This study confirmed that dance instructors`` emotional leadership doesn‘t directly affect on dance sustained participation intention, but affects positively on passion and burnout. Thus, those students highly acknowledging dance instructor``s emotional leadership level of performance brings more passion to the lecture with less burnout. therefore, positive effect on dance sustained participation intention was verified. This result explained that students would be more attracted to dance lecture with continuous interest when the dance instructor brings leadership that can resolve issues and touches students`` emotions by catching students`` thoughts or suggestions.

프로축구선수단의 동계체력훈련이 프로축구선수의 체력 특성에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 국내 정상급의 일 프로축구단에서 매년 지속되어온 동계훈련 프로그램 전·후에 선수들의 체력을 평가함으로써 그 효과를 구명(究明)하고, 바람직한 훈련방법을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 우수 프로축구단의 선수를 대상으로 동계훈련 전·후의 축구관련 체력특성을 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 기초체력의 검사 결과, 체력훈련 후 체후굴(유연성)과 배근력에서 향상되었고, 체전굴(유연성), 서전트 점프, 전신반응력에서는 변화가 없었다. 심폐지구력 결과, 체력훈련은 젖산역치와 젖산역치수준에서의 심박수에는 변화는 없었으나, 심폐지구력이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 신체구성은 체력훈련 후에 체중의 변화는 없었으나, 지방량은 감소하고 제지방량(근육)은 향상하였다. 그러나 무산소파워 능력과 근력 및 근파워 능력 그리고 젖산역치에는 변화가 없었다. 이상의 결과, 신체구성과 최대산소섭취량에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타난 현재의 훈련프로그램 외에, 근력 및 근파워와 무산소파워 능력을 증진하는 고강도 체력훈련프로그램이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 이와 같은 고강도 체력훈련프로그램을 함께 적용함으로써, 프로축구선수들의 체력과 경기력을 향상할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of preseason soccer training on performance-related physical fitness in professional soccer players. Twenty-six professional soccer players, aged 24±3.8yr, participated in the present study. The six-week physical training program were performed. Flexibility, Sargent jump, reaction time, maximal oxygen uptake, lactate threshold, the Wingate anearobic power, and isokinetic muscle strength were tested before and after physical training. There was a significant increase in maximal oxygen uptake from 58.2±9.7 to 67.3±9.1 mlO2/min/kg (P<.001) after training program. However, lactate threshold was not reached enough to effectively play high-level soccer, even though lactate threshold was increased from 40.8±6.4 to 48.7±6.2mlO2/min/kg (P<.001). In the change of body composition, body fat mass decreased from 10.0±2.8 to 8.1±2.1kg (P<.001) and body fat free mass was increased from 65.9±3.9 to 67.4±3.7kg (P<.001) with no change of body weight. There were no differences in anaerobic capacity, maximal muscle strength, muscle power, muscle endurance, reaction time, and agility. In conclusion, these results suggested that the present preseason soccer training was effective on endurance capacity and body composition, but not effective on muscle strength and anaerobic capacity. Therefore, there was needs on development of effective physical training program for muscle power and anaerobic capacity.

