        유산소 운동을 병행한 근 저항성 운동이 노인 여성의 혈중 MDA 및 SOD, GPx 활성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 활성산소의 산화적 스트레스를 억제하는데 관여하는 항산화 효소계를 강화시키는 운동의 효과를 검증하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해, 65세 이상 노인 여성 12명을 대상으로 12주간 포크댄스를 통한 유산소성 운동(HRmax 50-60% 수준, 주 2회, 60분)과 탄력밴드를 이용한 근 저항성 운동(주 2회, 60분)을 실시하여 혈중 MDA 및 항산화 효소인 SOD, GPx 활성도를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 규칙적인 유산소운동을 병행한 근 저항성 운동이 항산화 효소인 SOD와 GPx의 활성도를 복합운동 전에 비해 운동 후에 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 유산소운동을 병행한 근 저항성 운동인 복합운동은 노인들의 항산화 효소를 활성화시켜 항산화계의 강화에 기여하는 것으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise(folk dance) with resistance exercise(elastic band) for 12 weeks on blood MDA concentration and SOD, GPx activities in the elderly women. The subjects consisted 12 elderly women between 65-75 years, exercise were folk dance(HRmax 50-60% levels, 60min, two per a week) and elastic band(yellow band, 60min, two per a week) program for 12 weeks. SOD, GPx activities in the before combined exercise were significantly increased than that in after combined exercise. These results show that aerobic exercise with resistance exercise program in considered to contribute enforced of antioxidant enzyme system by increased SOD and GPx activities in elderly women.

        치료레크리에이션 프로그램이 발달장애아의 신체기능 향상에 미치는 효과에 관한 사례연구

        I have conducted a case study in this study for the purpose of improving physical function by changes of task performing competence using gross&fine motor skills and coordination of children with developmental disabilities. The population of this study is four children with developmental disabilities who have age ranging from 6 years old to 8years old and go to T center. The research team are total five person who consist of a researcher, four research assistants. 12 sessions of the program have been completed once a week for 90 minutes. I have written a assessment report by using intake sheet and GRST (General Recreation Screening Tool) for assessing the population, made out SPP which focused on functional intervention service and made up 5 point scale by task analysis using individual performance sheet. Generally, it has shown that the gross&fine motor skills and coordination got to be improved from 11 th session for A child, gross&fine motor skills did from 8th session and coordination for 9th session for B child, gross&fine motor skills did from 5th session and coordination from 9th session for C child and gross&fine motor skills did from 7th session and coordination from 8th session for D child. In considering the conclusion of this study comprehensively, the therapeutic recreation program conducted for the children with developmental disabilities for 12 weeks effects positively on improvement of their gross&fine motor skills and coordination.

        신체활동이 게임중독수준에 따른 고등학생의 스트레스호르몬에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to find the effect of game addiction on stress hormone of high schoolers. We classified juniors (2nd grade) of H highschool in W city according to the level of game addiction into the groups of general users (12 persons), potential risk (12 persons), and high risk (12 Persons). We made them exercise three times in a week - for 12 weeks with 50 - 60% of intensity, and analyzed cortisol, epinephrine, and norepinephrine which are stress hormones. Regarding the levels of game addiction, we made a teenagers" internet game addiction index checklist by Korea Agency of Digital Opportunity and Promotion (2010). The subjects kept their stomachs empty while having their bloods taken before and after the exercise. Based on collected data, was technical statistics were calculated through a SPSS(18.0) program. To verify the difference among three groups, paired sample t-tests and one way AVOVA were performed. If a statistic significance were found at a=.05 level, Tukey was performed. As a result, all three groups showed decreased cortisol, epinephrine, and norepinephrine after the twelve weeks of exercise. The result of cortisol was significant at the group of general users, and there were no significant difference among the groups. The change of epinephrine was not significant for all three groups while the change was significant after the exercise. Norepinephrine was significantly decreased for all three groups as well as the result among the groups after the exercise. Therefore, it was found that exercise of 50 - 60% of intensity does not have an effect according to the levels of game addiction, but it has a positive effect on reducing stress hormone. There should be studies on the effect of exercise on teenagers who are addicted to game with many different views through the diversity of forms and period of exercise.

        규칙적인 달리기 참여자의 심혈관 기능 특징

        본 연구는 장거리 육상경기 엘리트 남자 선수와 일반남성 각 9명씩을 대상으로 운동부하 검사에 따른 이들의 심혈관 기능의 변화를 분석하여 장거리 육상 선수들의 심혈관질환 위험인자의 수준과 차이점을 비교 분석하기 위해 실시하였다. In-Body 4.0을 이용해 신체조정을 측정하였다. 트레드밀을 이용한 Bruce protocol로 운동부하검사를 실시하였으며, 심박수는 polar로, 혈압의 측정에는 수은혈압계를 이용하였다. 결과는 ANOVA, t-test를 이용해 통계 처리하였고, 이에 따른 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 심장기능과 관련해 심근부담율의 경우 장거리 집단이 일반인 집단에 비해 모두 p<.001 수준에서 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 맥압과 평균 동맥압의 경우에는 집단간 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 심혈관 조절인자 중·장거리 달리기 집단에서만 1시간 후에서 비교집단보다 유의하게 높았다. 또한, ANP의 경우 집단간 시기간 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 없었다. 이상의 결과에 비추어 보면, 운동 능력과 참가 종목 그리고 운동부하 관련 환경의 차이에 따라 심장기능에 미치는 여러 변인들의 영향력은 각기 다른 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 선수들의 경우 일반인들과는 아주 다른 심혈관계의 특성이 나타나므로 건강한 노화를 위한 특화된 프로토콜이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to identify functional characteristics of heart and blood expression of vascular regulators during rest and GXT (grade exercise test) in elite runners. For this purpose, long distance runners (LDG, n=9) and health male college students (CON, n=9) were participated in this study voluntarily. Body compositions were measured by In-Body 4.0(Bio space, Korea), Bruce protocol were used to GXT with treadmill (Quinton Co. USA) and all parameter were measured during rest and GXT. Heart rate was measured by polar and blood pressure was measured by mercury sphygmomanometer. The results are as follows; RPP were significantly lower in LDG compared to CON whereas PP and MAP were no significantly. Blood expression of NOS after 1 hour recovery were increased in LDG compared to CON. These results were suggested that i) because of the effects of selected factors to heart function were various by capacity of exercise, participating events and environments, if we select some method to test athletes, previously recommending methods to identify clinical condition of cardiovascular system (CVS) for non-athletes should be assortatively chosen, ii) we should to recognize differences of CVS between athletes and non-athletes, and specific protocol is needed to health ageing of athletes.

