This study aims to analyze the relations among greenbelt, urban land surface temperature empirically in order to assess the environmental effects of the greenbelt in the Seoul metropolitan area, objectively. For this purpose, this study conducts an empirical analysis of impacts of greenbelt on urban land surface temperature using a multiple-regression model. The main data employed in the analysis include real-time air pollution data, Landsat 8-OLI Landsat imagery data, KLIS data and Jip-gye-gu data. The major findings are summarized as follows. NDVI has a negative (-) correlation with the land surface temperature, and the urban temperature is high in areas with poor vegetation. The land surface temperature is low in residential or commercial areas, while the temperature is high in industrial areas. The temperature is low in green fields, open spaces, and river areas. it is found that the urban land surface temperature is low in the greenbelt zone. In the greenbelt zone, there is an effect that reduces the land surface temperature by 1% on average, as compared to that at the center of the Seoul metropolitan area. Especially, the center of the Seoul metropolitan area, in a range from 0.6% to 1.9% of the average temperature, the temperature gets lower up to approximately 3km from the greenbelt boundary.

연구목적 : 최근 기후변화에 따라 여름철 태풍, 호우와 겨울철 대설, 한파 등의 기상재난이 증가하고 있다. 대설재난은 교통, 건물, 시설물 등에 다양한 피해를 발생시키기 때문에 신속한 대처가 필요하다. 대설재난이 도시 안전에 영향을 주고 있으나 우리나라의 대설재난 대처는 미흡하고, 정책 연구도 부족한 상황이다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 대설재난이 발생할 때 신속한 도로 제설을 위하여 제설차량과 장비에 정보 통신 기술을 활용한 사례를 분석하고, 시사점을 도출한다. 연구결과 : 도로 제설장비에 정보통신기술이 적용된 장비를 부착하면 긴급 상황시 제설차량과 장비의 위치를 파악하여 인근지역의 도로 제설을 응원할 수 있다. 결론 : 본 연구의 사례 분석은 향후 지자체 제설장비의 효율적 이용을 위해 활용될 수 있다. Purpose: Recent climate change makes weather-related disasters such as summer storms, heavy rains, winter snowfall disasters, and extreme cold temperature increase in trend. Heavy snowfall disasters requires speedy response due to various effects to traffic flows, buildings, and infrastructure. Heavy snowfall disaster response of South Korea is insufficient, even though heavy snowfall disasters affect urban safety. There have been lack of policy studies for heavy snowfall disasters. Method: This research analyzes case studies and explores implications using Information system technologies to snow removal vehicles and equipments for speedy snow removal during the heavy snowfall disasters. Results: Information system technology attachment to snow removal equipments can identify locations of snow removal vehicles and equipments for emergency period to support snow removal of adjacent jurisdictions. Conclusion: Case studies of this research can be further used for efficient application of snow removal tools of local governments.
수도권의 대규모 녹지공간이 대기오염에 미치는 영향 분석

This study aims to analyze the relations among greenbelt, air pollution empirically in order to assess the environmental effects of the greenbelt in the Seoul metropolitan area, objectively. As a result of an empirical analysis of the impacts of greenbelt on air pollution, it is found that the characteristics of the city have impacts on air pollution concentration. It is found that the population and employment are the causes of increases in CO and NO2 concentrations, and the number of employees in the manufacturers has impacts on increases of O3 and SO2, while power plants have impacts on PM10, CO and NO2. Intersections have impacts on O3 and SO2, while the areas of the roads have impacts on CO and NO2. In addition, as for the spatial distribution of air pollutants, it is found that CO and NO2 concentrations are relatively higher in the center of the Seoul metropolitan area, while PM10, O3 and SO2 concentrations are relatively higher in the suburbs. It is found that air pollution concentration is low in greenbelt zone. In the greenbelt zone, PM10, CO and SO2 concentrations are low.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the satisfaction of Korea life and attitude on sending information is influenced by the information cognition rate of Korea before influx to Korea. The method used for this study was to survey migrant workers in Busan and Kyeongnam area. The results show a tendency towards a higher information cognition when the information was acquired through manpower supply agencies and media information. In addition, among the variables of information cognition, when 'socio-economical' factor was high, the satisfaction rate of Korea life tended to be higher. Also, when the 'workplace environment satisfaction' factor was high, attitude on sending information tended to be positive. Based on those results, this study presented measures for establishing information policies, such as provision of high quality information, diversification of information route which are necessary for migrant workers.

