통영주변해역에 서식하는 문치가자미(Pleuronectes yokohamae)의 식성

통영주변해역에서 2010년 1월부터 12월까지 문치가자미 395개체를 채집하여 위내용물을 분석하였다. 채집된 개체 는 표준체장 10.5~38.8 cm의 체장범위를 나타내었다. 문치 가자미는 저서성 육식어류로써 주로 이매패류, 단각류, 갯지 렁이류를 섭식하였고, 그 외 약간의 유형동물류, 산호충류, 등각류, 요각류, 주걱벌레붙이류, 새우류, 게류, 거미불가사리 류를 섭식하였다. 문치가자미는 generalized feeder의 섭식전 략을 나타냈고, 체장이 커짐에 따른 주 먹이생물의 변화는 나타내지 않았으며, 먹이생물의 크기변화는 나타나지 않았다. The feeding habits of the marbled flounder Pleuronectes yokohamae were studied using 395 specimens collected from January to December, 2010, in the coastal waters off Tongyeong, Korea. The size of P. yokohamae ranged from 10.5 to 38.8 cm in standard length (SL). P. yokohamae is a bottom-feeding carnivore that consumes mainly bivalves, amphipods and polychaetes. Its diet also includes small quantities nemertians, anthozoan, isopods, copepods, tanaidacean, shrimps, crabs and ophiuroids. Our feeding-strategy graphical method reveled that P. yokohamae was a generalized feeder, with a wide niche width. P. yokohamae mainly consumed bivalves, amphipods and polychaetes, and did not show significant ontogenetic changes in feeding habit without size over 22 cm. Prey size did not increase significantly as growing fish size.

The monthly variation in species composition of fishes in the Gujora and Mangchi coastal waters in Geoje, Korea, was investigated between June 2018 and May 2019 through monthly fish collections using a gill net. A total of 46 species, numbering 410 individuals weighing a total of 96,645.0 g, were collected during the study period. The dominant species in terms of numbers were Chelidonichthys spinosus, Stephanolepis cirrhifer, Ditrema temmincki, Sillago japonica, Sebastes inermis, and Paraplagusia japonica. The number and biomass of fishes peaked in July. The peak in species diversity indices occurred in September. The cluster analysis revealed that there were four groups of fishes depending on the season. In addition, subtropical fishes were recorded in the study area, indicating the gradual subtropicalization of the coast of Geoje. Furthermore, the need to understand the changes in marine ecosystems owing to subtropicalization through continuous monitoring is emphasized.

진해만에서 동계기간 동안 자어의 분포 및 종조성에 관하여 조사하였다. 조사기간 동안 8과 12종이 출현하였고, 우점종으로는 Pholis crassispina, Clupea pallasii, Liparis tanakae, Hexagrammos otakii였다. 이들 4종은 출현한 총 개체수의93%를 차지하였다. 잠도와 칠천도 동쪽에서 높은 밀도와 종다양성을 보여, 이 지역이 진해만에서 자어의 주요 산란장인 것을 의미한다. We investigated the spacial distribution and species composition of fish larvae during winter season (January 2013~March 2013) in Jinhae Bay, Korea. During the study period, a total of 12larvae species belonging to 8 families were collected, and the dominant species were Pholiscrassispina, Clupea pallasii, Liparis tanakae, Hexagrammos otakii. These four species accounted for93% of the total number of individual collected. High density and species diversity occurred around Jam-do and eastern area of Chilcheon-do, suggesting that these areas are the main spawning ground of fish larvae in Jinhae Bay.

The diet composition of Takifugu niphobles was studied with 587 specimens collected in the eelgrass bed of Jangpyeong-ri, Tongyeong, Korea, using a seine net, monthly from May 2016 to April 2017. The standard length (SL) of the specimens ranged from 0.7 to 9.0 cm. The stomach contents analysis indicated that T. niphobles consumed mainly amphipods (%IRI: 91.0 %). In addition, T. niphobles fed on small quantities of copepods, polychaetes, insects, bivalves and crabs. T. niphobles consumed mainly amphipods over all size class. Smaller individuals (less than 4 cm SL) fed mainly on amphipods and copepods. The proportion of copepods decreased, as body size increased, whereas the consumption of polychaetes increased gradually. The seasonal variation in the diet composition of T. niphobles was significant. Amphipods were most common prey in all seasons. Copepods decreased from summer to spring gradually whereas the consumption of polychaetes increased in autumn.

The maturation and spawning of red seabream Pagrus major were investigated using 1,014 samples collected monthly from January to December of 2018, in the South Sea of Korea. Based on monthly changes in maturity stage and gonadosomatic index, the spawning period was estimated to be between April and August, with peak spawning occuring from May to June. Fecundity varied between 228,996 and 4,544,948 eggs. The relationship between fecundity (F) and fork length (FL) in this species can be expressed by the equation F=0.4869FL<sup>3.9452</sup> (R<sup>2</sup>=0.7448). Using a logistic function, the percentage of sexually mature females was estimated to be over 50% for fish with a FL of 35.3 cm.
