        港灣서비스의 마케팅믹스戰略 構築 方案

        Internalization and Globalization are typical pheonomina of the world of this century and 21 century. Borderlessness and endless competition among countries and companies are widely spread out in the world after the advent of WTO system. In this severe competition situation of world economy, ports cannot survive or progress without fundamental and sincere change of their goals and activities. Because of the increase of comepetition among ports, the progress of port information system, the introduction of port privatization, and the emphasis of hub port, the concept of port marketing is necessary and many tools and strategy techniques of marketing are needed.<br/> In this paper, the port marketing concept, the characteristics of port service as a non-profit organization and a service-supplying identity and the 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion) of port marketing are defined and described. And the marketing mix strategies of ports are suggested on the basis of 4Ps. This paper may be a initial trial to identify the concept and characteristics of port marketing and to grope the marketing strategies in terms of 4Ps of port marketing. Therefore some limitations of this paper can be pointed out and more research and studies about this theme should be progressed.

        환황해권 해상운송의 효율적 운영방안-인천/중국 컨테이너항로 개설을 중심으로-

        Globalization and regionalization are major trends in the international economic system. The severe competition among countries has signalled the need for a new international trade system as prescribed by the WTO, which regulates international trade practices. Additionally, expanding the activities and role of the Pan-Yellow Sea area in the world has a very important function in terms of regional cooperation and logistics environment. In this paper, the trading conditions and shipping transport problems of the Pan-Yellow Sea area (North-East Asia) were investigated. Shipping transport condictions in the Pan- Yellow Sea area, particularly Korea-China routes, were surveyed as well A new Incheon-China container liner route was suggested as a partial remedy to some of the shipping transport problems of the Pan-Yellow Sea Area (North-East Asia).<br/> The Incheon-China Container Liner route is more efficient than Pusan and Pyungtaek Ports or the car ferry route to China in terms of transport time and expense. The transport burden indicator, which includes the time and expense of transport, can be a useful tool in comparing these routes. According to the transport burden indicator, the Incheon-China Container Liner route is more efficient than the Pusan, Pyunytaek, or car ferry routes. To establish a successful liner route between the ports of Inchon and China, there is a need to prepare three measures that contain short-term, medium-term and long-term strategies. Furthermore, these measures should be prepared and adopted in phases, in accordance with considerations of future conditions for shipping and logistics in the Pan- Yellow Sea area.

        무우의 開花促進을 위한 低溫處理適期에 대한 硏究

        1. 植物의 크기에 따라서 低溫의 剌戟感應을 달리하였다.<br/> 2. 幼植物時代에 있어서 短期間의 低溫의 영양이 抽苔開花를 빠르게 하였다.<br/> 3. 低溫處理後의 抽苔開花促進의 現象은 成熟植物보다도 幼植物에 있어서 더 크고 특히 發芽直前期가 가장 顯著하였다.<br/> 4. 低溫에 處理한 幼植物은 그 苗가 큰 것일수록 全生長期間이 점차적으로 길어진 것을 볼 수 있었으나, 處理後는 反對로 短縮되었다.<br/> 5. 幼植物에 4℃內外의 低溫으로 處理期間 17日 前後에서 顯著한 開花促進을 나타냈으나 成熟植物은 40日以下에서도 抽苔하지 않았다. The influence of low temperature treatment on Raphanus sativus L, stimulating the conversion of sexual reproduction period over vegetative reproduction period. was verified by the research of many scholars, and the low temperature limit and the time period to obtain the desired results were reported by Miller and Yamamoto et al.<br/> This paper will report the results of an experiments as to determine the proper temperature regulation period by determining the sensitivity stimulation period during the growing period of plants.<br/> Since the results of this paper alone are inconclusive. further research will be carried out and reported in the future by this author.

