 대한 연구

        This studies were to investigate the effects of low power wavelengths Helium-Neon Infra-Red(He-Ne IR)laser on the changes of the blood biochemical components in burn rats. The thirty Spraque-Dewely adult male rats were assigned to the 5 groups; the experimental groups(3), the burn control group(1) and the control group(1). There was made three degree burn by the 250mW IR on the back of each rats, from 3 days after being, burned, the experimental laser groups were irradiated low power wavelengths (292Hz, 1168Hz, 4672Hz) He-Ne IR laser for 5 minutes every day during the 7days. The results wee as follows: The activities of aspirate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), on treated with the wavelengths ((292Hz, 1168Hz, 4672Hz) laser groups during 5 min. for 7 days were significantly increased to the control group respectively, but those of total cholesterol(CHOL) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) were significantly decreased to the a control group (p<0.05). there were significantly decreased on the activity of alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase on the all experimental groups to the burn control group and those of lactate dehydronase on treated with 292Hz and 4672Hz wavelength9 groups to the burn control group but, were significantly increased on those of urea nitrogen (292Hz and 1168Hz)(p<0.05). The activity of AST, LDH, on treated with 1168Hz wavelengths were significantly decreased of the 292Hz and 4672Hz wavelengths groups that of ALT on the treated with 1168Hz group was significantly increased to the 4672 Hz wavelength group but those of CHOL and LDH on the 1168Hz and 4672Hz wavelength groups were dignificatly decreased to the MHz wavelengths group. As above results, the changes of the activities of biochemical conponents in the serum levels on the healing process have meaningful effected of the role of low power wavelengths He-Ne IR laser. 저 에너지 레이저의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 흰쥐에 3도 화상을 유발시켜 He-Ne IR 레이저 파장을 각각 다른 3 분류 파장을 이용하여 1일 5분씩 7일 동안 조사하여 파장에 따른 혈액화학성분의 활성 변화를 비교 분석하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. AST, ALT, LDH 및 UA의 활성은 대조군에 비해 전체 실험군들에서 유의하게 증가되었으며 CHOL 과 ALP 는 유의하게 감소되었다. 2. ALT 와 ALP는 화상대조군에 비해 전실험군들에서 유의하게 감소되었으나 292Hz 와 4672Hz 치료군들에서는 유의하게 감소되었다. 그러나 UA는 292 Hz 와 1168Hz 치료군들에서는 유의하게 증가되었다. 3. AST, LDH의 활성은 파장 292 Hz 와 4672Hz 치료군들에 비해 1168Hz 치료군에서는 유의하게 감소되었으며, ALP 활성은 4672Hz 치료군에 비해 1168Hz 치료 군에서 유의하게 증가되었다. CHOL 과 LDH의 활성 은 파장 292 Hz 치료군에 비해 1168Hz 와 4672Hz 치료 군들에서 유의하게 감소되었다.

        저에너지 He-Ne IR laser가 당뇨쥐 말초 신경병증 치유에 미치는 영향

        This studies were to investigate the effects of low power Helium-Neon Infra-Red (He-Ne IR) laser on the healing of the peripheral neuropathy in diabetic rats. The twenty one Spraque-Dewley adult male rats were assigned to the 3 groups: the control group (7), the diabetic group (7) and the laser group (7). The diabetic group was induced with a single intravenous injection of 50mg/kg body weight streptozotocin dissolved to 0.01mol/L citrate buffer, pH 4.5. The experimental laser group was irradiated low power He-Ne IR laser for 5 minutes every day during 21 days to the diabetic group. The results were as follows: For on and two weeks with laser treatment, there were significantly increased the terminal latencies of the laser treatment group than those of diabetic group, but that was significantly decreased to be similar to the control group on the laser treatment group for three weeks. The change of the amplitude on the laser treatment groups for three weeks was significantly increased to be similar to normal group than that of the diabetic group. As the result, we thank that there were activately effected of lower power He-Ne IR laser on the heeling of the peripheral neurophathy in diabetic rats.

