주변토지등급을 고려한 토지적성평가결과 비교 분석

토지적성평가는 도입 이후 토지의 합리적인 평가방안을 제시하였음에도 불구하고 그 평가지표의 경직성이나, 전국적으로 일률적인 기준적용 등으로 인하여 지역특성을 고려하지 못하는 한계를 가지며(김인현 외, 2009), 평가결과 또한 개발적성과 보전적성의 조화를 이루지 못하고 대부분 개발적성등급인 4등급 이하로 판별되어 변별력 또한 크게 떨어지는 것으로 판단된다. 토지를 효율적으로 보전하고 활용하기 위해서는 집단화 되어 있어야 하지만, 토지적성평가시 인접된 필지의 특성에 대한 고려가 부족하여, 농업적성 및 보전적성 내에 개발적성등급이 나타나는 등 평가결과가 이산화 되는 문제점이 발생하여 토지적성평가결과를 이용한 관리지역세분화에 어려움이 예상된다. 본 연구에는 적성평가시 주변토지등급을 고려하기 위한 방법으로 행위자기반모형(ABM)을 이용하였으며, 이를 위하여 각 필지를 다른필지와 인접하는 매트릭스구조로 분류하고, 각 필지의 등급별 점수표를 도출하여, 대상필지 적성등급선정 시 인접한 필지의 등급을 고려하여 등급이 결정되도록 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 행위자기반모형(ABM)이란 구체적인 행위자 수준에 초점을 맞추어 작은 가상세계를 구현하는 모형으로, 대상 시스템의 구성 주체들을 면밀히 관찰하여 주요한 속성과 행동규칙을 추출해내고, 이를 기반으로 직접 상호작용을 하도록 모의하는 기법으로 개별적인 특성의 변화를 파악하고자 할 때 주로 활용되고 있어 토지적성평가결과를 기반으로 주변토지간의 상관관계를 이용한 개선방안을 마련하고자 할 때 효과적일 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 주변토지등급을 고려한 토지적성평가결과와 현 토지적성평가결과를 비교하여 문제점을 분석하고 그에 따른 효율적인 토지이용을 위한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다.

입교교육의 교육적 가능성에 관한 연구

Although confirmation in the Korea's protestant churches is regarded as one of the important church ceremonies, the meaning or value of its existence is vague. The religious reformists only recognized baptism and eucharist among the 7 holy ceremonies that have been held by Roman Catholic Church. However, they did not deny educational significance and value of confirmation. They actually viewed confirmation as very important and valuable in terms of education to be constantly carried out by church, unless the confirmation is not misunderstood as a holy ceremony. The Korean protestant churches in Korea, however, have managed to maintain the formality of confirmation as a ceremony, overlooking the educational significance of confirmation. Such a confirmation issue is one of the major tasks to be tackled by the Korean protestant churches. As a first step to resolve the task, a historical investigation on the origin and development of confirmation has been attempted in this study. If a debate on the confirmation issue is to be properly carried out, how the current confirmation ceremony has been shaped, namely the historical root of the confirmation issue should be explicitly revealed. The basically confirmed matter here was as follows as W Maurer expressed: “Konfirmation(Confirmation) has been constantly in the symbol of Taufe(baptisrn) from the start and during its long history, and it has gradually grown from the teaching of baptism and baptism ceremony.” Subsequently, the educational structure of Korean churches that do not see any alternative other than the German churches, which make a great effort to resolve an important task of churches to hand ever faith to the next generation, and the educational system of church school is comparatively described. Through such comparative study, we can draw a lesson that the confirmation, which has never been noticed by the Korean churches, not only in the ceremonial aspect but also from the educational perspective, can be the field of huge opportunity in education for youth. That is, through the study, educational possibility of confirmation education can be noticed. The situations of life have been expanded along with history, in line with which, the educational scope and methods have been expanded and deepened as well. The church education should expand and deepen the understanding on the educational field in the future. The reason is because the awareness of educational field change becomes the outlook of education towards the future. The Korean churches stand in front of a pivotal task to hand over faith to the next generation, and they need to pursue new educational field and methods to most effectively conduct such a task. The Korean churches may find the educational field and methods that can be most suitable to such a purpose from the educational system, which has been traditionally regarded important by the Western churches, namely from the confirmation education.

