        신장 허혈이 토끼 신피질 절편에서 아미노산 이동에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out determine the effect of renal ischemia on amino acid transport in rabbit renal cortical slices. The animal models of renal ischemia induced experimentally by clamping the renal artery. These results were summarized as follows: 1. The uptake of amino acids lysine and ${\alpha}$-aminobutyrate(AIB), dicarboxylate succinate and organic anion PAH in cortical slices was normal or increased after 30 or 60 min of ischemia in vivo. 2. In a 30 min ischemic kidney, the slice uptake of amino acids was returned to the control level by 30 min of reflow. In a 60 or 90 min ischemic kidney, the lysine uptake was returned to the control level after of reflow, but the uptake of AIB and succinate was significantly reduced during reflow period of 30-120 min. 3. Oxygen consumption in cortical slices was increased after 30 min of ischemia but was not altered by 60 min of ischemia. This results indicat that transient ischemia caused increasing of amino acid uptake in renal cortical slices without metabolic disorder of renal proximal tubule.

        돼지 적출 신동맥에 대한 adenosine triphosphate의 영향과 Ca<sup>++</sup>의 동원

        The aims of this study were to investigate the effect of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which has been known as the neurotransmitter of nonadrenergic, noncholinergic nerves, and the source of $Ca^{\sharp}$ in the effect of ATP on the isolated renal artery of pig. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. ATP caused the contraction and the contractile responses were increased in a dose-dependent manner between the concentration of ATP $2{\times}10^{-3}M$ and $10^{-2}M$ on the isolated renal artery of pig. 2. The contractile responses induced by ATP $(5{\times}10^{-3}M)$ were not blocked by pretreatment with cholinergic receptor blocker (atropine, $10^{-6}M$), $\alpha$-adrenergic recptor blocker(phentolamine, $10^{-6}M$) or $\beta$-adrenergic receptor blocker (propranolol, $10^{-6}M$), and $H_1$-receptor blocker (pyrilamine, $10^{-6}M$) or $H_2$-receptor blocker (cimetidine, $10^{-6}M$) on the isolated renal artery of pig. 3. The contractile responses induced by ATP $(5{\times}10^{-3}M)$ were not appeared in $Ca^{\sharp}$-free medium. As the concentration of $Ca^{\sharp}$ in $Ca^{\sharp}$-free medium was increased, the contractile responses induced by ATP $(5{\times}10^{-3}M)$ were enhanced but were completely inhibited by pretreatment with $Ca^{\sharp}$-channel blocker, papaverine $(5{\times}10^{-5}M)$ or verapamil $(5{\times}10^{-5}M)$ on the isolated renal artery of pig.

        This study was carried out to determine the effect of renal ischemia on renal function and excretion of amino acid in rabbit. The animal models of renal ischemia induced experimentally by clamping the renal artery for different lengths of time. These results were summarized as follows: 1. Ischemia for 30 or 60 min produced a polyuria which is accompanied by an increase in $Na^+$ excretion. Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and p-aminohippurate plasma($C_{PAH}$) were not altered by 30 min of ischemia, indicating that transient ischemia results in a marked tubular dysfuction before a reduction in GFR or renal blood flow. 2. Reabsorption of glucose and amino acids such as alanine and lysine was markedly reduced after 30 min of ischemia, and the effect was more pronounced after 60 min of ischemia.

        Homogeneous 에미터와 Selective 에미터 결정질 실리콘 태양전지의 온도에 따른 전류-전압 특성 변화 측정 및 분석

        Solar cells exhibit different power outputs in different climates. In this study, the temperature dependence of open-circuit voltage(V-oc), short-circuit current(I-sc), fill factor(FF) and the efficiency of screen-printed single-crystal silicon solar cells were studied. One group was fabricated with homogeneously-doped emitters and another group was fabricated with selectively-doped emitters. While varying the temperature (25, 40, 60 and $80^{\circ}C$), the current-voltage characteristics of the cells were measured and the leakage currents extracted from the current-voltage curve. As the temperature increased, both the homogeneously-doped and selectively-doped emitters showed a slight increase in I-sc and a rapid degradation of V-oc. The FF and efficiency also decreased as temperature increased in both groups. The temperature coefficient for each factor was calculated. From the current-voltage curve, we found that the main cause of V-oc degradation was an increase in the intrinsic carrier concentration. The temperature coefficients of the two groups were compared, leading to the idea that structural effects could also affect the temperature dependence of current-voltage characteristics.

