        예비초등교사 대상 식생활교육프로그램의 효과 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 예비 초등교사를 대상으로 교양강좌용 식생활교육 프로그램을 개설하여 적용하고 식생활 능력과 식생활 교육소양 점수에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. J교대 1학년생 24명을 대상으로 2016학년도 2학기 중 실시하였고, 자기보 고식 사전·사후 설문 조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며, PC용 SPSS 패키지프로그램에 의한 기술통계 및 대응표본 t-검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 식생활교육 프로그램 적용 전과 후의 예비초등교사의 식생활 능력 점수의 전체 평균 차이를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 향상을 보였으며, 식품선택, 식사준비, 영양관리, 지속가능한 식생활, 자기평가 등 5개 하위영역 모두에서 통계적으로 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 둘째, 식생활교육 프로그램 적용 전과 후의 식생활 교육소양 점수의 전체 평균 차이를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 향상을 보였으며, 하위 영역인 기초, 환경, 건강, 배려, 교육 영역에서도 통계적으로 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 셋째, 예비초등교사의 주관적 진술을 통한 질적 평가 결과 역시 예비초등교사 대상 식생활교육프로그램의 적용을 통한 식생활 능력과 식생활 교육 소양 점수의 향상 효과를 뒷받침해주는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyze effectiveness of dietary life education program applied for prospective elementary teachers. It was developed as an undergraduate liberal education curriculum focucing food and dietary life education literacy. It was applied to 24 freshmen in the course of ‘Dietary Life Education for Children’ developed for students’ own managing healthy diet lifelong and preparing educational literacy in elementary school later. It was conducted for 2 hours per a week with main themes about nutritional contents, educational literacy, special lecture, and practical activities simultaneously in groups during second semester in 2016. It was developed two scales for measuring their dietary life and educational literacy with each 5 subcategories. There were food choice safety, meal preparation, nutritional management, awareness of sustainability, and self-evaluation in scale 1 : Dietary life literacy. Then, there were basic, environmental, healthy diet, appreciating consideration, and competency for education in scale 2: Dietary life education literacy for self-reported pre and post questionnaires to evaluate their scores. It was analyzed by descriptive statistics and paired sample t-test through pc SPSS package program. The results of this study were as follows. It showed statistically significant improvements for the most part between pre and post scores of Means in their dietary life and dietary life education literacy except only two subcategories. Finally, it was qualitatively supported the improvement of dietary life and education literacy in this study by classifying their subjective expressions.

        초등교사의 직무에 대한 중요도 및 수행 능력의 인식 분석

        The purpose of this study was to verify elementary school teachers’ recognition on importance and competencies of tasks consisting of job of elementary school teachers. 138 teachers answer the questionnaire to contain items on recognition of importance and competencies of 80 tasks (in 9 duties) of job of elementary school teachers. The scale of 5-Likert step was used. The results of this study were as followings: First, the means of importance of tasks consisting of job of elementary school teachers from 3.08 to 4.44.The tasks were relatively high such as, ‘giving the counsel to students’(M= 4.33), ‘observing the school life of students’(M = 4.35), ‘taking charge of his/her class’(M= 4.36), ‘analyzing the textbook contents’(M = 4.38), ‘taking the safety education’(M = 4.44). And statistic difference between man and woman teachers on importance of tasks was in 14 tasks. Second, the means of competencies of tasks consisting of job of elementary school teachers from 2.67 to 4.22.The tasks were relatively high such as, ‘investigating the relationships of students’(M = 4.01), ‘taking the safety education’(M = 4.12), ‘taking charge of his/her class’(M = 4.22), And statistic difference between man and woman teachers on capabilities of tasks was in 29 tasks. Third, the educational needs on tasks was from -0.84 to 2.71, 39(48.8%) tasks were above 1.0.

        초등 교사 양성 교육을 위한 실과교육학 필수 과목 강의 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the conditions of required courses in practical arts for prospective elementary teacher education. To achieve the purpose of this study conducted: 1) to compare the overall required courses in practical arts for prospective elementary teacher education and 2) to compare the conditions of the required courses after dividing them by academic field. The research targeted the overall required courses in practical arts departments of 10 nationwide universities of education, teachers college of Jeju University, and the elementary education department of Korea National University of Education and Ewha Women’s University. For data analysis, the academic fields were primarily categorized into subject matter education and subject contents knowledge(home economics, technology studies and agricultural science studies). The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, according to the comparison and analysis of the overall required courses by university, there were differences in the number of courses and credits. Second, according to the comparison between the academic fields(practical arts education, home economics, technology studies and agricultural science studies) are not balance the number of the theme in required courses . According to the results of this study, we will develop the new lecture standards for required courses in practical arts for prospective elementary teacher education. 이 연구의 목적은 전국교원양성대학교에서 실과교육학 필수 과목이 어떻게 운영 되고 있는가에 대한 실태를 분석하는데 있다. 구체적인 연구 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전국 교원양성대학의 실과 필수 과목 전체 강좌를 비교한다. 둘째, 실과 교육 학 학문 영역별로 구분하여 필수 과목 운영 실태를 비교한다. 이 연구의 대상은 전국 10개 교육대학교와 제주대학교 교육대학, 한국교원대학교와 이화여자대학교 초등교육과의 실과교육학 필수 과목이다. 교원 양성 대학의 실과교육학 구조는 일반적 으로 교과교육론과 교과내용학 3영역(가정, 기술, 농업)으로 대별되어 있었다. 초등 교원양성대학교마다 실과교육학 필수 과목의 강의 주제가 다른 점을 감안할 때, 전국 초등교원양성대학교에 공통적으로 적용할만한 실과교육 필수 과목 강의 표준안을 새롭게 개발할 필요가 있을 것이다.