지식기반 농업정보시스템 구축을 위한 농민 정보화 실태 및 지식수요 조사

Agricultural information was discussed for suggesting tasks and solutions of knowledge based information system. States of agricultural information systems in rural development administration were described and problems and tasks were summarized in knowledge needs survey of farmers who have to decide many alternatives for farming. Hard to access information are soil state, disease and insect pest. Important information in agriculture are water, soil fertility, soil physical property, and accessibility from main road. In conclusion, knowledge based agricultural information system can be developed based on surveyed needs.

OASIS : IP 기반의 대규모 광역 스토리지 시스템

본 논문은 한국 전자통신연구원에서 개발하고 있는 IP 기반의 대규모 광역 스토리지 시스템에 관한 논문이다. OASIS는 IP 네트워크 상의 수백~수천 명의 동시 사용자를 효과적으로 지원하고 또한 네트워크 스토리지 서비스를 WAN 범위까지로 확대 시키는 것을 목적으로 하는 스토리지 시스템이다. 이를 위해 IP 기반 스토리지 연결망 기술과 객체 기반 스토리지 기술 그리고 클러스터 기반 서버 구조 기술을 활용한다. 본 시스템은 특히 FTTH, WiBro 등 차세대 통신망의 도입에 따라 점차 현실성을 얻어가는 IP 기반 스토리지 서비스에서 대규모 스토리지 서비스를 위한 목적으로 활용될 수 있다. In this paper, a large-scale, wide-area storage system based on IP is proposed which is under development. OASIS is a storage system enforced with very high-scalability up to hundreds and thousands of clients over IP network, and it is able to extend the service to the wide area network. For this purpose, we adopt an storage interconnection technology based on IP, the object based storage technology and a clustered server architecture which provides high-scalability and availability to our system. This system can be utilized to provide network storage service which gains more reality with the incoming FTTH and WiBro services.

가톨릭교회의 견진례와 견진 준비교육과정에 관한 연구 : 독일 가톨릭교회를 중심으로

This study has reviewed the meaning and the history of confirmation ritual from the perspective of Roman Catholic Church, preparation process for confirmation ritual-content and goal of confirmation preparation course, teaching-learning method, the main venue of the teaching, the period and the intensity of the education, major programs and post programs- in details. Consequently, it reviewed the process and the order of the confirmation ritual, its formal and symbolic behaviors and the theological meaning of those behaviors. Finally, it summarized various characteristics, new tendencies and problems related to confirmation proxies. I would like to summarize educational insights acquired from the confirmation proxies of Catholic Church among various facts revealed from the review process. First, Catholic Church amended the confirmation ritual text so that the people who are participating in the ritual can understand the text more clearly and participate in it actively. It is very important to realize the importance of making the symbolic behaviors and the speech of the ritual easy to be understood and to help people to participate in it more actively in religious education. Second, according to the confirmation ritual of Catholic Church, there is conspicuous relationship between the confirmation of Catholic Church and entrance process of Christianity. It is shown clearly in the behavior and speech of the confirmation ritual and the process itself. It is very important to show its historical meaning and the content included in the ritual through behaviors and speech in the education of the rituals. Third, although there are many similar aspects between the confirmation ritual of Catholic Church and entrance ritual of Protestant, there are many differences in the meaning and the value of those two rituals in each church. However, they are same in that the church realizes its educational opportunities and necessities. Fourth, the tradition of guardianship is new to the Christianity. The Catholic Church selects God Father and God Mother during the confirmation process, those who make confirmation -mostly youths- come to church with their God Father and God Mother and those God Parents help them spiritually even after the confirmation throughout their lives. Christianity needs to pay attention to the value and usefulness of the guardianship (god parents). Finally, Catholic Church introduces various teaching-learning methods during the Confirmation Preparation Process to make them experience the religious faith in actual life and internalize it as a life style of the youths who finished Confirmation. It gives many implications to Korean Churches that do not perceive the entrance as the opportunity to educate the people and do not provide educational courses for Entrance. Korean Churches should perceive the Entrance as the importance opportunity to educate the children and the youths and to succeed their religious faith to the next generation and try to utilize it actively.