        저에너지 He-Ne IR 레이저가 말초신경병증 당뇨쥐의 혈액화학 성분 변화에 미치는 영향

        본 실험은 당뇨로 인한 말초신경병증에 저에너지 레이저의 효과를 알아보기 위해 것으로 흰쥐에 streptozotocin으로 당뇨를 일으켜 당뇨로 인한 말초신경병증을 유발시킨 후 He-Ne IR 레이저를 3주 동안 매일 5분간 조사하여 혈액화학 성분의 변화를 조사한 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. ALT의 활성치는 당뇨군에 비해 레이저군에서 증가하였으나 유의성은 없었다. AST의 활성치는 대조군과 당뇨군에 비해 레이저군에서 유의하게 증가되었다. LDH는 대조군에 비해 당뇨군과 레이저군에서 유의하게 감소되었다. ALP는 대조군에 비해 당뇨군과 레이저군에서 유의하게 증가되었다. CHOL은 당뇨군에 비해 레이저군에서 유의하게 감소되었다. TRlG는 당뇨군에 비해 레이저군에서 유의하게 증가되었다. CPK는 대조군과 당뇨군에 비해 레이저군에서 유의하게 증가되었다. ALT was increased the laser treatment group than the diabetic group. but that was not significant. 2. AST was significantly increased the laser treatment group than the control group and the diabetic group. 3. LDH was significantly decreased the diabetic group and laser treatment group. 4. ALP was significantly increased the diabetic group and laser treatment group. 5. CHOL was significantly decreased the laser treatment group than the diabetic group. 6. TRIG was significantly increased the laser treatment group than the diabetic group. 7. CPK was significantly increased the laser treatment group than the control group and the diabetic group.

        수중운동이 아킬레스건 손상 흰쥐의 보행에 미치는 영향

        본 실험은 아킬레스건 손상 후 운동의 적용기간이 회복과정에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자, 흰쥐의 우측 아킬레스건을 손상한 후 수중운동을 적용하여 기능회복과정을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 건 손상 후 회전봉에서의 보행시간이 대조군은 9일이후, 1일군은 10일 이후, 4일군과 7일군은 8일 이후 손상 전 보행시간데 대해 유의한 차이 없이 회복하였다. 2. 4일군은 육안관찰에서 손상부위를 찾기 어려울 정도로 정상 건에 가깝게 치유된 것을 볼 수 있으며, 대조군에 비해 유착의 정도가 아주 양호한 편이었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 흰쥐 아킬레스건 손상에 대해 염증기를 지난 후 적용하는 수중운동가 건치유 과정을 촉진시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study were investigated the effects to the starting-time of the applied aquatic exercise to the functional healing phase on the Achilles tendon injured rats. The Spraque-Dawley female rats weights($246{\pm}18g$) were assigned to the four groups(24 rats), all experimental groups were able to walling training for 20 min. on the rolling bar motor before injured, one group; control group and three groups; aquatic exercise groups, The aquatic groups were derived into the first day, fourth day and seventh day groups after injuring Achilles tendon according to the levels of aquatic exercise. This studied were investigated the effects of functional healing after appling the aquatic exercising after first day, fourth day and seven days after injured Achilles tendon by the method of rolling bar-motor(Jc-35L-H/GEAR MOTOR, DC, 12V-20RPM, TAIWAN)R.O.C. and to the phase of healing phase to the Achilles tendon. After injuring Achilles tendon, the starting-times of walling on the rolling bar motor were showed from 10th day in the first day aquatic groups, after injuring, from the eight day of fourth day and seventh day aquatic groups, but those, of the all aquatic groups were not significantly showed from the ninth day after injured in the control group. There were showed healing phase without adherence like normal tissue from the fourth day group after injured to the control group. The results stewed that aquatic exercising were effected the healing phase to the injured Achilles tendon to apply exercise, after being the late period of inflammation.