공공 공연장 CEO의 리더 스타일이 품질경영 활동과 경영 성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 문화예술 분야의 공공 공연장 CEO의 리더 스타일이 품질경영 활동과 경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 보고로 리더 스타일에 따른 영향력의 차이를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 165개의 전국 공공 공연장의 최고경영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 98개의 유효 응답에 대한 설문 분석을 실시하여 가설을 검정하였다. 검정 결과 첫째, 과업 지향형?변화 지향형 리더 스타일이 품질경영 활동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 관계 지향형 리더 스타일은 품질경영 활동에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 공공 공연장 CEO의 품질경영 활동은 공연장의 경영 성과인 재무성과와 시장성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 과업 지향형과 변화 지향형 리더 스타일은 경영 성과에 영향을 미치지만, 품질경영 활동을 통한 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 관계 지향형 리더 스타일은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 결과는 공공 공연장 CEO의 리더 스타일이 과업 지향형일 경우와 변화지향형일 경우에만 경영성과에 긍정적 영향을 미침을 의미하는 것으로, 공공 공연장 CEO들은 이와 같은 결과를 참고하여 리더십을 발휘해야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 또한 품질경영 활동은 경영 성과에 많은 영향을 미치므로 지속적인 품질경영 활동에 노력을 기울여야 한다는 점도 시사하고 있다. 본 연구는 전국의 공공 공연장 CEO를 직접적 연구 대상으로 한 점과 리더 스타일에 따른 영향력 차이를 규명하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the leadership style of a CEO of a public performing arts theater to the quality management and business performance, with a focus on the differences by the leadership styles. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with the CEO of 165 public performing arts theaters in country, from whom 98 valid replies were collected for analysis and further validation of hypothesis of this study. The validation revealed that, first, the task oriented and change oriented leadership provided positive influences to the quality management activities, while relations oriented leadership failed to do so. Secondly, the quality management activities by the CEOs of the public performing arts theaters had positive correlations with the financial performance and market performance, which are part of the business performance indices of a performance art center. Thirdly, while the task oriented and change oriented leadership styles did have influences over the business performance; it was revealed that the quality management activities wielded only indirect influence toward such elements. The relations oriented leadership style appeared to fail to influence with significance. Such results as above show that only the task oriented and change oriented leadership style of a CEO in a public performing arts theater had positive influences over the business performance, with an implication that the CEOs of such facilities shall keep this in mind and exercise such leadership styles. In addition, another implication of this study was that it is also important to give efforts to the quality management activities, which turned out to influence the business performance significantly. The implication of this study is that the study was conducted with direct participation by the CEOs themselves of public performing arts theaters in country and an examination was made to see the differences by leadership styles.

무용교육의 연구 동향분석

The purpose of this study is to criticize the current situation of dance education in Korea that the dance education is only a part of physical education and to debate the direction of enhancement and improvement for the future art education in Korean schools by analyzing and generalizing the past studies about art education, because nowadays the Korean art education faces a new challenging goal that the art education should be a requirement to cultivate a competent person in global and information-oriented society. To reach this goal, I could find the following conclusions by analyzing the past studies and scientific journals which are recognized and given the ISSN(International Standard Serial Number) from KRF(Korean Research Foundation) in 2008. I also placed limit upon 165 articles among them and investigated the trend of art education studies by calculating the frequency and percentage of the titles, subjects, methods, and objectives of those articles: First, the studies for the Korean school dance education were published 57 articles in KDES(Korea Dance Education Society)(34.3%), 30 articles in KAHPERD(Korean Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation,and Dance) (18.1%), and 22 articles in Korean Society of Dance(13.3%). Secondly, the objectives of the studies consisted of students(61 articles, 37.0%) and teachers(24articles, 14.5%). Thirdly, the methods of the studies were made up literature study (58 articles, 35.2%), research study(46 articles, 27.9%), qualitative research(35articles, 21.2%) Fourthly, the subjects of the studies composed dance professors-learning (77 articles, 44.2%), the procedure of dance education(61articles, 37.0%), etc(24 articles, 12.1%), and dance teacher(11 articles, 6.7%). Even if there are lots of difficulties in situation that dance education is not independent to other physical education, I think that the future of school dance education in Korea is hopeful as long as the increase of studies and the needs for the dance education persist.

무용학원의 온라인 마케팅이 브랜드 이미지, 신뢰, 수강의도에 미치는 영향

This study aims to explain and empirically examine the effects of online marketing (SNS and viral) on brand image, brand credibility, and enrollment intention, as perceived by the consumers, among the dance academies currently located in Seoul and metropolitan areas. The subject of this study was the students enrolled in dance academies within the regions of Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Honam. A survey was conducted over the period of approximately 45 days, from September 1st 2016 to October 15th 2016, and the total number of collected valid data was 445. The hypothesis testing was done based on these collected valid data, and the statistical analysis of this study was as follows. In this study, the set variables of viral marketing, SNS marketing, brand image, and brand credibility were all shown to have an effect on the enrollment intention. Furthermore, the correlation between these influential factors were shown to be high, so more strategical efforts are determined to be needed in the operation of dance academies. The implications of this study is that in the operation of dance academies under limited resources and efforts, SNS and viral marketing is determined to be a very useful tool for marketing.

