대학교수들의 수업행동의 중요도-실행도 인식 분석에 근거한 대학 수업컨설팅

최근 학생 역량에 대한 강화 뿐 아니라 학생교육을 위한 교수의 교육역량 훈련에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 교수의 교육역량을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로 수업컨설팅이 하나의 방법으로 사용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서울 소재 S대학에서 2016년부터 2019년도까지 수업컨설팅에 참여한 교수를 대상으로 수업컨설팅이 수업행동에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 먼저 교수가 실제 교육현장에서의 겪고 있는 어려움을 조사하고, 수업행동에 대한 중요도 인식과 실제 수업에서의 실행도의 차이를 분석하였다. 그리고 수업컨설팅 전과 후 수업행동에서의 실행도 차이를 분석함으로써 수업컨설팅의 효과성을 살펴보았다. S대학 교수는 학생들의 수준 차이와 개인별 이해정도의 차이가 서로 상이하다는 점이 가장 큰 어려움의 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 수업행동 중 수업에 대한 열의, 학생들과 상호작용, 적절한 사례설명은 중요하다고 인식하였으나, 이에 비해 실행도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그 중에서도 학생들과의 상호작용, 학생별 학습 진행 관심, 공정한 평가와 피드백의 항목은 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 수업컨설팅의 효과성에 대해서는 언어적ㆍ비언어적 표현, 학생들과 상호작용, 수업설계 및 진행, 학생별 학습 진행 관심, 자료와 매체 활용, 수업에 대한 성찰, 수업개선을 위한 교육방법 모색의 항목에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 총 10개의 항목 중 3개의 항목을 제외한 부분으로 수업컨설팅 참여 후 수업행동에 대해 긍정적인 변화가 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다. 이와 같이 수업컨설팅은 대학 교수를 위한 교육훈련의 방법으로서 효과적인 방법임을 다시 한 번 검토하였으며, 교수의 교육적 어려움과 인식을 통해 수업컨설팅이 방향이 제시되어야 할 필요가 있다. Recently, the necessity of training of the teaching competency has been raised. Accordingly, instructional consulting is used as a method to improve the educational capacity of professors. Therefore, this study analyzed the difference between the importance and practice of the teaching problem and the actual behavior in the class for the instructional consultants from 2016 to 2019 at S University in Seoul. And the effectiveness of it was examined by analyzing the difference in practice in class behavior through the consulting. The biggest difficulty of S university professors was that the difference between the level difference of students and the degree of individual understanding. Among the class behaviors, enthusiasm for the class, interaction with students, and appropriate case explanation were perceived to be important, but the practice was lower than those. Among them, there were significant differences in interaction with students, interest in learning progress by students, fair evaluation and feedback. As for the effectiveness of consulting, there were significant differences in the items of verbal and nonverbal expression, interaction with students, class design and progress, interest in learning by students, utilization of materials and media, reflection on class, and search for educational methods for class improvement. This is the part except for 3 items out of 10 items, and it can be seen that positive changes have been made in class behavior after participating in consulting. As such, it is once again considered that instructional consulting is an effective method for university professors, and it is necessary to suggest a direction of teaching consulting through the educational difficulties and perception of professors.

Casino industry is strongly identifying the human resource, which is very significant to providing positive challenge to employees; it conducts to customer satisfaction as well as employee`s job satisfaction. According to this study, it suggests that how internal marketing activities impact to employee`s job satisfaction at the domestic casino and exclusive use of foreigner casino industry. Furthermore, it proposes that desirable plan of internal marketing activities In relation to analyze, assistance of performance within colleague, the range of supervision from supervisor and reasonable salary, each factors present to some extent difference between KangWonLand and Seven Luck. The KangWonLand is slightly higher than Seven Luck Casino within job confidence and pride factor. Furthermore, from the noise of working environment, Seven Luck shows higher than KangwonLand. Consistent with this study, these organizations indicates lightly different result with internal marketing activities. To be conclude, KanWonLand and Seven Luck are landmark at the casino industry in Korea, for best performance, in terms of creating loyal employees, the organization have to focus on how to improve job satisfaction for further internal business.

Korea government had been set up the information security human resource development policy to meet the demand of industry field promptly through making new information security subject and related with security department in University in the level of total government. Korea information security education training curriculums and human resource development system have been developed by security major and security related professors in university but the its quality and demand did not meet the requirements of industries. Nowadays the security human resource development system is a keen issue, it must be developed and managed the education curriculum to adopt the demand of industry market need immediately. There fore, it is very meaningful to study the case of United States that captured 75% portions in worldwide security industry market in order to enforce the system effectively and efficiently. Korea government need to present the standard information training currriculum for the instruction, development and management of Korea information security human resource development system through studying US standard information security education curriculum development and management examples. 정부는 범정부적 차원에서 정보보호 분야의 과정 신설을 통한 인력 양성과 산업체 현장에 바로 적응할 수 있는 정보보호 인력 양성 방침을 수립하고 있다. 우리나라 정보보호 교육과정은 관련 분야 전공교수를 중심으로 협동 또는 연계 과정의 형태로 인력을 양성하기 시작하였으나, 수요나 질이 산업체의 요구에 미치지 못하고 있다. 정보보호 인력 양성이 핵심과제로 떠오르는 시점에서, 시장수요에 즉각적으로 대응할 수 있도록 정부 차원에서 정보보호 교육과정이 개발·운영될 필요가 있다. 그러므로 이를 효과적이고 효율적으로 시행하기 위하여 정보보호 산업 분야에서 전 세계 시장의 75% 이상을 점유하고 있는 미국의 사례를 살펴보는 것은 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 미국의 정보보호 표준교육과정 개발과 운영사례에 대한 분석과 우리나라의 정보보호 교육과정에 대한 비교 분석을 통하여 정보보호 인력 양성을 위한 표준교육과정의 필요성과 개발 및 운영에 대한 방안을 제시하였다.