        국내 대학원 실과교육전공 박사과정의 교육과정 분석

        이 연구는 실과 교육학의 구조에 기초하여 일반대학원과 교육전문대학원 박사과정 실과교육전공 교육과정을 분석하고 교육과정 개선 방안을 도출하는 데 목적이 있었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 실과교육학 관련 문헌 고찰과 대학원 요람 및 교육과정의 내용 분석에 기초하였다. 박사과정 교육과정 분석을 통해 얻은 시사점을 기초로 초등실과교육전공 박사과정의 교육과정 개선 방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 박사과정 개설의 목적과 목표를 구체적으로 서술하여 제시할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 일반대학원과 교육전문대학원 박사과정의 교육과정 구성을 차별화할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 내용론적 이해, 메타적 이해, 교육론적 이해의 영역에 대해 누락되지 않고 고르게 교육과정을 구성할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 박사과정 교육과정에서 다양한 과목 개설로 수강생의 과목 선택권을 확대할 필요가 있다. 추후 초등실과교육전공 박사과정 개설과 교육과정 개정을 준비할 경우 보다 엄밀한 선행 연구 분석, 기존에 개설된 대학원의 박사과정 교육과정 분석과 실과교육학의 학문적 구조에 따른 과목 개설과 교육과정 개정이 필요할 것이다. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, according to the comparison and analysis of the overall required courses by university, there were differences in the aim and objective. Second, according to the comparison between the academic fields(practical arts education, home economics, technology studies and agricultural science studies), meta understanding, and subject matter education are not balance the number of the subject in required courses. According to the results of this study, we will develop the new lecture standards for required doctoral courses in practical arts education major.

        청소년의 성교육을 위한 기초연구

        The purpose of this study is to survey middle school students' awareness of sexuality and relationships with the opposite sex. The students need to have at their disposal basic resources on sexuality education and an established and systematic curriculum. To achieve this result, questionaires were distributed to 640 students who were chosen randomly in three middle schools in Seung-ju Goon and Goo-rye Goon in Chonnam area, 573 questionaries were used for the final analysis. The results were as follows: In the area of awareness of sexuality, male students regarded sex more positively than female students. It also showed that 19.9% of male students and 17.6% of female students were not aware of their virginity. Male students said they felt sexual impulses most when they saw naked women, and secondly, by sex magazines. This indicates students are motivated mostly by outside influences. There is a considerable gap in the degree of sexual knowledge between male and female according to their school year and father's education level. However, little difference is seen according to student's family circumstance, father's job, and student's religion and vise versa. School restrictions were so severe that 48.2% of boys and 47.1% of girls said that schools paid little attention to their needs. The school restricted rather than permitted relationships with opposite sex. Most of the students revealed a dissatisfaction with the school sexuality education program. Because of confucianism, Korean society has a negative attitude towards sexual activity including sexual education in the schools. 56.8% of male students and 81.4% of females students wanted female teachers to be their sexuality education teachers or advisors rather than male teachers, and 44.8% of male students and 51.2% of females students wanted to receive sexuality education in their Home Economics classes. Materials for sexuality education were considered most effective through videos and audio-visuals. As a result, this survey showed that there appeared to be a great need for a sound, effective, and sensitive sexuality education curriculum in the middle schools for teenagers. It should be conducted in such a way that the teenagers will learn about their sexual needs, their gender differences, and understand and know how to conduct themselves in today's society sexually.

      • 일부 지방공무원의 건강증진활동 실태에 관한 연구

        Nowadays, the main causes of death for Korean are the chronic degenerative diseases. The stiologic factors of the diseases are complicated and usually unknown. The most effective preventive measures are the promotion of health condition To prevent of those diseases, the Korean government officially announced the Law of Health Promotion in January of 1995. This study is planned to find out the actual conditions of health promontion activities for the local public services employees. The data were collected by questionnaires. The content or queationnaires were general characteristics types and freqencies of health promotion activities. SAS-PC was used for the statistical analysis. The results were as follows ; ① The total number of subjects were 200.100 in Kangnung and 100 in Seoul ② The mean age was 38.1 years old 67.0% were married and the mean employed years was 14.6 years. ③ Only 25.5% of the respondents replied that their health conditions were good, 59.5% replied their unhealthy condition and 14.5% had chronic diseases. ④ 26.5% did regular physical exercises and the main cause of not doing physical exercises were lack of time and not wanting. ⑤ 42.5% were current smokers and 68.5% were current alcohol drinkers. ⑥ Most of civil service empliyees are acquaintant with government policies and they are the examples of citizen. So it is important to educate the public service employees on health promotion for the health promotion of people.