국내 국,공립 무용단체의 SNS(Social Network Service) 활용 현황 분석

This study is aimed at seeking to establish methods for national dance company to play an effective marketing role by analyzing the practical use of SNS and identifying the problems. The research results show that 12 dance companies among national·public dance companies were running SNS, and they have utilized SNS since 2010, with facebook used much more than anything else. In addition, national dance companies are using SNS much more than provincial·city dance companies, showing high involvement in SNS activity and communication and online articles.

초등학생의 무용흥미 수준, 유능감과 내적동기의 관계: 군집분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships amongst elementary school students` interest, perceived competences, and intrinsic motivation in dance classes. 379 children were participated in this study. A cluster analysis was conducted to identify the levels of dance interest among children. A series of one-wat MANOVA was employed to examine the cluster profiles for differences on perceived competence and intrinsic motivation. The results of cluster analysis indicated that three significant profiles were identified and labeled as follows; Cluster 1 moderate in dance interest, Cluster 2 high in dance interest, and Cluster 3 low in dance interest. The results of MANOVA revealed that Cluster 2 was highest on the perceptions of cognitive, social, and physical competences than other clusters. Also Cluster 2 was higher in fun/effort levels, but lower in tension compared with other clusters. In conclusion, children who experienced strongly positive emotion and satisfied in dance classes would much more perceive their cognitive, social, and physical competence, as well as autonomous intrinsic motivation and behaviors.

ICT기반 노인건강 증진을 위한 무용 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 제언적 연구

급격한 고령화 사회로 다양한 노인문제가 나타나고 있다. 특히, 노인건강의 문제는 사회-경제적 부담으로 작용되고 있다. 이러한 노인건강증진을 위한 방안으로 ICT기술과 결합된 다양한 콘텐츠 개발과 실생활 적용을 통해 많은 노인들이 쉽고 편리하게 활용할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어져야 한다. 우리나라의 경우 지난 2010년 이후 스마트 폰의 보급과 사용을 통해 다양한 연령층의 건강 증진 혹은 유지를 위한 다양한 콘텐츠가 제공되고 있으나, 노인을 위한 콘텐츠는 그 양과 질이 매우 빈약하다. 따라서 본 연구는 ICT기반 노인건강증진을 위한 콘텐츠 개발의 일환으로 신체움직임을 통한 무용을 활용하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 방법은 국내 학회지 및 학위논문(석, 박사)의 연구주제, 연구기간을 바탕으로 하고 노인복지 관련 선행연구동향, ICT기반의 노인관련 선행연구동향, 노인을 위한 무용프로그램에 대한 선행연구동향을 분석하였고 이를 바탕으로 무용콘텐츠 개발과 활용방안에 대해 제시하고자 하였다. The rapid progress of aging society gives rise to a variety of problems of the aged. In particular, the health issue among the elderly poses a socio-economic burden on our society. In a bid to promote the health of the elderly, development and application of various contents linked with the ICT technology to our daily life and ways to facilitate their use among the elderly should be sought. Korea has provided a variety of contents designed to promote or maintain health of people of various ages through the wide spread and use of smart phones since 2010 but there has been a severe lack in contents for the elderly in terms of their quantity and quality. Against this backdrop, this study aims to utilize dance characterized by physical movements and bodily expressions as part of developing ICT-based contents for health promotion of the elderly. This study has adopted a number of research methodologies, including analysis of preceding researches into elderly welfare based on the research topics and periods of from domestic academic journals and academic theses (master’s, doctoral), ICT-based preceding researches into elderly affairs, preceding researches into dance programs for the elderly, based on which I intend to present a proposal on the development and use of dance contents.