        대두급여가 당뇨쥐의 혈청과 간의 단백질농도 및 효소활성에 미치는 영향

        50%의 노란생콩 및 검정생콩이 정상쥐와 당뇨쥐에 미치는 영향을 관찰하고자 체중변화, 장기중량변화, 혈청과 간의 단백질 농도 및 효소활성을 조사하였다. 체중 변화는 대조군은 58.1g 증가하였으나, 50% 노란생콩 및 검정생콩군은 각각 3.4g 및 5.0g 증가로 생콩 중 항영양소인자에 의하여 체중증가를 억제한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 당뇨를 유발한 모든 실험군은 당뇨로 인한 대사장애로 50.5~67.3g이 감소되었다. 간의 총 중량은 각 실험군이 비슷하였다. 신장의 총 중량은 대조군에 비하여 당뇨대조군과 당뇨검정콩군이 유의하게 증가하였다. 체중 100g당 간 및 신장의 중량은 대조군보다 생콩군들과 당뇨생콩군들에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 체중 100g당 비장의 무게는 대조군에 비하여 당뇨군들이 유의하게 증가되었다. 간의 단백질 농도 및 albumin 농도는 대조군에 비하여 생콩군이나 당뇨생콩군들은 유의하게 감소되었다. 혈청의 단백질 농도는 대조군에 비해 당뇨생콩군들에서 유의하게 감소되었다. 혈청내 albumin 농도는 대조군에 비해 당뇨검정생콩군에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 혈청내 GOT 활성은 대조군에 비하여 생콩군들이 감소하였다. GPT 활성은 대조군에 비하여 당뇨대조군이나 당뇨생콩군들이 증가되었다. Alkaline phosphatase활성은 대조군보다 모든 실험군에서 증가하였고, 생콩군 및 당뇨대조군에 비해서 당뇨생콩군들은 오히려 감소되었다. Effects of raw soy flour(RSY) and black(RSB) feeding on protein concentration of liver and serum, and GOT, GPT and alkaline phosphatase activities of serum in diabetic and nondiabetic rats were studied. Male rats(Sprague-Dawley), mean weight of (338.4±19.2g) were assigned to six dietary groups and fed with the assigned diet for 28 days. For each experimental, some rats were injected with streptozotocin intraperitoneally(I.P.) to induce diabets, and other rats were injected with buffer I.P. as a control group. The liver, kidney and spleen weights relative to body weigth were higher in raw yellow soy flour diet diabetes(D-RSY) and black soy flour diet diabetes(D-RSB) groups than control, but the body weights were lower than control. The protein and albumin concentrations of liver and serum were lower in D-RSY and D-RSB groups than control. The albumin concentration of serum in D-RSB group was lower than control. The GOT activities of serum in RSY and RSB groups were increased compared with control, but the GPT activities were lower in diabetic control, D-RSY and D-RSB groups than control. The alkaline phosphatase activities of serum in RSY and RSB groups were higher than control, but those in D-RSY and D-RSB groups were lower than diabetic control.

        3-Acetylpyridine에 의한 운동실조 동물모델에서 로타로드 운동과 전침이 근활성도와 혈청 BDNF에 미치는 영향

        3-Acetylpyridine(3-AP)는 아래올리브핵을 선택적으로 파괴함으로써, 소뇌 손상을 유발하는 신경독소이다. 본 연구에서는 3-AP의 투여로 운동실조가 유발된 동물모델에서 로타로드 운동과 전침이 후지의 근활성도와 혈청 BDNF에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 실험동물을 대조군, 3-AP군, 운동군, 전침군 그리고 운동전침군으로 무작위 배치하였다. 3-AP군의 최대점핑수직높이는 대조군에 비해 유의하게 감소하였고, 로타로드 운동과 전침의 적용 이후 점차 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 후지의 근활성도는 3-AP의 투여로 유의하게 증가하였고, 치료적 중재 이후 약간의 감소를 보였다. 3-AP군의 혈청 BDNF 농도는 대조군보다 유의하게 증가하였고, 운동군, 전침군 그리고 운동전침군에서는 3-AP군 보다 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 로타로드 운동과 전침은 운동실조 동물모델의 기능적 회복에 긍정적인 치료효과를 가지는 것으로 생각된다. The 3-Acetylpyridine(3-AP) induces cerebellar injury which is chemoablation of the inferior olive nucleus. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise(Ex) and electroacupuncture(EA) on muscle activity of hindlimb and serum brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in the ataxia rats by the 3-AP. 12-week-aged male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the 5 groups: Control, 3-AP, 3-AP+Ex, 3-AP+EA and 3-AP+Ex+EA groups. Maximal Height Vertical Jump(MHVJ) was significantly decreased in the 3-AP compared with control group, and it was increased in Ex, EA and Ex+EA groups than 3-AP group. The muscle activity of hindlimb was significantly increased in the 3-AP groups than control group, also it was most decreased in Ex+EA group. The concentration of BDNF of the serum was significantly decreased in the Ex, EA and Ex+EA groups than 3-AP group. The results of this study showed that dynamic exercise and electroacupuncture have a positive effect on functional recovery and in the ataxia rats by the 3-AP.