        STEAM 교육을 위한 로봇 콘텐츠 개발

        로봇을 이용한 교육은 학생들에게 고차원의 사고, 창의적 표현, 발견 학습의 기회를 제공하고 있다. 또한 로봇을 통해 다양한 교과 영역을 가르칠 수 있으므로 STEAM 교육에도 적합한 도구라 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 로봇을 이용한 STEAM 교육 콘텐츠를 설계하고 개발하였다. 초등학교 교과서를 분석하여 과학, 기술, 공학, 예술, 수학에서 로봇을 통해 효과적으로 전달 가능한 내용들을 추출하여 융합 콘텐츠를 설계하였다. 설계한 내용을 바탕으로 로봇을 조립하고, 프로그램하여 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 개발된 콘텐츠를 초등학교 방과 후 수업에 직접 적용하였고, 수업 후 설문조사를 통해 교과목의 이해도와 흥미도, 참여도를 평가하였다. 연구결과 로봇을 활용한 STEAM 콘텐츠 수업에서 교과내용의 이해도와 흥미도, 참여도가 높게 나타났다. 이를 통해 STEAM 교육에 로봇의 활용이 교육적 효과가 있다는 점과 개별 교과지식보다 STEAM기반의 융합형 콘텐츠를 이용한 교육의 효과가 높다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. Educational learning methods that take advantage of a robot provide opportunities for students to develop high dimensional thinking, a creative expression and discovery learning opportunity. It is also perceived as a suitable tool for STEAM systems which can be used in a variety of school curriculums. Therefore we designed and developed STEAM educational contents using robots in this study. This study analyze elementary text books and design the convergence contents from various subjects such as math, science, engineering and art through a robot. This study has developed educational materials by making a robot based on the designed contents. They have been applied to after school materials and then evaluated for comprehension, interest and participation. The results of this study have shown very encouraging evaluations from participating students. Accordingly, this study has shown that STEAM contents that take advantage of a robot have improved student participation, interests, and comprehension in the curriculums. Additionally, integrating STEAM educational content has proved more effective in contrast to being separated

        대학생의 불안정 애착, 단절 및 거절 도식과 대인관계만족, 주관적 안녕감의 관계 : 적극적 스트레스대처 방식의 매개효과

        목적 본 연구는 대학생의 불안정 애착, 단절 및 거절 도식과 대인관계만족도, 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 적극적 스트레스대처 방식의 매개 효과를 검증하고 변인들의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위해 2020년 1월에서 2020년 3월까지 서울, 경기, 충청 5개 대학의 1,100명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 회수된 1,024부 중 불성실 응답과 결측치가 있는 자료를 제거한 후 928부를 연구 분석에 활용하여 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 통해 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과, 첫째, 대학생의 불안정 애착, 단절 및 도식, 대인관계만족, 주관적 안녕감, 적극적 스트레스대처 방식은 모두 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 구조모형 분석을 통해 애착불안, 애착회피, 단절 및 거절 도식 수준이 높을수록 대인관계만족과 주관적안녕감이 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 구조모형 분석을 통해 대학생의 애착불안, 애착회피, 단절 및 거절 도식과 대인관계만족, 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 적극적 스트레스대처 방식이 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다 결론 본 연구를 통해, 대학생의 대인관계만족도와 주관적 안녕감을 위해 애착불안, 애착회피, 단절 및 거절 도식 그리고 매개변인인 적극적 스트레스대처 방식과 관련하여 보다 통합적인 이해가 필요하며, 적극적 스트레스대처 방식을 통해 대인관계만족과 주관적 안녕감을 향상시킬 수 있음을 검증하였다. 이로써 대학생들의 삶의 질과 행복감 향상을 위해 대학 현장에서 실질적인 상담 개입과 교육적 활용방안의 기초 자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. Objectives This study, we wanted to examine the mediating effect of the active stress coping strategy response method in the relationship between insecure attachment, disconnection and rejection schemas, relationship satisfaction, and subjective well-being of university students. Methods To this end, a survey of 1,100 students from five universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, and Chungcheong Province was conducted, and 928 copies were used for research analysis to analyze structural equations through SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. Results First, the research found that university students insecure attachment, disconnection and rejection schemas relationship satisfaction, and subjective well-being, and active stress coping strategy response methods all have significant correlations. Second, through structural model analysis, the higher the level of attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, disconnection, and rejection schematics, the lower the relationship satisfaction and subjective well-being. Third, the structural model analysis showed that active stress coping strategy response methods were partially mediated in the relationship between university students attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, disconnection and rejection, relationship satisfaction, and subjective well-being. Conclusions Through this study, it was verified that more integrated understanding is needed in relation to active stress coping strategy, which are attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, disconnection and rejection schematics and parameters, for relationship satisfaction and subjective well-being can be improved. As a result, it is meaningful to provide basic data on practical counseling interventions and educational utilization methods at the university site to improve the quality of life and happiness of college students.