        태권도 일반품새와 음악품새 수행이 혈중 스트레스 호르몬 농도에 미치는 영향

        This study sought to determine the positive effect of music poomsae by investigating how the general and music poomsae training would affect the level of stress hormones in the blood of high school male students. A total of 16 high school male students aged 16-18 years and known to have no specific disease upon interviewing them about their health were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups: general (8) and music poomsae (8). The difference in the level of stress hormones in the blood before and after the experiment was tested after they were made to repeat the Taekwondo's eight signs of divination (chapters 1-8) twice at the same speed. The test indicated that the levels of Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, and Cortisol increasedin the general poomsae group after the experiment. In the music poomsae group, however, the levels of Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, and Cortisol decreased significantly after the experiment. This suggests that the music poomsae training has positive effects on the level of stress hormones in the blood.

        소년체전 육상선수들의 체력검사에 의한 주전종목 선정의 기초 연구

        본 연구는 소년체전 충북대표 남녀 육상선수들을 대상으로 단거리, 중장거리, 도약, 투척 선수군으로 니누어 종목별 기초의학검사, 기초체력검사, 심폐기능검사를 실시하였으며, 기초의학검사 항목 10개, 기초체력검사 항목 9개, 운동부하검사 항목 8개에 대한 세부종목간의 차이를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 기초의학 검사에서는 남자 선수의 경우에 체중, 신장, %비만도, 폐활량, %폐활량에서 세부종목간에 유의한 차이를 보였다(사후검정 : 체중 - 투>단, 투>도, 투>중장, 신장 - 투>중장 %비만도 - 투>단, 투>도, 투>중장, 폐활량 - 투>중장, 투>도, %폐활량- 투>중장, 투>도). 여자 선수의 경우에는 체중, 비만도, 체지방율에서 세부종목간에 유의한 차이를 보였다(사후검정 : 체중-투척>도약. 비만도-투척>중장, 투>도약, 체지방율 - 투척>중장, 투척>도약). 둘째 , 기초체력검사에서는 남자 선수의 경우 악력(사후검정 : 투>중장, 투>도약, 단>중장), 제자리높이뛰기(사후 검정 : 단>중장, 단>투)에서 세부종목간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 여자 선수의 경우 배근력(사후검정 : 투>중장, 투>단, 투>도약), 악력 , 제자리높이뛰기에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째 , 운동부하 검사에서는 남자선수의 경우 최대산소 섭취량(사후검정 : 중장>도, 중장>투), 무산소 역치 시점의 산소섭취량(사후검정 : 중장>투, 중장>단, 중장>도), 최대 운동 시간(사후검정 : 중장>도, 중장>투)에서 세부종목간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 여자선수의 경우에는 최대산소 섭취량(사후검정 : 중장>투, 중장>단), 무산소 역치 시점의 산소섭취량, 최대 운동 시간(사후검정 : 중장>투)에서 세부종목간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 넷째 , 체력지표와 세부종목과의 관계분석을 적용하여 세부종목별 특성에 맞고 신축성 있는 훈련을 실시해야 하며 세부 종목별 체력지표의 특성이 다른 경향을 보이는 선수는 세부종목을 바꿔주어야 한다. 다섯째, 소년체전 선수들의 기초훈련 프로그램 구성 시 생리학적 특성을 고려하여 상해 예방에 우선한 트레이닝 프로그램이 시행되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of physical fitness for young athletes and to identify the most appropriate sport activity for a particular individual through the results of physical fitness tests. The subjects were consisted of 25 male young athletes who were divided into four groups: four sprinter, eleven middle-long distance runner, five jumping athletes, and five throwers. The 18 female athletes were divided into 4 short runners, 4 middle-long distance runners, 4 jumping athletes, and 6 throwers. The physical fitness tests include 10 items in basic medical test, 9 items in basic physical fitness test, and 7 items in graded exercise test. The results indicated that male young athletes are significantly different the basic medical test in each group in terms of body weight, height, % relative weight, forced vital capacity, and perceived expiratory volume. It was also found that arm contraction and sargent jump are significantly different on the physical fitness test in each male athletes' group. Significant differences were revealed in VO₂max, at- VO₂, and exercise time on the graded maximal exercise test in each male athletes' group. In case of female athletes, body weight, % relative weight, and % body fat showed significant difference on the basic medical test in each group. In addition, back strength, arm contraction, and sargent jump showed significant differences on the physical fitness test in each group. And VO₂max, AT-VO₂, and exercise time showed significant difference on the graded maximal exercise test in each female athletes' group. In conclusion, it can be recommended that the identification of critical variables in physical fitness can contribute to the prediction of young athletes' appropriate sport activities. Therefore, coaches and parents need to consider suggestion and provision of the most appropriate sport activity for a particular individual by means of scientific and systematic physical fitness tests for young athletes.