죽음과 기독교교육 : 죽음을 통한 삶의 의미를 교육하기

Human beings cannot be objective or ask cool questions on their own deaths. Death cannot be explained. It still remains as the issue that cannot be overcome. In other words, death or mortality is too big issue for human beings to discuss or overcome. However, the faith of resurrection cannot be achieved by turing it away but by facing and overcoming it. In other words, the hope and the faith of resurrection needs the proper explanation of death. Social and cultural preconditions of the modern times cannot help people -especially children and youths- to overcome death. They rather make people more frightened and obscured. Death is getting more tabooed in this time. Half century ago, death was more familiar to us than now. It could not be denied simply. At that time, sexual related things were tabooed and people were hesitant to speak about sexualism. Now it is opposite. Sexual things are openly discussed but death is not the discussion item any more. People are very cautions or hesitant to mention death. It shows the place of death in this modern society; it does not have importance and becomes a peripheral thing. Today, in most cases, death cannot be found in public area and it becomes very personal. The last moment of life is spent in the hospital and the dead are handed over to the institutions or agencies that take care of funeral on behalf of the family. Therefore most of people get knowledge on death from books, criminal movies and reports on the war. Here death is not a genuine or personal experience any more. Therefore we meet death of a family member suddenly not being prepared. People do not know what to do and how to respond to it. The biggest problem is people do not know how to overcome this event of death. The prerequisite of Christian education related to death is to make people relate with death. We can do this by providing them with a medium to see the death letting them see the death in the horizon of resurrection and by speaking about death. Without being conscious of death, people cannot be wise and they cannot live a life properly. It is very difficult problem to understand death even to adults. Therefore they cannot help their children with this issue and children are usually put aside during the funeral. They become obstacles and make their parents at a loss feel more uncomfortable. However, from the perspective of Christian education, it is desirable to let them participate in funeral such as seeing the last moment of the dying family, placing the dead body in a coffin, carrying the coffin out of the house and lowering the coffin in the grave. Through this process, children do not lose the dead suddenly at a moment but they accompany them to the grave. When children experience the death thoroughly they can get insight on the relation between death and life and the faith in resurrection can be sought after more earnestly.

데이타베이스 관리 시스템은 성능 향상과 무결성을 보장하기 위하여 자체적인 저장 관리자를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 인하대학교에서 관계 데이타베이스 관리 시스템인 KORED와 지리 정보 시스템을 위한 KORED/GEO의 하부에서 저장 장치의 관리를 수행 하기 위한 저장 관리자인 KORED/STORM을 설계한다. KORED/STORM은 유닉스 운영 체제 하에서 운영되며 성능 향상과 무결성을 보장하기 위해 미처리 디스크 구동기(raw device)를 이용한 저장 장치에의 직접 접근 방법과 저장 장치의 한 페이지 이상을 차지하는 롱 데이타(long data)의 효과적인 할당 및 처리 방법을 제안한다.

분산 파일 시스템을 위한 웹기반 워크로드 생성기 개발

다양한 응용 분야에서 대량의 데이타 저장이 빈번해 짐에 따라 분산 파일 시스템에 대한 효용성이 커지고 있으며,이로 인해 수많은 분산 파일 시스템이 개발되고 있다. 이러한,분산 파일 시스템의 효율성을 검증할 수 있는 방법에 대한 필요성이 커지고 있다. 또한,SSD와 같은 우수한 성능을 가지는 장치를 사용하는 분산 파일 시스템에서는 SSD와 같은 장치의 효율성을 보기 위한 복잡한 워크로드를 생성 하여 시험할 수 있어야 한다. 하지만 기존의 입출력 시험 도구에서는 복잡한 상황을 시험하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 따라서,본 논문에서는 필요에 따라 파일의 분포에 따라 다른 입출력 패턴을 가지는 여러 부하 상황을 생성이 가능하며,웹을 통해 손쉽게 시험할 수 있는 분산 파일 시스템을 위한 웹기반 워크로드 생성기를 개발하였다.
