신장 이식 후 재발한 국소성 분절성 사구체 경화증 치료로 사용한 Rituximab과 혈장교환술 plasmapheresis 1예

Focal segmental glomerular sclerosis (FSGS) is known to recur in 20-40% of the renal allografts with graft loss in about half of these cases. We report a successful treatment of a recurrent FSGS after kidney transplantation with rituximab and plasmapheresis. An 16-year-old patient whose primary kidney disease was FSGS developed recurrence of proteinuria after living donor kidney transplantation despite preemptive plasmapheresis and one dose of rituximab (375mg/m2). After kidney transplantation, nephrotic range proteinuria was detected. Kidney biopsy was done and showed recurrent FSGS. She undergone 11 times of plasmapheresis in the first 4 week post transplantation. In addition, she received additional one dose of rituximab (375mg/m2) on day 14. Proteinuria was decreased below nephrotic range at 37 day. Ten months later, proteinuria was at 30mg/day with excellent graft function. No significant adverse events related to rituximab or plasmapheresis were observed. Rituximab with plasmapheresis may be another option for recurrent FSGS after kidney transplantation.
인터넷 기반 장애인권 프로젝트학습 프로그램이 비장애학생의 장애인권감수성 및 장애수용태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 장애인을 바라보는 비장애학생들의 보편적 인권 의식을 높이고, 장애인의 직·간접적 차별을 감소시키기 위하여 초등학생의 수준을 고려한 장애인권프로젝트학습 프로그램을 실시하여 비장애학생들의 장애인권감수성과 장애수용태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 경기도 S초등학교 일반학급 6학년 비장애학생들이며, 중재는 창의적 체험활동 시간에 인터넷 사용이 용이한 컴퓨터실을 이용하여 주 1회 2시간씩 총 14회기 실시되었다. 연구결과, 실험집단의 비장애학생들은 장애인권감수성 및 장애수용태도에 있어 통제집단과 비교하여 유의하게 긍정적인변화를 보였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 최근 장애학생의 통합교육 환경에서의 인권침해 문제를 예방하고 장애학생의 인권을 보장하기 위하여 학교인권문화의 필요성에 대한 논의와 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제공하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of Internet-based Disability Human Rights Project Learning Program, which was designed for students without disabilities, on their sensitivity to disability human rights along with their attitudes toward disability. For this purpose, 42 students in two 6th-grade inclusive classes of S elementary school participated in this study as experimental and control groups, respectively. A special education teacher as a researcher applied the program for students in the experimental group during 14-session while a general education teacher applied regular creative experience activities for the students in the control group. The independent two samples t-test was conducted to examine impact of the Internet-based Disability Human Rights Project Learning Program on sensitivity to disability human rights among students without disabilities and their attitudes toward disability. The results of analysis in this study showed that the students without disabilities who joined in the program significantly improved sensitivity to disability human rights and their attitudes toward disability compared with those of the students without disabilities in traditional teaching-learning environment. Based on the results, this study suggested implications to develop school culture to prevent human rights violations and protect rights of students with disabilities along with limitations and directions of further study.
비정규직 노동자의 심리적 어려움에 대한 질적 연구: 근로계약 체결 반복 경험을 중심으로

본 연구는 비정규직 노동자가 고용을 유지하기 위해 ‘계약해지․재계약체결’의 근로계약 체결을 반복하는 과정에서 주관적으로 경험하는 현상을 살펴보고 이 경험이 갖는 본질과 의미를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 비정규직으로 일하며 근로계약 체결을 반복적으로 경험한 비정규직 노동자 6명을 심층면접 하였고, 수집된 인터뷰 자료를 Giorgi(2009)의 기술적 현상학 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 근로계약 체결을 반복하는 비정규직 노동자의 심리적 어려움의 경험은 6개의 구성요소와 14개의 하위 구성요소로 도출되었다. 6개의 구성요소는 ‘희망고문이 시작됨’, ‘재계약의 올무에 걸려 발버둥 침’, ‘삶으로 번지는 상대적 박탈감’, ‘근로계약이 일의 의미를 조형함’, ‘가장의 책임감은 준엄함’, ‘노조가 버팀목이 되어 내일을 만들어감’으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비정규직 노동자의 근로계약 체결 반복 경험을 탐색함으로써 비정규직 노동자의 심리적 어려움에 대한 이해와 고용불안에 대한 인식의 폭을 넓히고, 이들의 경험에 대한 깊이 있는 논의를 위한 기초를 제공함으로써 이들을 위한 전문적 조력 및 개입방안의 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the phenomenon that non-regular workers experience subjectively in the process of repeatedly signing contracts of ‘termination and renewal of contracts’ in order to maintain employment, and to derive the essence and meaning of this experience. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 6 non-regular workers who had repeatedly experienced the conclusion of labor contracts while working as non-regular workers, and the collected interview data were analyzed using the descriptive phenomenology research method of Giorgi (2009). As a result of the study, the experience of psychological difficulties of non-regular workers who repeatedly signed labor contracts was derived with 6 components and 14 sub-components. The six components are ‘hope torture begins’, ‘struggling in the snare of renewal contract’, ‘relative deprivation spreads through life’, ‘employment contract shapes the meaning of work’, and ‘the responsibility of the head of the family is strict’, appeared as ‘The union becomes a support and creates tomorrow’. This study seeks to expand the understanding of the psychological difficulties of non-regular workers and their awareness of job insecurity by exploring the experiences of non-regular workers repeatedly signing labor contracts, and to provide a basis for in-depth discussions on their experiences to provide a professional solution for them. It is meaningful in that it presents the implications of assistance and intervention measures.

The purpose of this study is to explain the development of syntactic complexity in Korean learners’ speaking. For this study, speaking tasks were carried out against 55 Korean learners(American, French, Chinese, Japanese) and the result was compared with 10 Korean native speakers. The research problem was to figure out how the syntactic complexity developed in spoken production, and the correlation between syntactic complexity and proficiency. The analysis of length complexity showed as the level of proficiency got higher, speaker produced the more clause in one AS-unit. In complexity related to sentence extension, the number of subordinate clauses per clause(AS-unit) and coordination index showed a significant linear relation with proficiency. This study found out that the syntactic complexity clearly developed between beginning level and intermediate level, and especially the number of embedded clauses in an AS-unit was an important index of syntactic complexity.

This paper has selected three specific types of writing tasks to compare: a descriptive composition, an editing task, and a text reconstruction and will attempt to analyze how much learners` ``focus on form`` differentiated. The research questions addressed in this study are as follows; Of the three types, when the pair of learners performs the writing tasks, which task takes more ``focus on form``?, When a dyad of learners performs the writing task, between lexis, grammar, and spelling, which task takes more focus on form?, When the dyad of learners solves a linguistic problem is it Interactive? Non-interactive? Between lexis, grammar, and spelling, ``editing task`` had the highest ``focus on form`` and among that it was shown that 76.67% was attached to the importance of grammar. On the other hand, ``descriptive composition`` had the most ``focus on form`` on lexis. Furthermore, the dyad of learners showed an interactive attitude when solving problems in all three types of tasks. The learners in this research confirmed that accuracy can be improved through interaction by showing the ``focus on form`` that arises in the middle of performing writing tasks.