Many scholars indicates borderless globalization, the age of openness, role increase of local instead of nation as topic of the future. Globalization of world economy bring about free migration beyond capitalist enterprise and convert to the direct competition system of the locals instead of faded meaning of the nation. In this paper, we analyzed the meaning and limitation of the super wide range economy areas that is a strategy to overcome the long-term economic stagnation of Busan. Farther the super wide range economy areas, we assert the necessity of the construction of the super wide range life-culture areas in the time frame of wide range and to achieve this, we considered the diverse strategy. The diverse strategy to construct the super wide range life-culture areas follows. First, to be able to the central role in the East-south area, Busan must develop the close cooperation with other regions and role adjustment, distributive and autonomous model. Second, intensively foster industry fit with the region's characteristics. Third, for formation of industries that can product a higher value-added business, Busan must confirm the creative talent pool. Forth, the continuous and deep concerns about the super wide range life-cultural areas. Fifth, the plan of socio-cultural exchange program persue between Busan and Kyushu by stages. Sixth, Busan need the convergence of diverse opinion from the local resident and the establishment of receptiveness about other culture.
경도인지장애 노인의 Telomere length와 알츠하이머병 위험인자 간의 상관관계 분석

This study is to prove the correlation between telomere length and Alzheimer’s disease risk factors in the e lderly with mild cognitive impairment. The subjects o f this s tudy were 4 0 elderly people aged 70 years or older who were diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment using a public health center in Sejong City. Subjects were selected as non-smokers without diabetes or cardiovascular disease. As a result of correlation analysis for each urine, there was a correlation between telomere length and IGF-1. In addition, there was a correlation between β-amyloid, one of the biggest causes of Alzheimer’s disease. In conclusion, it is considered to be able to present a method for preventing and treating Alzheimer’s disease, depending on the telomere length. However, since the variability of telomere length is very high, there is a limit to the general biomarker. Therefore, we think that we need to demonstrate greater reliability through large-scale research and tracking studies in the future.

This study aims to analyze the effect of employment of Major Conglomerate related to key industries on the employment of our key industry. To this end, the key industries were defined and the effects of local industrial factors, human factors, and local factors on employment of the key industries were analyzed in 229 local governments nationwide using multiple regression analysis. This study was carried out in the following ways: First, we review the definitions of the key industries used in this study and the prior studies related to the factors affecting the employment of the key industries. Second, identify the spatial distribution of Major Conglomerate designated by the Fair Trade Commission by their key industries. Third, using basic statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis, 229 local governments nationwide in 2010 and 2018 were able to analyze their factors on employment for each major industry and derive their policy implications for this study. The analysis shows that employment in the key industries is affected by the ratio of employment of Major Conglomerate related to the key industries, the number of industrial parks and the number of employed people in manufacturing, the GRDP, the ratio of aging, the ratio of net movement, and the proportion of workers in each company size.

오늘날 남녀노소를 가리지않는 스마트폰 중독은 가정, 조직, 사회, 국가의 심각한 문제로 자리잡고 있다. 한국정보화진흥원에서는 인터넷 중독진단 척도와 게임 중독진단 척도 개발에 이어 2011년에는 청소년용과 성인용 한국형 스마트폰 중독 자가진단 척도(S-척도)를 개발하였다. S-척도는 일상생활장애(5문항), 가상세계지향(2문항), 금단(4문항), 내성(4문항)의 4요인 4점 척도로 15문항으로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 대학생 170명에 대한 S-척도 진단결과와 자각하는 스마트폰 중독정도와의 교차분석을 통해 심각한 스마트폰 중독 정도를 알 수 있었다. 또한 가중치에 의해 일반화한 S-척도의 하위요인들의 평균과 S-척도 진단결과 및 자각하는 스마트폰 중독정도와의 상관분석을 통해 내성요인이 스마트폰 중독과 가장 밀접한 관계가 있음을 통계 프로그램인 SPSS 20을 이용하여 알 수 있었다.

Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) refers to memory deficits in excess of normal aging, but not sufficient for the diagnosis of Alzheimer`s disease (AD). Recent researches were reported changes of biomarkers, including IL-1, IL-3, IL-11 and EGF, in blood flow to improve diagnosis of MCI. In the present study, 8 subjects were recruited in our community. Two types of combined exercise program were designed: Pilates (60 min/day, 2 days/week) and walking (30 min/day, 2 days/week). Body composition (body weight, Height, BMI, fat-free mass, %body fat, WHR) and metabolic factors of blood (HDL, HDL, TG and blood glucose) were measured. And physical fitness test for elderly people was performed before and after exercise intervention. In this study, body composition and aerobic ability were not changed by exercise intervention. However, muscle endurance ability was increased (p<0.05) after 12 weeks exercise program. Also, concentrations of IL-3 and EGF (and their ratio), blood markers of MCI, were significantly improved (p<0.05) after 12 weeks of exercise program. As a result, 12 weeks of combined exercise intervention could affect positively in MCI prevention especially with changing in levels of blood cytokines.
