Due to the increase in tourism demand, the hotel industry and has grown. At this point, as 50% of the average occupancy showing relatively low levels. Future development and growth of the hotel industry in Daejeon for accurate demand forecasting and it is through the establishment of an effective strategy required. In this study, from January 2006 to December 2012 sales of hotel rooms in Daejeon was conducted through demand forecasting. Through the introduction of a variety of techniques to show more accurate demand forecasting method were studied. Winters additive studies with the highest MAPE value (6.610) was shown. Hotel practitioners need to more accurate demand forecasting and strategic planning in the room occupancy through a mix quantitative method (Winters addictive method) and qualitative methods(By Experts)