      • 직장인의 스트레스 수준과 대처행동에 관한 연구

        The objectives of this study are to find out 1) the overall stress level of the industrial employees, 2) the differences of demographic variables(sex, age, religion, birth order, social level, income, residence style, home ownership and home scale) of the industrial employees, 3) the higher stress item among the stress cases of the industrial employees, 4) the differences in industrial employees stress coping methods according to sex, age, religion, birth order, social level, income, residence style, home ownership and home scale, 5) the differences on the overall stress situations of the industrial employees. Participants were 733 industrial employees between 20's and 50's(540 males and 193 females). The data were collected by the following tools: Social Re-adaptive Diagnostic Scale(42 items) standardized by Holmes and Rahe, Diagnostic Scale of Stress Situations developed by Kim Heung-Gyu(1994). The collected data were analyzed frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA by SPSS 10.0. The findings of this study were as follows: First, 92.1% of the industrial employees showed no stress related problem, 7.9% of the employees showed serious level of stress conditions. Second, according to demographic analysis only sex, age, home ownership and home scale were found the differences of stress. Third, the most stressful factor during one year for the industrial employees was in the working condition. Fourth, Males have more confidence in coping with stress compares to females. Finally, the study shows that 40.8%(299 people) of the employees, the larger portion in the study, can in fact control their stress.

      • 하이브리드 제어 알고리즘을 이용한 덕트에서의 능동소음제어

        This study presents the active noise control of duct noise. The duct was excited by a steady-state harmonic and white noise force and the control was performed by one control speaker attached to surface of the duct. An adaptive controller based on filtered -x LMS (FXLMS) algorithm was used and controller was defined by minimizing the square of the response of the error microphone. The assembled controller, which is called a hybrid ANC(Active Noise Control) system, was combined with feedforward and feedback controller. The feedforward ANC attenuates primary noise that is correlated with the reference signal, while the feedback ANC cancels the narrowband components of the primary noise that are not observed by the reference sensor. Furthermore, in many ANC applications, the periodic components of noise are the most intense and the feedback ANC system has the effect of reducing the spectral peaks of the primary noise, thus easing the burden of the feedforward ANC filter.<br/>

        "Development of Active Noise Control System for Vehicle's Muffler" is developing an active muffler system capable of attenuating low frequency noise levels and simultaneously improving engine performance. Its concepts will utilize a digital signal processing computer, with a cancelling actuator connected to the engine via a straight-through pipe, to cancel unwanted engine exhaust noise. With fast clock speed of 20MHz, the DSP chip allows for rapid adaption to a car engine speed changes.<br/> Sensing devices located within the Active Muffler System detect exhausted noise generated by the engine. The sensing devices relay the noise, in the form of electrical signals, to the DSP computer. The DSP analyzes the incoming information and, in response, generates mirror image elecrical signals. These inverse signals are then introduced, through transducers, into the Active Muffler System canister. Within miliseconds, cancellation occurs. Through these cancellation process, considerable noise reduction will be attatined.<br/> In this study, active muffler was designed and manufactured for exhaust noise reduction of commercial vehicle, then simulation and experiment of real vehicle was conducted.<br/>

      • E. coli의 유전자 발현 및 플라스미드 DNA 구조의 특성에 관한 연구

        Characterization and electron microscopic visualization of the plasmid and the gene expression of Escherichia coli were carried out. Transcriptional units of active structural genes were observed after lysis of Escherichia coli cells. The ribosomes attached to the E. coli genome on mRNA molecule as polyribosomes. From this gradient of polyribosome length, we estimated location of mRNA synthesis initiation site. In this experiment, a granule is ofen present which may correspond to a RNA polymerase at the promoter site. pOX1, pOX7, pOX7A, pOX7Δ1, pSTP36, pSTP21, pBR322, and pJH12 were visualized by way of electron microscope, and their estimated sizes were determined to be 5.70±0.08 ㎛, 2.25±0.06 ㎛, 2.15±0.10 ㎛, 2.14±0.12 ㎛, 7.39±0.08 ㎛, 4.03±0.04 ㎛, 1.50±0.03 ㎛ and 1.25±0.09 ㎛ respectively. One micrometer of measured length corresponded to about 3.0 Kb. Mica-press adsorption method that allows selectivs visualization of the plasmid DNA released in situ from the bacterial cell is rapid and useful for visualization of plasmids. The released plasmid DNA was adsorbed preferently on mica in a divalent cation-free solution. Miller chromatin-spreading method was useful to observe the plasmid and transcripts. BAC method and cytochrome C monolayer were useful to observe the plasmid DNA. Our ability to visualize ultrastructural aspects of the expression of E. coli has given us a unique tool with which to study the regulation the level of an individual gene.