        수영과 저출력 레이저 치료가 Freund's Complete Adjuvant 유발 흰쥐의 관절염 치유에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was to find that what mechanism take effects that was Adjuvant Induced Arthritis in Sprague-Dawley rat and then treated the swimming and low power laser. Methods: Adjuvant Induced Arthritis was induced 24 Sprague-Dawley rat by the subcutaneous injection of a 0.2ml Freund's Complete Adjuvant into the right hind paw and right knee joint. Second injection used of 0.05ml Freund's Complete Adjuvant by same method. Arthritic rat were divided 3 groups; arthritic swimming group, arthritic laser group and case control group. The author performed several experimental tests which were the hind paw thickness, step length, knee joint space, activity of enzyme. Results: Hind paw thickness decreased in swimming and laser group. Left step length and knee joint space increased in swimming and laser. Conclusion: Swimming and low power laser therapy on the Adjuvant Induced Arthritis in rats does effective for the rheumatic arthritis therapy by decrease of hind paw thickness, increase of opposite side step length, increase of activity of albumin and IgG and increase of knee joint space.

        마우스 림프구증식과 GM-CSF생성에 미치는 Berberine의 효과

        본 연구에서는 berberine이 세포성 면역에 미치는 효과를 보기위하여 림프구증식과 GM-CSF생성을 보고자 하였다. 마우스 비장세포에 berberine을 작용시켰을 때 저농도에서 세포성장을 촉진함으로서 림프구증식에 자극제로서의 역할을 담당할 것으로 보인다. GM-CSF의 생성은 berberine 단독처리에 의해서 증가됨으로서 GM-CSF생성의 증가로 인한 세포성 면역반응의 상승이 예상되고 LPS나 Con A에 의한 GM-CSF의 생성을 저해함으로서 과도한 GM-CSF생성을 중간에서 차단할 것으로 보인다. 따라서 이러한 결과들은 앞으로의 추가적인 연구결과들이 있게 되면 임상에서의 면역요법과 항염증작용에 berberine이 이용될 가능성을 시사한다 하겠다. Berberine, an alkaloid initially isolated from chinese herbal medicine, has antibiotic activities against a variety of organisms including bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoans, and chlamydia. Furthermore, berberine has shown a number of beneficial effects, including anti-tumor, anti-inflammation, and vasodilatory effects. In this work we have investigated the effects of berberine on lymphocyte proliferation and GM-CSF production in mice. Mouse splenocytes were incubated with berberine and concanavalin A(Con A) to observe the effects on cell proliferation. The culture supernatants of splenocytes exposed to berberine, berberine plus LPS, and berberine plus Con A were harvested to assay GM-CSF. The cell proliferation of nice splenocytes exposed to berberine only($1{\mu}g/ml$) was increased significantly more than PBS(control) group. But the Con A-induced cell growth was inhibited by berberine. The GM-CSF production from mice splenocyte culture exposed to berberine only was increased in comparison with PBS(control) group, but the production of it with LPS or Con A was inhibited by berbeline. The present findings may explain lympocyte proliferating and regulating effects of berberine.
